So just got here last night and we wrote an email requesting a specific room and was confirmed by Julian Ornelas the reservation manager also on our air transat app we get here we get the opposite if what we requested we actually the roooms we specifically didnt want we are celebrating 2 birthdays and this is very bad and dissapointing ill do another review if this.doesnt get fixed by today

The greatest vacation
The workers are very nice, especially Julio from the candy shop and Iván from the yoga and gym clases. Me and my family had a really enjoyable experience.

Great staff. Exceptional food. From now on, Adults Only.
We had a great time, but there were nonstop screaming kids at every meal. January was cold. No pool time. But that shouldn't reflect on the resort. What was bad was it was too chilly to eat outside and we had some children there that frankly, weren't ready to be in public. Made every meal feel stressful. There's no area for adults to get away. They are building an adults only next door. We will try that. We upgraded to the walk-out cabana room. It was not worth it. The outlets in the room worked half the time. You'd wake up in the morning and your phone would be 60% charged. The place is a little run down and the desired paths were undesirable. A lot of zig zagging. If you have a family, it's a great place. Lot's to do. If you want quiet romance, I suggest going elsewhere.
