Great service at the diamond club Pool from Roberto Santo he took very good care of our family of 12 for all seven days the six grandchildren had a blast here

I think overall it was very good and everything went smoothly. Jesus made dinner easy and simple. the food was very good, rio was my favorite. Hibachi was an amazing experience and fun for the whole family. I loved the nightly entertainment, especially the greatest showman.

Royalton Bavaro Family Trip
We had a fantastic vacation at Royalton Bavaro. Our butler, Jesus, was super friendly and helpful. He answered all of our texts/calls quickly and helped us arrange dinner reservations each evening! We had the best service under Jesus!

Totally recommend!
Spent the week here with my boyfriend and we loved it, the atmosphere was great! we would recommend doing the diamond club upgrade, it helps so much with the reservations for dinner, our butler Ramon was fantastic he was available to answer any of our questions and booked us the reservations leaving us to just relax and not have to worry about anything for the week! We also absolutely loved our swim out pool in our room! We will definitely be back

Love Royalton Bávaro and Roberto!
Our second time at this resort and we really enjoy it. Great resort for families. We love the size.. not too big, not too small. Roberto Santo at the Diamond club pool made our trip extra special! He goes above and beyond! Nice place! I’m sure we will be back!
