NO hospitality, bad food, weed everywhere!
Worst experience ever. staff not trained in hospitality, food under all inclusive is bad quality and mediocre to say the least. try to complain or ask for manager, you will be met the worst lady manager ever, very aggressive, doesn't want to even hear what's wrong. her first words "your are welcome to check out" and when trying to actually check out no refund if booked through third part. allowing weed everywhere, not just the occasional use on the beach. NO, WEED IS EVERYWHERE.

do not stay here
This resort is far from being a 5-star experience. The rooms are outdated and in serious need of deep cleaning. Throughout our entire 5-day stay, there was no hot water, and a staff member admitted they turn it off daily. They offered a $50 resort credit, but we couldn’t use it since the store was closed. The workers on the family side were incredibly rude. The adults-only pool lacked music, while all the entertainment was on the family side, which seemed odd. Our ceiling had a leak, and despite not being on the top floor, they blamed it on the weather. The staff will give you excuses if you let them, and there’s no manager available at night.

Sharon and the ocean terrace team
Sharon and the Ocean terrace team in the dining hall treated us like royalty. We stayed 6 nights 7 days for our honeymoon and I couldn’t have picked a better destination. We will be back because of the service we received. Thank you so much.

I fell in love with Sint Maarten , one of my best trip but I’ll try the 5 star section next time
If you’re travelling from Montreal with Wesjet to this hotel, be prepared to realize that 85% of the passengers will be going to this hotel. PROS: -It’s 3 minutes by bus from the airport -There’s bars , stores and a casino on the same street than the hotel -The majority of the employees are polite , professional and welcoming. Special thanks to ANNA with the magnificent Hazel eyes. She was so nice to bestie and me. - The food is good , specially at the buffet - We had the room 757 and the view was amazing - It was easy and cheap to go with the public transport, vans, to Phillisburgh and Marigot - Altthough the beach is small it is beautiful - The rooms were clean and the fridge was filled daily. There’s a mini bar with 4 huge bottle of alcohol. - No reservations are needed for the restaurant - There’s is lovely cats around the hotel CONS: - So MANY passengers were going at this hotel at the SAME time. Therefore, the transferts , check in and check out were the most complicated and chaotic I have encountered so far. - The hotel is a little be run down and in need of better decorations - Maho cafe was disappointing and the Oasis snack bar was too slow. - The programmation is repetitive , not creative and rapidly boring - It’s a 4 star hotel and will see the difference pretty fast from a 5 star hotel - It attract very noisy clients - The room service can be annoying when they knock at your door at 9 am while in Vacation NEXT TIME I will try the Ocean point , the adult section

Uncaring management, marginal service at best.
We visited this resort based on previous acquaintances recommendation. They had gone pre-Covid. Apparently things have changed. The swim pool bar used to be adults only. Not anymore. There is a continuous parade of kids, swimming, and splashing and what should be an adult only setting. They even held events in this swim pool bar. These events include children. They even contradict their own policy. There is signage around this pool that states no diving. However, they held a belly flop contest in this pool. What kind of example does this set for anybody? I brought my displeasure to the management and they absolutely had no concern. There is a separate wing to the semester that is adult only. I specifically asked just to use the pool in that area and was told by no means could that happen. There is also the fact that you have a mini bar in your room. Ours would not get restocked unless we purposely found somebody in the hallway that’s able to restock the mini bar. I have never stayed in an all inclusive that made you do all the work. The selection for food and all of the non-buffet restaurants is very limited. We were served two meals that we couldn’t even eat. We had fish and chips in their tavern and it smelled like bleach. Totally uneditable. To their credit, though the Asian style restaurant was acceptable. This trip was a total waste of our money and our time. I could never recommend this resort to anyone, with or without children. Don’t waste your time or money.
