Chloe and Alana. Are very talented girls and personable. They came to us after the show to make sure that we enjoyed it and they’re their first thing in the morning at the pool working hard as is all the crew.

Activities Crew!!
The activities team by the pool was my favorite part of my visit. Tony and Rodo were so amazing and kind, I hope they are recognized for their contribution to my trip. Franchesca is also amazing, her dancing in the shows was excellent!

We missed our flight and are being threatened of many penalties , are not trying to adjust to our flight change in the slightest, and they have had horrible customer service since the start. We don’t even want to go anymore…all five in our group will be writing separate reviews here

Great hospitality and entertainment
This is my first time doing an all-inclusive resort and it has been a very positive experience, from sitting on the pool side and having a wonderful waiter is constantly coming around, checking up on us, making sure that we were hydrated and our tummy is full to the entertainment team being an absolute blast. I was able to go up and dance with them! Alberto, Francesco, Vale, and Michelle always making sure we were entertained or constantly having a smile in our faces are making sure we’re burning some calories! They also do performances in the evening, which are excellent and extremely fun to watch and we were absolutely amazed on all the different outfits and how quickly they change their outfits to give outstanding performances. I would say the biggest highlight of this resort is the people who are making sure all the guests are taken care of without them. This resort would not be the place it is. I hope that the people that run the resort truly understand that it’s all the workers that do such an amazing job making sure each guest is well attended to. Myself and my partner will definitely be coming back.

Great entertainment and fun!!
We had a super fun time in Cabo at Villa del palmar! My boyfriend made friends with all the entertainers Alberto, Franchesca, Vale, and Michelle!! They were great! Definitely kept everyone entertained with dancing, music, games, and shows! Not only that, but the servers always made sure we had exactly what we needed. Lots of great quality food and drinks! The resort is also super clean, and newly renovated!!
