    Great vacation and value

    We just got back from ElCid Ventus - 3 beautiful properties with great restaurants, pools and the service, food you receive is excellent. They have adult only pools, kid pools and large family friendly pools. The grounds are beautiful to stroll from property to property , pools and restaurants. The rooms are spacious (ours had a swim up pool!) and with the meal Plan you can’t beat the value.

    What an amazing experience!!!

    We had a fantastic experience at Ventura Ha in Puerto Morales. Everything was amazing and the service was top notch. Indira was very attentive and responded to our every question quickly and effectively. She even helped my girls organize a birthday surprise for me. Highly recommended!!

    Butler service

    They went above and beyond to take care of us. We were out there for our wedding. Our grandson was sick one night and they helped us find Motrin for him . Excellent communication with us throughout our whole stay . They safely helped us get transport to go visit Isla Mujeres and to visit the nearby town and we were a group of 30. Definitely will come back to this resort because of the hospitality given to us by Manuel and Leo.
