Spent a very relaxing and enjoyable week at El Cid. Great value for my investment. Highly recommend their butler services...we had 3 great ones...Luis, Noah and Hugo. It is a large property, but pretty easy to navigate once you understand the lay of the land.

Well, we stayed two weeks at Ventus. Great location. And easy to move from Ventus to Marina to Ha. Very handy to go from restaurant to restaurant to bar to bar to pool to pool. Some staff had some challenges. But overall a wonderful space and open and accessible to other locations. The beach is slowly eroding away and the water is not really nice or welcoming. But, the pools are nice!

It was awful do not stay here!! When we arrived were charged $100 usd for taxes then they wanted $125 us for what was advertised as free WiFi when I said your add shows free WiFi they said oh that one doesn’t work but the one you pay for works when we arrived we were very tired and wanted to lay down we were told our room was not ready but for an additional $450 they had one for us the food was awful we have stayed in various locations all over Mexico and loved it! this was by far the worst!! Every time we walked by the lobby we were harassed about attending a time share presentation. This was not the relaxing get away we were looking for

Excellent vacation!
We just loved this resort. I went with my sister-in-law, and we upgraded to platinum level to have two separate living areas. This upgrade came with 24/7 butler service! Pillows, aromatherapy, room deliveries and more. Our butlers were on WhatsApp which made communications so easy. They made reservations for us, took care of our luggage and more. The food was excellent and the entire property was immaculate. We had an amazing time!

Smelly and sad
Rooms smell like mold. Everything is an upsell. Stuff my travel agent said is included in my package, at an all inclusive , like the WiFi, is not included according to the staff- who wants us to pay $60 per device, AND no switching devices between phone or tablet. Terrible business model. My phone won’t even work with reception in our room WITH the WiFi on. First day and first impression 2/10
