We truly don’t have enough words to express our gratitude for Abigail Moreira, our incredible wedding coordinator. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was not just beautiful, but completely seamless. Every little detail was thoughtfully planned, every question answered with such patience and care. She brought such a calm, kind, and sweet energy to the entire process, making us feel supported every step of the way. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more — and so much of that is because of Abigail’s dedication and heart. She truly has a gift for this, and we genuinely believe she should be leading all weddings at the resort. She has a way of making you feel special, like your wedding is the only one that matters. We can’t wait to come back and visit once the renovations are complete — hopefully for our anniversary — just to see Abigail again and thank her in person for making one of the most important days of our lives so memorable. Thank you, Abigail. You made our wedding unforgettable.

5-Star Service Thanks to Eddier and David!
I stayed at this hotel in April with my family—10 of us in total—and we chose the main building so I could be close to the restaurants due to my knee issues. I also have several dietary restrictions (gluten-free, dairy-free, and acid reflux), which can make traveling challenging. The first day was not easy as I struggled to find food I could safely eat. Thankfully, Eddier took the time to meet with me personally, and thanks to his care and attention, I was able to enjoy my meals without getting sick. David, the chef, went on above and beyond for the entire 8 days of our stay. He prepared special meals for my husband and me, delivered them to our table whenever he could, and explained each dish and its ingredients with care. While the resort could use a lot of upgrading—especially the guest rooms, hallways, and beach chairs—the staff’s friendliness and dedication truly made our trip memorable. Because of the special care from Eddier and David, I was able to relax, enjoy my vacation, and spend quality time with my family. The food was absolutely delicious, and I’m incredibly grateful. Five stars for the exceptional service!

World-Class Vacation!!
We have been members of the Meliá Vacation Club for almost 25 year. This has been one of the best vacations we have had at the Paradisus Cancun and highly recommend them!! We were celebrating my Birthday and Mother’s Day and wow, it was such a marvelous experience! Over the years we have developed relationships with the team. They are more like family to us and it is the main reason why we keep coming back year after year. We have been to other hotels in Cancun over the years, but there is no comparison with regards to the team! When we arrive, we are greeted by name and are “welcomed back to our home away from home.” It’s awesome! Throughout our stay we were treated with the utmost care, concern, and kindness by the same people we have come to know and care for over the years. The restaurant experience (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) was wonderful; World-Class!! Even in the midst of such a huge change and uncertainty, they remained positive and professional and focused on “our” vacation experience! Wow! Extremely humble and selfless! I truly don’t have words to express my gratitude for the great experience we had and to the team for making our vacation so memorable! They all truly went above and beyond!! Thank YOU!! Lastly, we understand that the resort needs renovations and for the closure of the resort until next year. We are sure that it will be even better than it is now and hope/pray that we see the same team back! Amazing Club Meliá Experience with Rodolfo
Everything about Paradisus Cancun was wonderful! The pool was incredibly large, the ocean was crystal clear and a beautiful shade of blue, the Bali beds were clean and comfy and the chaise loungers were plentiful. The servers came to the pool to take drink and snack orders starting at 10am. We lived on Pina Coladas, Mango Daiquiris, Sweet Tea, Nachos and Guacamole everyday. Restaurants were delicious but the buffet was our go-to. Lots of choices, no reservations needed and service was fantastic. Rooms were large and the Oceanview balcony was gigantic. My mother-in-law had timeshare so we were members of CLUB MELIÁ during our one week stay and was appointed a private concierge named “RODOLFO”. He was simply the best and made our vacation so easy and relaxed. RODOLFO texted us every morning when he arrived at the resort and asked if we needed anything. He made all our dinner reservations and he booked us 2 Bali Beds for the week. RODOLFO made sure to walk by at least 2 times a day to make sure we were happy and all our needs were met. We also had the ability to text him 24/7 if we needed anything at all and RODOLFO always answered promptly and professionally. We had mentioned my daughter would be celebrating a birthday and turning 17 on our last day. We were pleasantly surprised when we returned to our room and discovered RODOLFO had decorated the place with balloons, banners, towel animals, rose petals, cake and champagne! He also made us dinner reservations at LemonFish so we could enjoy sushi on this special night. This was the sweetest and kindest gesture and RODOLFO made her 17th birthday in Cancun so wonderful! When we return to Paradisus Cancun after the renovations, we will definitely request RODOLFO to be our concierge again. He went over and above our expectations and was extremely good at his job! He was quite an asset to CLUB MELIÁ. We are looking forward to returning in a year when the resort reopens all fresh and new. Thank you RODOLFO and Club Meliá at Paradisus Cancun for a spectacular experience and unforgettable memories! SEE YOU SOON

Best experience ever
The staff are the best. Professional and courteous, they really care about your wellbeing and goes the extra mile to make your stay a vacation to remember. Our true new favorite place to go. Rooms and hotel were super clean, amenities are superb, location is the best, close to everything and a great swimming beach.
