Great value
This resort is perfectly situated in the heart of Cancun’s hotel zone, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. It has a welcoming, family friendly vibe while still offering plenty of activities for couples and solo travelers. If you’re looking for a party scene, though, this probably isn’t the right fit. Pros: The staff here are exceptional, truly the best I’ve experienced at any all-inclusive resort. A special thank you to Antonio at Ventanas and the entire team at the lobby bar for making our stay memorable. The property is spotless, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the food exceeded expectations. With the exception of the steakhouse, every restaurant delivered delicious meal, far better than the typical all-inclusive fare. Cons: The biggest downside was the persistent timeshare sales pitches. I was approached at least three times a day to attend a presentation, which quickly became frustrating. While the staff were polite, the pressure to listen ate into our relaxation time. I don’t mind being asked once, but the pushiness took away from the overall experience and would make me think twice about returning. Overall: This resort offers great value and a wonderful atmosphere, as long as you’re prepared to navigate the aggressive sales tactics.

Helpful and enjoyable however the team in lobby for the Playa travel agency was too pushy
The most enjoyable experience was Yoga at sunrise by the beach with William. William was passionate and tailored the session perfectly to crowd size and agility. Enjoyed every session with William and recommend you do it

Enjoyable
The staff at Sunscape Cancun Resort & Spa were all extremely kind and helpful, especially Antonio at Ventanas, very personable guy. Also, the staff were always ready to assist whenever they noticed you looking unsure. The food was excellent, and the nightly entertainment was both lively and enjoyable. The only downside to my experience was the frequent sales pitches for excursions and timeshares whenever I passed near the lobby, which is an area that’s hard to avoid. Additionally, being approached about spa services while trying to relax by the pool felt a bit disruptive. Overall, though, the resort offers a welcoming atmosphere with great service, delicious food, and plenty of entertainment.
