Simply fantastic from start to finish, my review has to mention Miguel, he made our stay so special by going above and beyond to help us and make sure that all our needs we're met, so a big thank you to him. Rooms very clean and serviced daily, food and restaurants great, staff we're also very friendly and helpful, to be honest this is probably one of the best all inclusive hotels I've ever stayed at. Thank you to all the staff, including the ones that work so hard behind the scenes to make everything come together so well. Highly recommend 👌

Great day at the Cabana
Juan Carlos was our cabana boy for the day. He was very attentive and happy to serve. It made our entire day and made us feel special.

We recommend this place! Clean, safe, and good eats.
Very friendly staff around the whole resort. They are accommodating as the resort didn’t feel over packed (and comparative to the neighboring resorts whose beach is much more packed with guests). The food is very good actually! Always seemed freshly made. Was a fan of the seafood everyday. Our two favorite workers at the beach were Claritza & Marlene!! They are the best, they went above and beyond to cater to our requests. Very friendly and personable. The beach is nice - 2 complaints. 1) There was too much garbage in the sand. 2) The salespeople on the beach are very aggressive (frequently come around) - and do NOT pay with a credit card as they put an extra 18%+ tax or more, even if you argue against it. Easier to barter with cash. Drinks are great! Be sure to bring an insulated cup with you! We did the Buggies excursion (off-road go-karts) - took about ~5 hours round trip. Very fun for the ~$100 total for the 2 of us to share a buggy. We would recommend this place! Clean, safe, and good eats.

Beyond expectations
We have have made the chill bar our place to be . Jeremy , Alexander and mateo and Omar have Been great and made this vacation beyond what we could have expected
