All the employees at the resort were very nice and hospitable. They made u feel like family. The resort was clean and the pools were amazing. Beautiful beach!! Can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful stay.
Absolutely fabulous week. Great variety of food in different restaurants. Always staff on hand, whether that be the restaurant, the beach, the entertainment staff. There are premium alcohol brand on offer in the bars- Aperol, Bombay sapphire, jack Daniels despite what other reviews say. Coffee shop in the lobby are extremely generous with their measures. Really difficult to find fault albeit the house wine is what you’d expect- just house wine. There are a better selection for purchase. Entertainment staff kept me occupied yoga, dancing, volleyball etc. special mention to Francis the tennis instructor- my tennis has improved as result- what a great guy he is. The hawkers on the beach are irritating- that’s nothing to do with the hotel. As I say in my title - wonderful week.

Amazing holiday from start to finish.
Amazing holiday from start to finish. Hotel, food , staff, entertainment and all the surrounded absolutely stunning. All staff more than happy to help, especially the pool , barman - Medallia (Aka lady) . Nothing was ever too much trouble, regardless of the heat or how long the working day was. Would highly recommended for anyone looking for their dream holiday.

Room conditions are horrible. Maintenance does not keep up with the property. You will get harrassed by random vacation/ time-share people within the hotel lobby. Staff barely knows english and can have an attitude. Save your money for a better quality resort.

First All Inclusive experience and we will definitely be back!
This was our very first experience at an All Inclusive resort and we were definitely not disappointed! We stayed in a Preferred Club Partial Ocean View room and really appreciated the proximity to all of the Preferred amenities and view of the ocean. I can tell you that the workers here really make this place! Always smiling, ready to help and eager to make your stay feel like home. Did we encounter an off meal a couple times? Sure! But you just kindly asked for something else, or got a snack later on...no big deal. We only visited the buffet once, and I don't think I would have liked eating there all week for breakfast and lunch. I really enjoyed Olio for both breakfast and lunch on the Preferred side. We also really enjoyed the Preferred quiet pools vs. the main pool. Not as loud and I felt like there was more shade too. I can say not a fan of the vendors that try to sell there goods on the beach. Yes, they do move along if you say no, but still annoying while on vacation. My biggest two pieces of advice would be to just ask, they will do anything to make your stay a memorable one. Sometimes you just need to tell them what you would like. Secondly, don't rely on the weather apps. It said it was going to rain each day and it only rained twice for 10 minutes each our whole week. I worried the whole week before vacation for absolutely nothing. Wonderful resort, wonderful staff! Tell Almonte, Nathaniel, Rander, Carlos, Celenia, Lady and Medallia we said hi! We will definitely be back!
