The ENTIRE staff is friendly and professional! Our room was gorgeous, comfortable, and spotless. Our concierge Diana was SO nice and accommodating. There was a lot of different food options so we never got bored of the food. They would have different themed grilled meats by the pool every day and that was our favorite! The event staff was so fun, they would encourage us to join in and have fun but they weren’t pushy if we weren’t interested. Our 2 favorite poolside waiters were Victor and Eder…they were so friendly and always made sure we had what we needed. The spa is so nice too! They were able to squeeze me in to the salon and fix my nail when it broke…I also booked a deep tissue massage and it was phenomenal, and the spa is beautiful. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves, it was the relaxing vacation we were looking for. We would definitely come back.

Great Experience at Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun
Great place to visit, lots to do and the resort teams are excellent and on top of their game. There is a lot of entertainment during the day and especially at night. I do want to say how hard the ground keepers work on the resort and making the environment safe and clean. Big shout out to Guillermo our building concierge for doing a great job and making arrangements for my wife's birthday and making her day special. If you go to this resort and you are a UVC member, look up Isaac he does a great job and knows the resort and amenities like the back of his hand.

The best hotel ever with the best staff
This was our favourite holiday ever. From the time you arrived to the time you left it was a first class experience. We chose the preferred level and it exceeded our expectations massively. Our concierge Marcelo went above and beyond anything else we had ever experienced before. We will definitely be returning as soon as possible. Thank you Secrets for the most wonderful holiday ever! Secrets Maroma is amazing! Everything i hoped for and more
Secrets Maroma is amazing! We've been here 4 days and they have exceeded every expectation I had. - Every single person on staff is friendly and helpful. -The food is delicious and there is great variety to choose from. (I are excellent Jalisco style birria tacos last night 😍) -Big shout out to the entertainment team for creating fun activities, especially Uriel, Oscar, and Andre for going above and beyond! You can definitely relax and lounge the whole time you're here, but I love the activities they offer! Volleyball, archery, bike riding tour, dance lessons-- even an ice bath therapy session on the beach! I've always wanted to do that. - live music multiple times a day! LOVE IT - the rooms are beautiful and comfortable We go home tomorrow, but wish our stay was longer. 10 stars!

An absolute gem of a resort!
This was our 4th time back to Secrets Maroma Beach and we are absolutely in love with this resort and its staff! It is the perfect balance of relaxation & fun. The entertainment staff is one of a kind- they remind us of camp counselors from our earlier years, bringing out the kid again in us! Shout out to Leo with water aerobics- he was hilarious and a joy to be around! He is very professional and does a great job! Hector always runs the shows so well, and keeps everything running smoothly on the Entertainment side! Abraham gave us another great work out with water aerobics and was so kind! The staff at the Silent Disco & Karaoke were an absolute blast, they encouraged inclusion and made us want to get on our feet and dance the night away! We love the array of activities to choose from. A new one for us this trip was the ice bath by the ocean with breathing exercises. It was so cathartic and an insanely wonderful experience! Thank you to that crew that gave us our first ice bath experience- it was so cool. The Spa was phenomenal per usual. Gracia and Emmitio (hope I got his name right) were so kind and professional. We did a couples massage at the Spa and also a lovely 20 minute massage on the beach by the ocean one day. We spent most of the days on the beach or by the pool, and the excellent service every single time. Shout out to Catalina, Balbina, Melissa, Alejandra and Marvin. All so sweet and precious to us! The restaurants were exquisite like we remembered as well. It is so hard to pick a favorite, as they are all so different and each offer such unique menus and experiences! A special thank you to your phenomenal staff at the restaurants- Bernardo and Hector at Portofino, Pablo at Bordeaux and Antonio at Himichi! And lastly, the mentalist, Armando, in the lobby made the trip that much more special. He gave us a moment we will never forget. He is so talented and what an unexpected treat he was! We cannot wait to come back to Secrets Maroma Beach for our 5th time next year! Each time we come we are reminded why we continue to come back, and this trip was no different. A unique and fantastic experience every time! Thank you Secrets Maroma Beach staff!
