Down time in PV
The hotel is in good shape, but it is getting closer to a refresh especially in the rooms. Staff at the pool were great as we became acquainted with David & Joel at the pool as they were busy every day cleaning guests sunglasses. Great Job Guys !!!

This resort was really nice. We had a nice room with an ocean view. The staff here were very friendly. We had Miguel and Junior wait on us a few days we were at the pool and they were amazing! The food was really good as well. The only thing I disliked was that the first day we were there we were kind of harassed by an employee that was trying to get us to go to a breakfast to talk about some sort of Hyatt rewards program. She offered us a book of coupons for things we had already booked prior to arrival. When we politely declined the first time she tried to tell us we needed deposits for the services we had booked and she didn’t think our reservations were legit. Which didn’t make sense because we had arranged everything through a concierge at the resort via email and they never mentioned deposits. Long story short we never needed deposits and our reservations were just fine. This lady just was manipulating us into sitting down and going to this breakfast. Which was annoying because we already had to deal with being harassed at the airport about time shares and then we make it to our resort and it felt like the same thing was happening. Other than that the resort was really great!

Great resort … has never disappointed over 10 visits. Very friendly, professional staff, dry clean accommodation inside and out.

Great bday trip
We are just back from a week at Secrets Puerto Vallarta. We were a group of 8 celebrating a birthday. Our rooms were great, all ocean view 6,10,11,13th floors all great views. we saw whales from our balcony the first morning. Food was great and the service Fabulous- Wendy, Cesar, Sergio at Market cafe were outstanding and went out of their way to deliver top notch service, even a pretty dessert on a plate handwritten in chocolate, have a nice time. Alfonso at the pool was a great waiter and kept our drinks full. Jaime, Noah, Teresa, Ivan were the sport team that kept us busy- thanks for the fun!! Chairs were easy to find in the morning. Would definitely return!!
