After 9 different stays in the PV area I have to admit that I found my new Best Place to stay. I was impressed with the location, amenities and food but I can not state enough how great the staff is at the RIU! I was always treated with respect and a smile! They went above my expectations when I had a issue and I never felt like I was just another tourist. After this trip I have cancelled my expensive cruise and plan to visit other Riu's across the world as I love the 5 Star treatment I received. Thank you so much to all the great Staff, too many to name, who made this my best vacation to date.

PV Winter Getaway
Beautiful property. Great pools, lounge areas. Top notch service by all staff. My stay was all inclusive. Drinks were not premium and a little watered down. Really enjoyed 2 of the restaurants, the buffet and steakhouse. Italian and Sushi restaurants need to improve a lot.

Amazing family vacation!
As a family of 5 (twin 4 year olds and a 1 year old), we all had a great time. Facilities were clean, staff extremely friendly, and food was better than the reviews I had read - granted we primarily are at the buffet given our picky eaters.

The staff were fantastic. They put on an impressive Christmas display and supper. Kids club staff were amazing ( Grace was fantastic) rooms were above average musty, we were in room 12. The bathrooms have no fan so I see why over time this has caused the smell. I could hear the théâtre entertainment from my room, although it didn’t phase me I can see it bothering guests who like quiet. The bottom floor is not for you if quiet is what you desire. Overall it was great as RIU typically is, but I would say it’s in need of a renovation in the near future. Thanks

Amazing trip!! We had a wonderful time!! My grandson proposed to his girlfriend and she said YES!! Thank you!! The staff was amazing!! My door frame was broken but was fixed quickly
