Coconut bay , you are magical
This was our first time at this beautiful resort, we arrived 2 weeks ago from Scotland and everything here is amazing. Not just for us as a couple, but for families aswell . Let me explain We arrived on the 14th June and the minute we came through the airport arrivals doors we were taken care of by the Coconut bay resort agent and we were in the resort in 10 minutes, fantastic. We were greeted upon arrival with 2 lovely drinks to relax and refresh ourselves. Our cases were taken to our room , which was fabulous and spotless a junior suite in harmony ( adults only) section. Our concierge was Zara who looked after us during our stay , booked all our reservations at the 9 Restaurants which may I say were fantastic. The menus were magnificent and the food and service is spectacular. I can’t believe the attention to detail that the staff give to the clients every day nothing is to much for them , they are all wonderful and brilliant at there jobs . We did two excursions which were wonderful, this was all handled by the Adventure team who are brilliant. In summarising this beautiful, friendly resort all I can say is that you arrive as a guest and leave as family . Frances and I cannot wait to return in November to meet all our friends. 10/10 Coconut Bay , you were magnificent. Tom & Frances

Great Family Vacation-staff is amazing!
We had a very nice time at Coconut Bay. The staff there are so friendly & helpful! Best we have ever experienced at a resort! The resort is clean and room was comfortable. The food is good, the Jerk Treehouse is amazing!!!! Only thing missing is simple snacks available at any time. Flip flops has a few snacks & opens for late night snacks, but nothing as a quick pick up and munch on in your room. Other than that this is a very nice family resort! The excursions are worth every penny! ATV tour around the island is a must & the all day Land & Sea was great!

Fantastic time except did not get the beds I requested 8 months in advance.
My sister and I went to celebrate our birthdays at the hotel. From pickup at the airport until we left the hotel it was perfect. All the staff were excellent. Keisun was phenomenal. Lester and Shakka were amazing. The breakfast supervisor at the Harmony suites adults only breakfast was wonderful (the one with one daughter who lives in Soufriere). All the staff were genuinely friendly. We really enjoyed our time there and the food was great. Except the cheesecakes and chocolate lava cake there were really bad. The room was also nice although I did not get the two beds I paid for. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED in that considering I booked 8 months in advance and requested 2 beds in my Premium room. I will be returning soon and will give a bad review if I do not get my 2 beds. Overall it was a great time and we will return for longer period. But I need the TWO beds as requested next time.

Fabulous vacation! 10/10 all inclusive resort!
Coconut Bay exceeded our expectations! We travelled with 2 teens 13 and 15. The kids were entertained the whole time. There were tons of activities during the day and at night. The room was not fancy at all but it met our needs and most importantly was super clean. The food was the best all inclusive food we have experienced. Top shelf cocktails were also available which was so nice. Check out the breakfast buffet- Miss Emme was great! Silk restaurant food and service was absolutely fantastic. Compliments to the chef and Solange was our waitress and she made it a memorable experience. Also, Chloe at the front desk and Gillie (activity coordinator) were super helpful and friendly! We would like to give a shout out to the guys in the Jerk Hut (Sharnil and Harley) - absolutely amazing food. We did the Land and Sea excursion and it was super fun and a great way to experience the island. There were 2 amazing waterslides and a great Lazy River, pool tables, ping pong and beach and pool volleyball. The kids were asking when we could return before we even left. 10/10 vacation!

Birthday trip with the whole family
This May my wife, myself and our two children spent a terrific week at Coconut Bay Beach Resort. We came out on my wife’s request to go somewhere warm for our birthdays which both occurred while we were at the resort. We loved all of the different spaces to explore from pools to the beach to wonderful restaurants. My 3 (nearly 4) year old son especially liked the waterslide and the big pool with the island in the middle and the swim up bar– great kid friendly drink selections!!! Kids love the room balcony overlooking the pools, and we appreciated the daily positive messages from housekeeper, Keisha. At night in the main lobby there was always some kind of live entertainment, and my daughter, 1 and a half years old, found herself as the life of the party on the dance floor multiple nights in a row. My wife and I especially enjoyed late nights strolling the grounds, visiting the many bars or hot tubbing in the adults area when we secured babysitting some of the nights. The kids club provided a great respite for the parents while the kids could play calmly indoors, outside on the playground or water pad, or nap in a quiet room (no need to nap in the hotel room with the baby!). The real story of the stay was the incredible staff at the resort. So many helpful people working in all different areas. The kids club ladies Zina, Trisha, Lana, Shanel, Suzanne, and Sara were so great. Special shout out to Sara for the in room babysitting that allowed Mommy and Daddy a couple nights out to celebrate our birthdays out at the resort restaurants. One night there was even a hayride for the kids, and Bruce deftly drove us around the resort for a proper ride. Don’t miss the beach…not the water right in front of the pools, but the one at the north end of the resort with cabanas, hammocks, and a tiki hut bar. Our cabana attendant Joel brought us out and back, and was very helpful throughout. The kids loved playing in the surfside hammocks and the sand. Derrick was our server at Silk for my birthday, and he made our dinner a great experience. He made sure to bring everyone out to sing me happy birthday. After my wife’s birthday dinner we found ourselves enjoying drinks with Edd at the lobby bar, and we convinced, tricked perhaps…, Eran to do a handstand for us. One night our air conditioner was leaking and not functioning well, and Milton “Milky” quickly fixed it up and had us up and running in no time. Special shout out to night engineer Bertand as well for helping to keep things in order when the sun is down. One afternoon we wandered over to the petting zoo to see the puppies and goats. Thanks for showing it to us Tom! It’s small, but a really nice setup over there since it has been renovated (Thanks again Tom!). Perfect for our two little ones. While seeing the animals, we heard about the greenhouse and some plans to provide even more food from the resort grounds. Michael and Gibson over there should be bringing some fresh produce to the table soon! Overall, we had an excellent stay, and we can’t wait to come back!
