    Fantastic Time at the TRS Punta Cana.

    We had a fabulous time at the TRS Turquessa. Santos from the pool and lobby bar was exceptional. Always kind and quick to serve. Our rooms were clean and everything worked. We had access to the other resorts as well. Beautiful grounds and many different restaurants to choose from. We would highly recommend this hotel.

    Amazing staff and villa

    We had a wonderful vacation at TRS. Our butler Jean was very attentive and made our trip extra special. We had a villa suite it was spacious, the air-conditioning worked well, and the room was kept very clean. There was also a food truck right by the villa to grab something quick to eat. We enjoyed all of the TRS restaurants and thought the food and service was very good. This resort is very walkable and we found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

    Quality “Get-a-way”

    It took us a day and a half to get the “lay of the land”. It’s a big property. 4 hotels on the grounds. The variety of bars and restaurants you can enjoy is wide, or you can choose to just stay on you hotel’s footprint. Regular golf cart shuttles move you around, though you can easily walk should you choose. The pools are beautiful. Very quiet or party atmosphere, you choose your own adventure at TRS. Beach is crowded but well maintained. Our only issue was the firmness of the bed, which was addressed by the addition of a “pillow-top”. It helped, but still too firm for us. That’s a “me problem”. Prepared food items from the “a la carte” restaurants were outstanding. It is very difficult to get a reservation in these restaurants without going through your butler. You could try to make reservations before you arrive by phone or property App. Buffets had an incredible selection. Drinks were of excellent quality.
