Lovely hotel and most of the staff are great. the travel club let's this place down the aggressive sales pitch they wont take no for an answer and argue with the guest. Won't be retuning to trs again

We stayed for 14 nights. 2nd - 16th January. Stayed in building 58 in a swim out room. Lovely room with everything you need and more. Could it do with a cosmetic update? Yes. Did it in anyway impair our experience? No! We've actually rebooked for January 2027. Can't wait to be back. All staff we encountered across the resort, all 4 hotels, were friendly and polite. Sometimes things got lost in translation but that's on us for not knowing enough Spanish. Cannot speak highly enough of our butler Emanuel E. What a genuinely lovely guy who couldn't do enough for us. If you're lucky enough to get him as your butler you won't be disappointed, he's the best. We also had Crystal, who also was amazing. Bubbly and smiley always. We never had a bad meal in any of the restaurants, always plenty of choice. We ate breakfast and lunch at both Helios and Capricho. Capricho definitely had the edge for us. All staff super friendly and efficient. I wish I had all the names of staff but standout were Jerelin and Altagracia, lovely young ladies. We can't wait to return next year.

A week of paradise
Another week of paradise treated like family! Daihana, Delores and Emanuel by the pool and premium areas are so amazing! They really made our trip the most memorable to date. Mabel, Miguel and Yeudy in the lobby bar are excellent! So fun and attentive. Our butler Jesus and his co-workers were on top of all our needs. We did not have a need or want unfulfilled the entire time. We highly recommend this property!

Our favourite beach so far!
We stayed in the junior pool-side room. The location to the pool, Helios and beach was excellent. I would recommend an upper floor if you like more privacy and the room could be updated but it was comfortable. The resort is extremely clean and manicured. We spent a lot of time at the TRS lobby where there was entertainment. We had breakfast at Helios overlooking the beach where Yan made our breakfast to order. Our butlers Eline and Marcos were amazing. Our absolute best meals were at First Wine with the chef serving our meal with Yan our server was very knowledgeable on wine selection. The beach was amazing. The first few days there was an excess of seaweed. The service on the beach was great, the water is lovely, warm with gentle surf. We will definitely return!
