    Food labels

    No food was ever labeled at the buffet and as someone who doesn't eat meat it was hard to know what things were and if I could eat them.

    Fun trip except for the smoking

    The Riu Republica is fun for adults but smoking is allowed all throughout the pools now which is bad.

    Amazing!

    Amazing! From the moment of arrival, I was quite early and couldn't check in until my family had arrived, but I was able to use the facilities, thanks to Mayo for accomodating. The room allocations were wonderful, both rooms had amazing views of the property! The main buffet area you'd think you'd get bored after few days but they would add a few new things here and there. All the restaurants there also amazing, just make sure you go early 🤣 not for late night munchers, unfortunately. Also a big shout out to Victor Manuel from management, always there to help 👌🏻 Every staff member i encountered, 5*!! They were friendly and always happy to assist or just make you laugh. We loved it. Have no complaints at all!!!!!

    My All Inclusive stay

    Great place for all adult resort. Great event every night. Pool area is fun, easy access to the beach.

    Good place to stay in December

    Overall a good experience. Making reservations for for the Garden Steakhouse where unclear. I spoke to people who made reservations the day before. Went down at 5:30 since the app said it opens at 6:00. When they opened at 6:00 I was told and had to come back the next day at 5:20 to make a reservation for the next night. Snacks after 10:00pm could use some improvement. They had burgers, hot dogs, nachos and sandwiches that appeared to have been sitting under the warmers for most of the day. Waitstaff were all very friendly. Most limited on English, but they try very hard to understand you and most always figured it out. Food in the buffet and restaurants where up to our expectations.

    2. All Student / Spring Breaker Group reservations are strictly On Request and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the corresponding Destination Sales Department. RIU Hotels & Resorts reserves the right of admission and may reject any request at its sole discretion.

    3. If a Student / Spring Breaker Group is accepted:

    a. The number of rooms will be deducted from the contracted allotments

    b. Minimum Age requirement: 21 years of age or older.

    c. The Hotel may request proof of age in the form of passport or official ID

    d. Each room must submit a signed liability agreement upon check-in.

    4. At all other RIU properties Student Groups / Spring Breakers (either groups or individuals, regardless of age) are not allowed at any time during the year.

    5. Guests disturbing or generating complaints from other guests or hotel may be removed from the property, at their own expense.

    a. Parties in rooms are not permitted

    6. Student / Spring Breaker Groups must comply with any protocols (hotel and government) in place at the time of stay at the hotel.
