    One week getaway.

    Excellent staff with a special mention of Karina and Alex and Alberto. They went above and beyond. The food was good and excursions excellent! Getting up before dawn to get a chair sucks when many more chairs are sitting out back and not put out. Clean well kept, great service. Thank you for an excellent holiday.Hard working staff!

    Overall- A great place to take your family. Great staff.

    The resort is beautiful with plenty of things to do. The different events every night are also great. Rooms are great- I would say the beds are a little hard for my taste. Rooms are kept clean the noise level from the hall way is kind of echoing, Service was outstanding Especially love Ramon and Omar. Definitely would stay again but I feel like the food could be better. Their is a wide Variety just not the best tasting. Also loved the spa- it was a great experience.

    San Jose vacation

    Spent a week at Royal Solaris in early November. I like the location being close to San Jose to see still the traditional Mexico with local food, vendors, art shows, and music. Did a few visits in the Cabo San Lucas also, but it is very busy and does not have the local feel that it did years ago. The resort overall was clean with no issues. It has been nine years since I have been to this resort I plan on going back yearly if possible.Food in the restaurants on site was excellent, as eating the buffet day in and day out gets a little boring. The only negative comments I would have would be having to get up and get towels placed on a chair at 6:30 in the morning to save a spot. But that seems to be the trend as we stayed at another resort this year in Cabo San Lucas, and it was the same there.Also there was construction that was between San Jose and Cabo San Lucas that slowed traffic during the day to standstill. The staff was excellent, we even requested a meeting with our representative “Fatima”to understand our contract. She took the time to go over things in detail with us and answer all questions. Also, excellent service from: Omar, Lupita, Soracco, and and Martin (who remembered us) All were very professional and spoke excellent English since my Spanish isn’t very good. Hope they continue with a good work for us to enjoy.

    Great experience!

    We had a great time and experience at this resort. The facilities are very nice and well maintained. The restaurants are very very good. The quality of food is absolutely excellent! Especially at the Marco Poli restaurant, the food was very yummy and vast variety. The captain Miguel from Marco Polo did an amazing job taking care of us, he made us feel special! Other great people were: Tomas and Isidro from Marco Polo Socorro from the VIP pool The lady from the gym was very nice and helpful Jose Luis of the Pizza place by the pool, delicious pizzas!

    Great location

    Overall, we had a great experience thanks to Omar. The rooms were decent and the package as well, but our check-in was messy and we had some difficulty communicating with the manager about the rooms. I highly recommend asking for Omar for any questions or local recommendations, he was outstanding and truly made this trip worth it. 5 ⭐️ for Omar!
