    Holiday of a lifetime.

    My Wife and I have returned after 21 days at your Hotel and we can only say amazing. From the start to the finish your staff are the best we have ever known, smart, polite, friendly, attentive and happy.The Butlers in Block 58 Jose and Francesco where excellent to say the least,nothing was to much trouble.The waitresses at the main pool worked really hard to keep everyone happy and the staff at Helios made our meals a real pleasure.The holiday for us was the best in every way, we have no complaints about it at all. All the Restaurants we visited where excellent, the Drivers who ferried us around also were very helpful.We shall be back god willing in 2028. Thank-you for a wonderful holiday.A special mention to Faireny pool waitress,the Chef at the burger bar and Angela at Helios amongst many to many to mention.Thankyou so much again.

    Not the same

    Second visit to the TRS in DR Punta Cana and giving high rating to the staff however the experience was at a lesser standard than 2 years ago. The resort requires much maintenance and repair-definitely not to the standards I expected from my previous visit. Staff-butler service was outstanding and always available when needed, I had expected more in activity and entertainment for the TRS guests, this was disappointing as most highlight events took place at other resort lobbies/beach- I planned for adults only experienced and most options were not specific to the TRS guests or location-I would give this a 7/10 for quality, skill and organization of events. TRS offered very little variety and option 5/10 for the TRS on variety of activities and entertainment. Food was st quality and standard I expected, again not as much variety of previous visit. This has been our destination of choice from first visit for my adult daughter and myself, a special time and I am hopeful that should we visit here again the value of the stay will be met with the quality and standards of expectation
