The resort was pristine and beautiful, with immaculately kept grounds, tended from dawn until dusk by the dedicated and hardworking groundskeepers, who always gave a friendly "hola" accompanied with a smile, whenever we saw them. Concierge members Philipe (block 12) and Bramdon (block 15) were our friendly first points of contact. We met Lourdes and Johanna from the front desk area, who could not do enough to accommodate us, two genuinely lovely people. The activities offered around the resort are vast and there is something for everyone. There is a great selection of restaurants and staff are consistently welcoming throughout. We remember in particular Philipe and David at the Seaside Grill, who really looked after us and made us so welcome with specially prepared delicious steak and salmon and Lorena who seated us at our table on each occasion, always a friendly welcome from these guys. The staff on the beach and by the pool work tirelessly in the searing heat to provide towels/drinks/food and continuously checked in to see if we needed anything. In the World Cafe we had the pleasure of spending time with manager Carlos, a real gentleman who has the place running seamlessly, where the food is fresh (we see him checking things constantly) and waiters Freddy and Alejandro are two of the most friendly and attentive people we have met, always keeping us topped up with juices and coffee and the fabulous and busy chefs get orders right every single time. Estefani who seated us at the World Cafe was always smiling and a pleasure to see each day. A place where we enjoyed many an evening was The Lobby, where drinks were made to perfection and we served by extremely proficient and dedicated members of staff, Jesica and Eduardo. Both Jesica and Eduardo's professionalism and customer service skills were fantastic, knowing the drinks menu inside out and were able to give great recommendations. Such an amazing skill to possess as Spanish speaking people, their communication with us in English was to perfection.

Truly outstanding. Best 5 star experience. Stayed in many other resorts but secrets maroma is the best. Service and food was excellent. Phenomenal staff service. Gorgeous people!

Secrets Maroma Beach is amazing
Secrets resort was a beautiful destination for our special trip. The service was amazing, and the food was delicious. Beautiful spread-out property with well-maintained grounds.

Great service and great food!
This was our first time at an all inclusive in Mexico. Secrets Maroma was great! Good services especially from Roger our concerige. The food was great as well and the preferred click was definitely worth it.
