  Luisanny, our concierge, was outstanding. She helped us tremendously and truly went above and beyond what was expected. The atmosphere was stunning, and every staff member we encountered was warm and welcoming. We will absolutely be returning.

  If you don't buy timeshare, your treatment is less than average. Very hard sell as soon as you arrive at property!

  We loved our beach and pool time. Our excursion to Saona Island was absolutely amazing. Our Butler Louisa was the best

  We had a fantastic time with our family of eight here. Our Butler Louisa was amazing and did everything for us just right. All the staff, restaurants and the beach were just amazing. We couldn't be happier with our stay here and we would told him to come back here again and again. I would recommend all my friends to come to the TRS!!

  Amazing Holiday at TRS Turquesa

  We stayed at TRS Turquesa over Christmas and New Year’s and had an absolutely unforgettable experience. We spent 15 incredible days at the resort, and from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. What truly sets this resort apart is the staff. They are the heart of TRS Turquesa and consistently go above and beyond. A very special thank-you to Nancy, our butler, who was outstanding and she was attentive and thoughtful. All the Butlers that were in building 57 were great! I wish I would of gotten the male butler in building 57’s name as, he was so personable and always greeted us when Nancy was off and checked in to ensure were were happy, needed anything and had an amazing day/night. At Helios, Stephanie and Angela were just lovely-friendly, loving, professional, and always attentive. Our regular server, Antio, made every meal enjoyable with his kindness and consistency. Dani at the Helios bar always greeted us with a big smile and great energy, along with excellent service. Joandy, who served us at several à la carte restaurants, was another standout—his, good humour nature, fun personality and genuine hospitality left a lasting impression. Poolside service was excellent thanks to Elin, Faireny, and Deloris, who always took great care of us. Jose Luis is a top-notch bartender who consistently delivered fantastic drinks. Frank, who helped us with excursions, was incredibly knowledgeable and truly cared about making sure we had the best possible experiences and treated us like family and checked in everyday to make sure we were still having a great time. The spa was another highlight, thanks to Rafael. He was kind, honest, and genuinely invested in guest satisfaction. We purchased two spa packages not only because they were excellent, but because we trusted him and felt a real connection. Even after our bookings he made a point to come and greet us every morning and ask how we were and if there was anything else we needed during our stay. The staff at Turquesa was truly the best. Though we did not get everyone’s name there really was not one person that did not great us every day with a big “good morning how was your night? Do you need anything? Hope you have an amazing day” (shout out to Raul!)from the lobby staff and the staff were at the desks on the way to the pool! The food throughout the resort was excellent with plenty of variety, and the overall service across the property was consistently friendly and professional. TRS Turquesa exceeded our expectations in every way. This was easily one of the best vacations we’ve ever had, and we will absolutely be back. Heck, we didn’t want to leave! Highly recommended!

  An amazing 14 days in Dominican paradise.

  We’ve had an amazing 14 days at TRS. Of our 3 Caribbean holidays so far, this has been the best. The only real issue is the communication could be better. A big thank you for helping my partner and I celebrate her birthday. I’ve tried to summarise the review below: 1. Food was comparable to other 5 star hotels in Jamaica and Mexico that we’ve been to. Not amazing but not bad. The hotel made a big effort on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. I had steak and lobster both times for no extra fee. My partner was ill one day after eating salad. I think that this is quite common as the water here is not drinkable. 2. The room was excellent even though it was the cheapest at the hotel. The hot tub is good for 2 people and the bed is large. The room is cleaned brilliantly and there is a turndown service which was amazing. Sometimes the mini bar isn’t restocked but the butler can sort out any issues for you. They are very good. 3. The hotel is beautiful and extremely well kept. We didn’t have sea weed issues on the beach. The sand and sea are perfect so there is no need to sit by the pool. The staff are amazing, always happy and are often singing and dancing while serving you. There are lots of fun activities to do during the day. The communication of what the activities are could be clearer as could services. The Spa is incredible, the best we’ve ever been to, if you buy a massage you can use the hydrotherapy on 2 other days for free, which isn’t communicated well but it a great benefit as the Spa is so good. We spent a whole day there when it rained and had a great time. Please note, you are allowed to hog loungers here. People put towels down and just leave for hours at a time. There are plenty to go around so this is frustrating and unnecessary. Other hotels that we have been to in the Caribbean remove towels from loungers left for more than 1.5 hours. 4. Entertainment was incredible. The bingo evening and Chic cabaret were cheap extras but great value for money. The Bingo evening is way more than Bingo and will be a lovely surprise. The Chic cabaret is the best entertainment we have had on any holiday ever. Everyone will agree! They made a huge effort on new years with a show and fireworks. This could have been communicated better again but everyone seemed to mange. We have no hesitancy in recommending TRS. There are 3 hotels in this complex but TRS is easily the best one so we would recommend this one above the others if you don’t have children. It is definitely worth the extra money.
