Very nice view
Amazing service here in this hotel the waiters are on top notch. They also provide many activities and many shows at night such as Mexican nightMichael Jackson show fire show and more. I want to thank the entertainment team for helping us with everything we needed. Thank you Edgar for leading the best water aerobics. Thank you Gabby for helping us learn how to play Mexican Loteria Ingrid. Thank you for the beach volleyball and Brianna thank you for trying to speak to us in English. I recommend this hotel 10 out of 10.

I strongly caution anyone considering the Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta timeshare to be extremely careful. What was advertised as a brief, friendly “information session” quickly turned into hours of aggressive, high-pressure sales tactics. Sales representatives made promises about savings, availability, flexibility, and ease of booking that sounded great—but those claims did not clearly match what was written in the contract. Key details were rushed, minimized, or explained very differently verbally than they appeared in writing. When you try to say no, the pressure ramps up. Multiple salespeople step in, urgency tactics are used (“today only,” “last chance,” “prices go up tomorrow”), and it becomes uncomfortable fast. The entire process felt designed to wear people down rather than allow them to make a calm, informed decision. Afterward, I did my own research and found many similar complaints online mentioning: Difficulty booking desired dates Unexpected fees and restrictions Promises made verbally that aren’t honored later Extremely difficult cancellation or exit processes My advice to anyone visiting: enjoy the resort, but skip the timeshare presentation entirely, no matter how appealing the free perks sound. Never sign anything the same day, take contracts off-site, read independent reviews, and don’t rely on verbal assurances.

Excellent service and fantastic staff!
We had a group of 9 at Yashinoki restaurant. Imelda and staff did an excellent job in terms of service and quality of food! We would highly recommend dining at Yashinoki.

Amazing Vacation
Another amazing 2weeks at Flamingos. From their attentive Elite staff of Gemma,Mitzi,Jocelyn the pool guys Augustin,Crystolbal Miguel Oscar Regge the waiters Roman Tito bellhops Augustino housekeepers n staff was another memorable visit at our second home Mucho Gracias to everyone at Flamingos 😎😎🎉🎉
