Nov 21, 2025Treated Like a King & Queen in Cabo San Lucas Mexico
We had the most amazing time and all thanks to the incredible people at Villa Del Palmar and Villa Del Arco. Concierge Jonathon was always there to help make our stay over the top amazing. The Bell Boys, Eliel, Dago and Efrain were always handy for information and smiles and laughs. At Breakfast at Villa Del Palmar, hostesses Lilliana & Gabriela greeted us with smiles and love. The waiters Lupita, Gabriel, Uziel, Jose, Julio, and Ana served our Cappaccino's quickly and Roberto remembered my special Green drink every morning and the Chef delivered it. The Pool Concierges Alberto and Antonio were so kind and always found chairs for us even when it was busy. Pool Waiter Niko kept our drinks coming and so friendly and caring. The Sports Bar crew with Sunny, Luis, Enrique and Jovani and of course manager Jorge had the most amazing steaks, fish, soup and top notch energy and fun, not to mention drinks and desserts! The Taco Bar for lunch has the most delicious, top notch Tacos and Sushi dishes - bar none! Waiters hilariously funny Carlos, Alejandro, Patricia, Mayren, Elizabeth and Isabel are the Best! Carbon - delicious and so fun with Waiter Pedro and manager Arturo keep us coming back. Cesar in room service was happy and very fast with our delicious room service food! We were there over Halloween and the show and Buffet were incredible with the variety and ingenuity of their chefs and Show Directors. The dancers were incredible and so entertaining. We also visited Arco and Mariano greeted us at the Bell boys station with love and great conversations. We have to give high fives to the Delicious breakfast and manager Mariana, hostess Gloria and special thanks to Flavio, Carmen, Elizabeth and Emmanuel Vega for caring for all of our needs. Also at the Buccaneer with great food and views and superb service was waiters Emmanuel Vega and Jesus! The pool waiters who were so fast and fun were Andres, Esquivel, Javier, Francisco and Freddy and Oswaldo. Neptune has premiere food and top notch service with Eddie, Jimmie, Martinez, Amirez, Samuel and Manager Brigade. They prepared our fresh caught fish 6 ways. Amazing! Don't forget the Taco Bar by the pool with Ramses and Abierto! Delicious and they will get you whatever you want. We can't thank all of the staff too much for always welcoming us back to our home away from home. It is the warmth and love we feel from everyone that keeps us coming back every year! We celebrated our 20th year, this year at Villa Del Palmar where in 2005 we first stepped foot at our new "Home" at Villa Del Palmar Cabo and becoming a member with this group. ASo happy we found this place

Villa Del Palmar has been an amazing experience! I was very happy to hear they had themed dinners with a show! HUGE shoutout to my waiter Misael Terraza! He served us the perfect service. Truly read our minds and delivered when we hadn’t asked but somehow he knew. Loved that guy! Truly deserves his praises. The shows were amazing and those dancers gotta teach me a move or two! Would absolutely come to this experience again and recommend!

Great experience our server Misael Terraza was awesome hope we see him again, 1000/10 because of Misael!! The show was wonderful, loved the dancers 10/10 would come again and recommend. Beautiful performance and they love what they do.

Villa del Palmar 5 star
Very nice resort EVERYONE is very friendly Love the staff, Activity team, Bell boys, waiters Alana Cross was very sweet with the kids after shows they all wanted pics with her and she stayed till everyone was done. Love how friendly and polite she is to Everyone also Laura,Chloe,Chewy and Albert are awesome Bellboys Eli, and Efrain are always welcoming Staff Alberto, Antonio are very accommodating Jesus security is great

Villa De Palmar 5 Stars!!!!!
We have been to this property 12 times in the last five years. Grateful to the property upgrades. Construction is underway, but doesn’t disrupt the daily activities. New pool setting is amazing and love the pool seating! Special recognition to the following as they have provided excellent service Alana, Laura, Chloe, and Chuy with the activities team. Best shows we have seen in CABO! Arturo and Pedro from Carbon Jonathan from Tortugo Jorge from the sports bar Araceli and Lilly from Elite Concierge Eli and Ezekiel from the bell desk Niko, Carlos, Alberto & Antonio around the pool The upgrades to the resort the excellence of service and hospitality will keep our family coming to this resort for years to come! Cannot wait until our next trip!
