    A Wonderful and Relaxing Trip to Punta Cana!

    This was our 3rd time going to Punta Cana and our 3rd different resort. It was no comparison. Dreams Macao Beach was the best of the 3. The resort was great and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They genuinely cared and wanted to get to know you and let you get to know them. It was a wonderful trip with friends and we look forward to a return trip to Dreams Macao Beach.

    Best Time!!

    We had the most amazing time at Dreams Macao! It was our first time. We have been to a Secrets adult only in Mexico but this was with the whole family and we loved it. The entertainment crew was top notch! They made our kids feel like family. They were sad to leave them when the time came. Diamond was definitely a fav of the kids. He is awesome!! Ninja, Diana, and Baby Face were a few others that they got to know during the week. You have a wonderful staff that really take pride in what they do. We will definitely be back!! Peace DR!

    Destination Wedding Weekend

    We attended a wedding at the resort and had a great time. Luis Murray was our butler for the trip and elevated the entire experience. Would highly recommend for a bigger group of adults. Pools and drinks are great. Make sure to catch the cookout style food next to the main pool. Lazy river and slides at water park were a lot of fun. Restaurant situation is kind of tough. Reservations needed and would recommended as buffet food in the hall was ehh.

    I have a good time

    I was very pleased with the service provided by the staff at the resort. Diana from the Kids Club was especially attentive to my daughters and made them feel very special. The pool staff, particularly Geisy and Juana, were also extremely friendly and welcoming—truly a pleasure to interact with. Omar from the Preferred section delivered excellent service as well. They all deserve five stars for their outstanding hospitality. However, I was disappointed with the service provided by Noelkys. She gave inaccurate and incomplete information and was not friendly or helpful in her interactions. This was a notable contrast to the otherwise exceptional service we received during our stay.

    An all around 5 star experience

    The resort and the staff made for a fun-filled vacation. There were so many things to do. Just a few of the activities- water polo, beach volleyball, rum tasting, limbo contest, hat painting, baseball, beach concert. The list goes on and on. In addition, for a small fee, you could do the rock climbing wall, zip line, and private tennis. The energetic staff made the vacation incredible. Their enthusiasm and talent was top notch. Some of the crew that excelled were: Jhony bravo Tairis La negra Baby face Victor og Daimond Ashlin William The servers were great as were the spa technicians. Overall, it was a great trip!
