No adult pool full of kids Rooms requested were not even close to what I asked for told Sunwing is no higher than Third Floor which is not true Dress code not followed at restraunts making it less than a 3 star women dress nice mostly but they are letting men in without collars and eating with hats on not very appealing You have to be up about 6AM to get a seat in a chair which use to be adult quiet pool nothing like that Entertainment not what it. Use to be kids program is too long and entertainment starts at 9PM when a lot of people go to bed Not having a elevator down to the main level is hard with only one ramp and lots of stairs There were a lot of people with walkers and canes and a few wheelchairs I believe there should be a service elevator for the use of people not able to do stairs Overall I will not be returning to this hotel because of the stair issue and the kids with water toys and water guns playing in what use to be the adult pol of stairs

We had a great trip at this resort, staff was friendly and helpful, food was very good, beach was beautiful and pool was lovely!

always great food and drink , all staff was very friendly and help full we do go between the Vallarta and the Jalisco , and always great at both , also want to give a kudos to Perla in the sports bar she was always very nice and treated us well !!

Perfect
This is the best we have visited in past 25 yrs. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Views of ocean. Room service great. Several pools to choose from and beach( no seaweed!) Buffet has huge selection of beef , fish, much much more. Soup is very good.Swim up bar. Not crowded. Staff is very attentive.All amenities are handy. No long walks or steep hills to climb.Lots of delicious fresh fruit, pastry.fish is always good. Beef a bit too salty? Tenderizer definitely will return
