We had a great time celebrating birthdays and family time at El Cid. Our Butlers - Ricardo and Freddy were so attentive to our requests, and went over and above decorating our rooms to help us celebrate. They gave us exceptional service. I would highly recommend them for your Butlers when you visit El cid next.

Ventus is our home away from home
We have been visiting the El Cid resorts in Puerto Morelos since 2011 and have stayed exclusively at Ventus since it opened several years ago. Our trips are typically two weeks long. During the first week, my wife and I stay in a one-bedroom unit, and for the second week we move to a two-bedroom Prestige when family or friends join us. The entire complex—Marina, Ventus, and Ventus Ha’—is conveniently clustered together, making it easy to walk from one to another. All guests can dine at any of the restaurants, regardless of which property they are staying at. The food is consistently excellent; honestly, there’s no need to leave the resort for a great meal. The service is outstanding across the board—housekeeping, waitstaff, and especially the butler and concierge teams. We’ve been fortunate to work with what we call our “A Team” of butlers for several years now: Erik and Alejandro. They handle every request with grace and efficiency, whether stocking the fridge or arranging dinner and spa reservations. We communicate often via WhatsApp, and they’re always quick to respond. I also want to acknowledge their supervisor, Sara, who oversees concierge services at Ventus. She’s constantly helping in ways big and small, often behind the scenes. They truly have become our familia away from home.

Excellent service

Amazing resort!
El CID is a beautiful resort with great food, beautiful views of the sea at the infinity pool and lots of excitement at the party pool with entertainment nighty I highly recommend going to see the Royal Band they will not disappoint! My Butler’s Ricardo and Freddy were amazing, they texted daily with list of activities, spayed nightly aroma therapy that smelled wonderful, filled our fridge with any beverages we wanted and even went out of there way to find us a cooler that we needed to take on a excursion. They really made us feel special and we appreciate the time they took to make sure all our needs were met. We will definitely request them again on our next stay.
