    Exceptional workers

    My family and I were recently at Riu Vallarta and was there when the area dealt with the events of Feb 22. The resort had workers who had to stay extra long due to the event that occurred that day. We felt safe and the workers continued to serve us with a genuine smile. The food was great and resort was always relatively clean. Will visit again.

    1000% KUDOS to the Riu Vallarta Staff

    I can't give enough positive reviews for the staff of the Riu Vallarta. This is our second time staying here and first time here with some chaos that occurred in Puerto Vallarta. Knowing that many of their families and friends were affected and knowing they had to lock down at the resort for their safety too and still deal with people of all kinds and behaviors with a smile and kind word is nothing short of amazing. I know that wasn't easy always. If anyone were to ask me (and many have already) if I recommend staying here, it is absolutely yes to that, to the area and to Mexico. :) I will be back!!

    A Wonderful Honeymoon

    My wife and I had a wondeful time at the RUI Vallarta. We were very well taken care of. The food and drinks were great. We were spoiled with a wedding bottle of wine. Any time we had questions at the front desk, they answered them well and thoroughly. The room was always cleaned well! Two things we wish were different...a coffee shop that just served coffee (for my wife, she's a bit of an addict!) and an ice cream spot :) Otherwise, it was amazing. Thank you very much!

    Feb family trip 2026

    We came here last year, and we had so much fun! We enjoyed it so much we came again this year. The pools are amazing, the staff is the best, and overall such a nice getaway. The food was awesome, especially their rack of lamb at the buffet (they have a meat of the day, so it differs daily) and the seafood linguini at the italian restaurant. Shoutout to Christopher too for being such an energetic, sweet soul! We would definitely come back a third time.
