    Lovely place to visit.

    It's a beautiful resort, beach absolutely beautiful. Staff was exceptional, front bar Diego, Geisler best drink and coffee Elizabeth at buffet was very helpful.. Bell boy Jesus and Jonathan are very professional.. All staff was very helpful and cheerful..very clean. Location not far from airport. Very nice updated rooms. Good value for the money. Noise was good , we had quiet room. Alot of things to do, shows are great...

    Below my expectations...

    Let me begin with the positives: the beach is stunning and impeccably maintained. The hotel's cleanliness is commendable, and the beds are quite comfortable. However, several issues detracted from my experience. Noise in the corridors at night was a persistent problem, with doors slamming repeatedly, which made it difficult to rest properly. I suggest you bring ear plugs. My biggest frustration was the virtually non-existent Wi-Fi in the room. Having to work on my laptop for three days with such poor connectivity was extremely inconvenient. For a hotel at this price point, it is unacceptable. As for the food, the buffet average. I would give it no more than 6/10. The options are very repetitive, and I’ve definitely experienced much better food at other resorts. Overall, despite a few positives, I would not return to this hotel.

    Best Beach Ever!

    We had a beautiful vacation at the Viva Maya by Wyndham. The beach is stunning and and I would say top 3 best beaches ever! (Cuba, Bahamas Playacar) Our stay was extremely comfortable and the al a carte restaurants were very good. Big selection on the buffet as well. We had excellent service throughout the resort and we want a special shout out to our team: Carolina will assist with all your needs at guest services area, Monika will book all your Nexus Tours at her Nexus desk, Cesar will pamper you with free 10 minute massage, so please book a full hour with him afterwards. Manuel will give you excellent service at the Portofino restaurant and our favourite bartender Rubildio will mix up some refreshing cocktails at the adults only pool. All in all i would highly recommend a stay at this resort as the price is right!!
