Feb 21, 2026First time to Cabos and Villa del Palmar
We would highly rate this resort. It was clean, the food was excellent and all of the employees were attentive and so pleasant. We did not opt for the all-inclusive since we went on excursions and out to dinner on many evenings. We did enjoy the romantic dinner at the resort and Rodrigo was friendly and knowledgeable about the food. Also, Juan Carlos and Wilbert’s at the sports bar also had excellent customer service skills.

Carlos is THE best!
Carlos was our attendant at the pool area helping us with food and drinks several days. He was amazing, the best of the best! He knew our names, remembered what we liked and was simply delightful. A real gem!

Shots shots shots
Juan Carlos the bartender @ the sports bar took care of all our hydration needs. His hospitality was amazing, as well as his cocktails.

Thieves!! Their booking agent Resort com STOLE my credit card and charged $2630x 3 on Dec 23rd....THREE CHARGES buried deep within their system!! 2 months later and still THREE charged on my card that I never used!!!

Elicco and Jonathan were amazing!
Jonathan one of the managers came to check in when we arrived for the show. He let us know if we need anything to please let him know. Elicco was our server today and he was amazing! He was very attentive throughout our dinner, constantly checking in with our table. Made our dinner experience very pleasant! Jonathan came and checked in after our dinner and show to ask how everything was. We let him know how amazing and wonderful our experience was! Wanted to post on here to tell everyone how wonderful Jonathan and Elicco are!
