Overall a great stay, our butler Jean was great helping us with dinner reservations amongst other things. We enjoyed the zen pools, food truck and for the most part restaurants were good. Staff pleasant and helpful. A very large resort but transportation available. The pickleball courts are great which was the main reason for this trip. All in all happy with TRS.

Relaxing holiday, variable experiences but good overall
We have just returned from 2 weeks vacation. Pros We stayed in a pool view room just above reception. Lovely big room with beautiful view over gardens and pool. Very clean and very comfy bed with thick mattress. Jacuzzi bath was large and comfortable but it leaked into room below and stopped working for last 2 days of our holiday Butler service by Cesareo and team was great, attentive, efficient and friendly The sport activity team were wonderful, imaginative variety of classes (aqua bikes, pole dancing in pool, yoga on surf boards and stretching/pilates/yoga in gardens every day. Delivered with much enthusiasm. Daniel, Kendo and Julia and others whose names I didn’t catch. Each person had their own take on the class and the variety was therefore excellent. Beach was beautiful, sea just a bit rough so we didn’t get to snorkel The very few dogs on the beach were no trouble and didn’t bother anyone unless you actively sought them out, we loved seeing them playing together Good variety of restaurants with great quality in general Some of the service was excellent. Stephanie at Helios always greeted us by name every day for breakfast and Brian at La Boheme was excellent. Very welcoming, attentive and friendly. The waiter in the Italian restaurant, Terrazione also stood out and contributed to making the experience memorable. We really enjoyed chic cabaret. Excellent show and food. House wine and Prosecco was of a High quality, some of the best we have had at an AI We loved the live musicians at breakfast, during yoga and in evenings The rock shown was great,just lack of adequate seating The guys who do the towels were very helpful and friendly No problem to have a late check out which we really appreciated Cons By far the worst factor was the sales pitch. We went along on the understanding that we would have a tour of the hotel and hear about the club and it would take 90mins. The “tour” was minimal…showed us a fancy guest suite and the tennis courts. The first person, Chris was fine, he developed a rapport with us and we felt comfortable. The 2nd person, who we presume was his manager was also ok and seemed to understand our position that we would not make a decision to sign up to paying approx 7000 US dollars on the spot and a monthly direct debit of approx 300 US dollars for 5 years without discussing it as a couple and having time to research the other properties. The 3rd person who was brought out at the end (Antony) was downright rude when we re-stated we could not make a decision on the day for the reasons outlined above he basically said to my husband why should I trust you to join our club and sit with our premier guests on the beach etc)! After 3.5 hours we managed to get away but it was a hugely negative experience and tainted our experience of the brand sadly. Service was hit and miss, whilst some people stood out as being great, we were ignored by others who seemed disinterested. To the extent we walked out of one restaurant on the first night having had my husbands drinks forgotten and food taking ages to arrive, with some dishes missing. Both of us developed disturbed stomach issues. Thankfully not too severe. Reserving of sunbeds from earlier than 7am with some people not turning up until late afternoon Overall though a very relaxed vibe and we really enjoyed our holiday. We would consider returning.

Amazing Family Vacation!
Our family's first stay here was truly exceptional. The butler service was amazing, with Marggie and Nelson going above and beyond to meet our every need. Their insider tips added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. The resort's facilities, including the beach, pools, restaurants, bars, spa, and Chic Cabaret, were amazing.The beach, spa, and Chic Cabaret were our favorites. We would definitely stay here again.
