Great family vacay
Came with my family (toddler & spouse) to celebrate my birthday. Due to frontier changing our flights to an earlier departure, we arrived before normal check-in hours. However, Tania (front desk) was so understanding, professional and polite, and offered to let us check-in early. What a lifesaver! She was the start to a wonderful experience at this resort. The room was a nice size and came with a crib, the hotel was clean, and the food average like typical resort food. The staff and entertainment were great, and they definitely cater to children with their amenities and one of the pool areas. There are numerous steps, so wear some comfortable shoes and be prepared to walk a lot.

You have to do pool aerobics with Andre!
Our trip was so fun. We did an excursion that was included and we had a blast! The best part of each day though was the pool aerobics. Andre was fantastic, and made the exercises so enjoyable you didn’t think about the fact that you were exercising. He was motivating, funny, and the highlight of the trip.

Service, clean areas, good food
Very nice hotel where you see the commitment of the staff to make you have an excellent experience. Clean areas, clean pool, drinks everywhere.
