    Vacation with my wonderful wife and friend!

    Members of the Palladium Travel Club. We are first time visitors here to TRS Turquesa. We met a few wonderful employees here at the resort. Luis, Ovandy, Juan Carlos are some of the Drivers for the resort, AMAZING! Always ready to help and get you where you want to go. Gabriela, from the Palladium Travel Club is AMAZING. She helps with any concerns, questions, or confusion with our membership and our benefits. Kimble, our Members Beach drink butler at the members club beach has taken so much care to make us feel welcome! We are having a great time here at TRS Turquesa!

    Great experience!!

    Everyone was so kind! Just to mention a few first was Felix he carried our bags up to our room and drove us around to some of our destinations he is always smiling and so great and then our awesome butler Edward he went above and beyond with excellent service and the pool bartender Jose Luis was such a great guy and wonderful bartender. The food was very good the rooms were very nice the grounds are always looking so perfect highly recommend TRS great vacation resort. Thank you all very much

    love this hotel!! everything was on point!! staff super friendly and helpful. drinks were on point!! the Beds were amazing!! Over all great experience!!! would definitely stay here again!!!

    Left Immediately

    We arrived and our rooms smelled awful. We noticed black mold in the air vent, bugs in one of our rooms, and the food was not edible at the restaurant by the pool. Truly concerned as we had a cancer survivor on this trip. We left within hours. We filled out all of the forms at the hotel and spoke with the front desk. Booking.com was great but they are waiting for approval from TRS to refund our money. We did not even unpack. Still waiting for TRS approval.
