Dec 20, 2025Relaxing, comfortable and great service.
This was our 5th year at the resort, and we are looking forward to next year’s return. Our butler Jose Becerra gave excellent service and checked daily if we needed anything, A++. UVC contact Maricruz was always ready to serve and/or provide information when needed. The following waiters in the Market place Adrian, Umberto and Cesar were very attentive each day for either breakfast or lunch. Hector was very attentive to the meals we had at Oceana. Ignazio gave great service in the Mexican restaurant Tamarindo. The French restaurant Bordeaux, great food and service. Steakhouse food was excellent and great service. All restaurants have a great choice of food selections and service received made each meal pleasant. All pools at the resort are very well laid out and have plenty of chairs.

Spent a few days at Secrets made even better by the careful attention of our butler, Jose Becerra. Jose provided information, made reservations, escorted us to them, arranged a doctor’s visit and overall was genuinely interested in making our stay there best if could be in whatever way he could. Gracias Jose!

Great experience, even better hospitality.
Junior down by the pool was amazing. His hospitality was genuine and we were spoiled the whole week. He took care of us like family and we didn’t even think of things. He would just bring us ideas of things to try. Drinks were never empty, food was plenty and the way he treated us was incredible. We will be coming back to see him for sure!

Great time at Secrets Vallarta Bay , HONEST REVIEW
Secrets Vallarta Bay is a really nice resort that offers amazing views in a great location. Of course with every resort there seems to be some minor flaws but the Pros definitely outweigh the cons IMO. The entire SVB staff are amazing from the moment you enter the resort until the time you leave and they truly help separate this resort from others that we've stayed at in the past. This is a smaller resort that shares some restaurants with the neighboring Dreams resort which we were initially concerned with however that was honestly never an issue during our stay. This resort offered some of the best food that we've ever had at an All Inclusive and the staff were always above & beyond helpful. If you have an opportunity to eat dinner at Capers do yourself a favor and ask for Francisco's section as him & his team were so much fun and also provided great recommendations. Cons ( Nit Picking) The resort hosts a lot of weddings & it can be pretty loud until quiet time which is 11pm. If you go to bed early this could potentially be something you might want to prepare for. The rooms were great but they did show some wear on the furniture. The entertainment was a bit underwhelming as it was mainly Karaoke, trivia or silent disco during our stay. Lunch starts at an awkward time of 1pm. Pros Amazing Staff Great location Beautiful views Very good food

Good time
Great experience, location close to the boardwalk. Great views and awesome beach walks in the evening. Staff is exceptional.
