Beautiful vacation
We stayed at GR Solaris and we absolutely loved it!!! Daruin Garcia our waiter has got to be promoted to general manager or something he was great also ms Reyna our waitress was absolutely lovely!! The food was great all around fun for the family!!!!

The kids club was awesome. I was unsure about the idea at first but then my 4 yr old LOVED it and never wanted to leave. Emi Ivette and Nic as well as the other care takers were trustworthy and very kind. What a treat to have kid free time knowing my child was happy and safe.

Good Food and Chill Atmosphere
Had an excellent time. Pools and beach were amazing, great food and great drinks. Housekeeping was always well done and nothing ever went missing. The location is great, you're not far from a reef to the south that has good snorkeling and on a calm day you can snorkel off your beach. Big shout out to waiters Carlos Ventura and Moises for great service, and making sure everything went smoothly. Bartenders Reuben and Ramirez always took care of me and the hostesses at the a la carte restaurants were always able to help me in a pinch. Thank you royal solaris!

Return to Royal Solaris
It was pleasure to come back to Cancun after a long time. The wait staff of the hotel was very attentive to our needs. Everyone was happy to help and amazing. Housekeeping is always at work to hotel clean and smelling fresh. Shout out to the Caffe Solaris staff ((Ricardo, Jesus, Adrian, Gabi and Ariel) and their managers Fabian and Dulce who leave no stone unturned when it came to our needs whenever we came for breakfast. And always remembering what we order despite the amount of people they serve everyday.
