    Love this place! Will be back next year!

    This was a very awesome first stay at the Marina. My butlers Leo and Braulio were some of the best, and helped me with all the things I needed! Bartenders Carlos and Lemuel made the stay even better! They were so nice and helpful!

    Spectacular time at El Cid

    We had a marvellous time for 2 weeks and the staff, Javier Aguayo, GM of food and beverage, servers, Pedro Santos, Calmo, butlers, Leo and Braulio, along with our maids Blanca and Alma all made our time spectacular. Thank you so much.

    Needs general maintenance and continuous upkeep

    We’ve Ben visiting El Cid Ventus and Marina for 13 years. We’re members and really enjoy the resort. Sadly, this last couple of times we’re noticing that things are not being maintained. Many of the umbrellas are either not functioning or missing all together. While we enjoy the sunshine, due to repeated skin cancer, I have to stay in the shade as much as possible. I know they’re making a lot of money, it needs to be put into keeping things in working order!

    Second trip experience

    Was great to come again for the second year in a row our butlers Jesus Orlando and David did good job making sure we needed anything for our room dinners or rides we had.
