    Amazing second family

    The team at Palmar is our second family. Everyone goes the extra mile. By the pool, keep your eyes open for Nico, Alberto, and Antonio who are always available and ready to serve. The entertainment team is top notch thanks to Laura, Chloe, and Alana continuing to develop talent.

    Family trip

    Had another awesome family trip to Cabo...stayed at Villa del Palmar!! Everyone there is very professional,friendly & helpful!!! Jose was our server poolside..he was amazing!!!!

    Michael Jackson Show @ Villa del Palmar

    What a way to end our fabulous five-day vacation @ Villa del Palmar! The Michael Jackson show did not disappoint. It was spectacular and the Italian buffet was excellent with lots of other varieties if you don’t prefer Italian food. The service was excellent with Jose taking great care of us. We really appreciate Jonathan taking the time after the show to ask about our experience and ask for feedback. We highly recommend this show!

    We enjoyed our stay and the helpfulness of all the staff.

    All our experiences were great! The staff was extremely helpful. The one that went above and beyond was Nico. He was attentive to our every need. He kept our area picked up and clean and there was ten of us. He was constantly on the move. He was personable and friendly with a smile constantly on his face. You have a gem in him as an employee. You can tell he enjoys his job and the people he serves!!

    Not worth it

    Been here before and knew not to expect luxury. The new pool area is nice looking and I appreciated the small swing set for the toddlers. However, we will never come back because every meal took forever to get. My husband waited 45 minutes for tacos for lunch. Just one order for one person! All the food took longer than expected and was just average. I’ve always had amazing fruit at resorts in Mexico, but not here. Watermelon was nasty and no mangos in sight! Wait staff is nice but they don’t come around often-maybe short staffed? The room we got smelled like mildew when we arrived. Luckily a few days of airing it out helped. The spa is amazing and we never met a rude staff member. Beware of the $9 Starbucks drinks at the coffee shop-skip it if you’re on a budget. Overall this is fine if you can’t afford anything better. But you get what you pay for!
