Outstanding, memorable resort stay
This resort exceeded all our expectations. We went the second week of December and soaked up every second. The beach is one of the best we’ve been to in the Caribbean (been to many islands and even more beaches!). Powdery white sand, crystal clear water, calm waters. Plentiful beach chairs, and the beach ambassadors were always able to find us loungers no matter what time of day we arrived. Also frequent bar service. Pool: large, warm, pretty setting, abundant towels and constant refreshment service. Food: several restaurants and they all served very good food. The small coffee shop/quick food was surprisingly good. Beach bar restaurant had delicious Caesar salad I think I ate every day. We ate twice at the Beach House, enjoying outstanding meals as well as service from Noah. Also tried Ferdinand’s and loved the Parmesan bowl the Caesar salad came in! Again, service was impeccable. The resort is also within walking distance to several outstanding restaurants that we tried thanks to recommendations from Thomas the bellman. Also, housekeeping every day…no matter what time we finally left our beautiful room. That is so rare these days. The real highlight of this resort is the staff. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered a more helpful, happy, knowledgeable staff down to every single one of them, from the bellman, to the waitstaff at all the restaurants, the housekeepers, the woman who booked our stingray adventure, to our special favorite, Poppy the front desk manager. She helped get us into the right category room and provided assistance above and beyond. Some reviews talk about the dated nature of this resort: don’t fall for it. It’s the staff that makes a resort and the Westin Grand Cayman’s staff are the cream of the crop. We will be back!

Wonderful accommodations and hospitality. Highly recommended
Top notch accommodations and hospitality! We were a group of 8 traveling for my 50th birthday. Everyone at the hotel from start to finish were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is extremely clean. The staff outside by pool and on beach were exceptional. (Shout out to Danny) We were visiting over Easter, a very busy time and never had an issue getting a chair at beach or pool. The activities were offered spoke to both kids and adults. Would definitely return to this beautiful island and property

Location Location Location
We had a wonderful stay at this resort. Best location and stretch of the beach for sure. The staff is definitely setting this place apart from others. Every single employee we came in contact with was so helpful, happy and truly took pride in what they do. The guys at the main entrance were always there to open the doors, greet us with their contagious smiles and wish us a great day or find out how the day went. The pool and beach staff always willing to assist with a smile which is so rare. Pool entertainment was a lot of fun for all ages. The amenities are wonderful. The restaurants and food available was very good and reasonably priced for GC. The reason for 4 stars is our room was fine but had a strong musty smell. At this price point I wish the shower had a bench or a step. The pool on multiple occasions didn’t seem filtering the water well as it looked very cloudy from sunscreens hopefully. Very limited parking (on multiple occasions when we arrived couldn’t find any available spaces during the day but they seem to get better at night). Overall a memorable stay and we hope to return in the near future.

Lovely Hotel
Hotel and staff are just wonderful. You’re situated right on the magnificent Seven Mile Beach. Very family friendly with lots of activities. Our personal favorite is the s’mores on the beach on Saturday nights. Give them a try for your next vacation.

Emotionally intelligent young men who understand customer service
We had pleasure of staying at Westin Grand Cayman. Their staff was great. In evenings they would have great entertainment in Lobby and Lobby bartenders were fantastic. Mauricio. Matthew and Aris were wonderful. Made time at bar great. Noah, server was also excellent. Bosco at other bar great as well. All these young men understand customer service at such a young age.
