  Love Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana

  We visited Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana for the first time in April 2024 and were completely blown away by the beauty, service, and overall experience. We loved it so much that I planned a group trip for June 2025 and brought 9 of our friends to share in the magic and it did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The resort is immaculate, the views are breathtaking, and the level of hospitality is truly amazing. What made this trip extra special was the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We especially want to recognize Francisco, our butler this time, who was attentive, professional, and always one step ahead of our needs. While we missed our original butler Erliberto from our 2024 trip (he set the bar SO high), we were thrilled to run into him again and say hello. He’s truly the heart of this resort, left such a lasting impression and was a big reason we planned the second trip to Dream Macao Beach Punta Cana. Juana, our poolside waitress by the Manatees Bar, was an absolute gem. Managing a large group like ours isn’t easy, but she did it with a constant smile and grace. Her energy and work ethic are unmatched, and we looked forward to seeing her every day. The entertainment team was also phenomenal, and we have to give a special shout out to Nina! She was so sweet, interactive, and full of life. We even followed her shows just to cheer her on. She’s a true star and made our days so much fun. And finally, our FAVORITE spot in the evenings was the Rendezvous lobby bar, where a dream team made every night something to look forward to. Huge appreciation to Johanny, Junior, Luisa, George, and YaFreisy Guerrero your warmth, incredible service, and teamwork made a huge impression on our entire group. We talked up this bar before the trip and were so thrilled when our friends loved it just as much as we did. Thank you, Dreams Macao, for another incredible stay. You’ve created not only a luxury experience, but a true sense of family through your amazing staff. We’ll absolutely be back again!

  I would assume this best hotwl to stay at in Punta Cana because its the best all inclusive resort ive ever stayed at. Period.

  A Birthday Trip to Remember – Amazing Stay for the Whole Family!”

  We stayed at the hotel for 7 days to celebrate my son’s birthday, and everything was absolutely excellent! My kids had an amazing time — there was so much for them to enjoy. The food was delicious, and the service throughout our stay was wonderful. Special thanks to the housekeeping lady who took care of our room (5235) during the week of June 8–15. I don’t remember her name, but she was extremely professional and attentive. Also, a big shoutout to the team at Coco Café — Daniela, Kenia, and Brahian — who treated my kids with so much joy and kindness. No matter how many times they asked for ice cream, these three always smiled and showed them so much love. That meant the world to us as parents! Thank you for making this birthday trip unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

  Memorable moments

  We recently stayed here to celebrate our honeymoon and opted for a swim-out room with a king bed in the Preferred section. Check-in was quick and easy, and our room was conveniently located near the Preferred Lounge, which made everything feel extra special and accessible. Our first night, we went to the French restaurant, which had been our favorite during a previous stay three years ago. Unfortunately, this time it didn’t live up to our memories. We were the only ones dining inside, and the food came out so quickly that it didn’t feel fresh. The crème brûlée was especially disappointing. We actually ended up ordering room service later that night because we were still hungry. During the day, we enjoyed the Preferred adults-only pool. It was quiet and relaxing, with excellent and friendly service from the attendants. The only drawback was some debris in the water and the pool depth—it was a bit too deep for me (I'm 5'1"), which made lounging in the water a little less enjoyable. That said, the hot tub in the evening was lovely. We were able to get reservations at the hibachi restaurant through our amazing butler, Jansel, who went above and beyond for us during our stay. He helped resolve a debris issue in our swim-out pool quickly and even managed to find me a pineapple to drink from—something not even offered on-site! Truly exceptional service. One of our best dining experiences was lunch at the Preferred-only Seaside Grill. Our server Yocaima was an absolute highlight—bubbly, joyful, and full of positive energy. She even convinced us to return for breakfast just to see her again! The steak we had at lunch was one of the best we’ve ever had, though when we returned the next day, it was sadly not the same quality. We also dined at the Italian restaurant. The pasta and entrees were good, though the pizza left a lot to be desired. We had Rosanna as our server one night, and she was incredibly kind and attentive. When we came back the next evening, a different server helped us (also very nice), but Rosanna saw us and remembered the wine I’d ordered the night before—such a sweet touch. We also met Alexandra at the Italian restaurant and later at the buffet; she remembered our names after just one interaction, which really impressed us. At the buffet, Daniel was another standout. He was extremely attentive, kind, and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. And our room was kept spotless by Estella, who even surprised us one evening with a lovely turndown setup that felt very romantic and thoughtful. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay overall. I’m not sure we would choose a swim-out room again, mainly because the sun didn’t reach our pool area much. But being Preferred absolutely enhanced our experience and was well worth it. We plan to return, next time with our kids, as there’s so much of the resort we still haven’t explored. Despite its size, the resort never felt overcrowded, which we really appreciated. Thank you to everyone who made our honeymoon special—we’ll be back!

  The food, the people, the staff it was all amazing 0 complaints over here. This resort why very big and beautiful. With multiple food choices. The views were amazing and the service was the best I’ve ever experienced.
