We had a wonderful time at Ventus! The resort is big and fun with plenty to do, day and night. We spent a lot of time relaxing at the rooftop adults-only pools at Ventus Ha' (this was our trip away from the kids, after all), which was very tranquil and beautiful. Top-notch pina coladas. One of the best parts of the trip was the staff, from check-in to bars/restaurants to butler service, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed our butlers, Omar, Are, and Orlando, who went out of their way to help us feel comfortable and take care of our needs. Another favorite part of the staff was their willingness to put up with my Spanish practice and encouragement through the rough parts. We hope to be back with the kids and see some friendly faces!

Definitely returning!
The staff is so friendly and welcoming, they literally feel like family. The amenities always surpass my expectations. Our Butler Omar was always available and helpful in every aspect!

Wonderful Return to Ventus Ha at El Cid
My husband and I returned for our second visit to Ventura’s Ha and had a wonderful time! The people who were in charge of taking care of us were Richard and Fredy. They were so friendly, extremely attentive, and took great care of our needs! We really appreciated their service! The grounds are magnificent and there are many different restaurants throughout the property for you to enjoy! We can’t wait to return! It’s our home away from home!

Relaxing Beach Resort
Kudos to Monica (concierge), Ricardo and Freddy (butler) for making this a wonderful week of relaxation, tours, specialty dining, and guidance to make the most of this resort. Combination of three resorts gave variety of pools, bars and restaurants. Tour of Chichen Itza was the perfect day trip. Resort was clean and responsive to everything we wanted. Platinum experience worth it for ocean view and dedicated butlers.

Best Family Vacation!
Ventus at El Cid was an absolute dream vacation for my family and I! We went over New Year's to celebrate my 40th birthday as well as my daughter's 7th birthday. We stayed in a platinum family swim out room that was spacious and served our needs as a family of five. The BEST perk were the services our butlers, Gonzo and Enrique, offered. Golf cart rides to dinner, birthday decorations and cake, custom pillow menu, custom aromatherapy menu, constant ice bucket refills for my husband lol and the list continues! We had a very early morning departure (5am!) and Enrique arranged luggage pick-up and room service coffee the night before so that it was waiting for us in the morning. 20/10 customer service, from start to finish!
