    A fantastic hotel and holiday

    We have just enjoyed 14 nights at the RIU Yucatan. What a fantastic hotel this is! Beautifully clean and tidy with the most attentive, friendly, accommodating staff. Every member of the Yucatan team worked their socks off and always had a smile and a “Hola” for you. So much to do here, if you want to get stuck into activities or you can just kick back, relax and enjoy. We loved it. Special mention to the incredible entertainment teams at the Yucatan and the Tequila who work tirelessly to ensure that everyone is having a great time. They deserve so much praise. I would recommend this hotel and would probably go back in the future. Thank you SO much!

    best holiday yet.

    what a fantastic holiday we've had i can't find fault with anything food was exemplary staff really happy to help with anything room cleaning everyday bar staff very funny and treated us like royalty 👑. also a mini bar in the room restocked every day. fantastic beach ⛱️ like you see on postcards. will definitely be going back here again.

    Great holiday

    2 week stay, great location, great setup with other RIU hotels close by. Food, drinks great, as was the daytime activities, RIU White & Neon parties at RIU Tequila. Stayed in RIU hotels many times I'd say evening entertainment needs a change / refresh. Staff great, great service, rooms clean, good air con. Seen all the videos of rain & seaweed before we went. We had 2 weeks of no rain and seen a small amount of seaweed. Plenty to do excursions wise, we did Tulum, cenotes, swim with turtles, Eplor all with excellent guides. Loved hotel, Playacar resort!

    First RIU May Stay

    Great bang for the buck . We did a quick 5 day stay over Memorial wk.end . We resort about 3 times a yr.so this is a seasoned comparison to others.The important stuff was covered . Buffet and restaurants were very good,maybe skip the steak house.Beach was large, great sand and plenty of chairs.Some of the prettiest water we have seen .Pretty good partying action at the swim up but they also have a quiet pool to snooze .Room: have seen cleaner but the bed was good, the bathroom area was cramped and needs updated ,but its just a place to hang your hat ,right ? Our first Riu stay ,although older , we were very pleased. Did have some kind of entertainment every night .

    The best vacation!

    Had the best vacation with my boyfriend, i have always something to complain about on vacation, but this time everything was perfect! I would recommend this hotel to everyone!
