    Aqua fit workout with kadija

    Kadija aqua fit class was so fun and a great challenge! Jordan helped us keep our energy up as well! They even participated in a TikTok for my mom’s birthday celebration! Their energy attentiveness and kindness was unmatched we will definitely be back! The views were beautiful and food and drinks kept flowing definitely took Jamaica to another level 🙌🏾

    Every workout needs to be on the beach

    We had a great time working out with Kadija and Jordan working out on a Monday! Great way to get the week started. The workout was sneaky good! Challenging but not impossible. Shoulders were on fire at the end, in the best of ways. I wish every workout could be like this one - with the beach in the back.

    Beautiful location

    Royalton Blue Waters has a very chilled atmosphere. Definitely a resort for relaxation and is family friendly. Had the opportunity to dine at Taj and I must say our server Brandon was really welcoming and friendly. He also recommended which food would be best as I told him I did not like spicy food. Great overall service from Brandon.

    Beware! Horrible!Disappointing!

    Beware! Horrible! Check in was a nightmare, the staff members were trying to force us, two adult women to sleep in the same bed. They claimed of not having available rooms with two bed. After a lot of backing forth for about 4 hours management decided to put us in a very comfortable room on the adult side with 2 twin beds. The next morning at 9am we were told that the room that we initial booked was ready to check in, which it was not and we had to wait about l hour in the lobby to check in. It get worst, we were locked out our room everyday due to a faulty lock. We spent so much time going back and forth to the front desk about this issue. The Jacuzzi in the spa and other location had no hot water. The food was not good and very disappointing, it was the same assortments of foods in the buffet area every day. The restaurants, did not have the foods listed on the menu and served cold food. This resort ran out of clean washcloth, resulting in having to constantly asked for them, This basic item should be given every day without asking. Housing keeping advised that there were a shortage of washcloths. The mini refrigerator in the room was never restocked, resulting in having to call guest services for water every day. Management, including the general and regional manager whom I spoke to several times about my issues did nothing to make out stay better, we should have been placed in another room or received some sort of refund. If you are looking for a stress free vacation, great customer service, good food and fun activities. Stay Away From This Place !
