  Punta Cana Palace

  Overall the resort was very good, the friendliness and punctuality of the staff was amazing. Beach area is one of the best I have seen. Pool area was fun and always had something to do. Again the staff were just short of amazing.

  Excellente service!

  Visited with some friends and our littles in April. What makes this place is hands down - the staff. Randy, Molina, guys at the breakfast buffet, guy in the sports bar (wish I wrote down everybody’s names). The beach is a little rough but stunning! Pools were fun and the pool service comes around all the time. I found the lobby a little hard to navigate but the fountains on the grounds were stunning. The kids club could do with a refresh but for the amount we paid, I was very impressed!

  First time stay was fantastic

  We have not been to the Dominican Republic for over 15 years and wanted some sunshine, we was not disappointed. The hotel was clean and well staffed, service was great and we have no complaints. The buffet had a massive range of foods to choose from and we used all the restaurants to try different things, again all with fabulous service and quality. If you get served by Ambar in any of the restaurants (they rotate around) you will be looked after well, this young lady speaks great English and puts a lot of effort into looking after people. Nothing to do with the hotel but this deserves a mention, there was a lot of American families as some US States were on spring break, the young lads and lasses were a credit to there families, no rudeness or bad language, it was nice to see them enjoying themselves with consideration to others.

  Overall good food not so much

  So just got home and the resort was nice the room was always clean and staff were awesome. The beach was beautiful and pools and waterpark were very nice. Now to the food While it wasn’t horrible it was very underwhelming compared to other resorts we have stayed at in DR. Honestly the best thing we had was at the food court by the pool. You could do the buffet and the food court and skip the restaurants. The Mexican called Agave was the worst food took forever to come out and it was cold tortilla were stale. We had a wonderful time and it really is like paradise just don’t expect gourmet food experience

  Traveler Beware!

  We are here now and the experience has been horrible. Our rooms are dirty, had to call 4 times and finally walk down to the front desk to get pillows. Showers in both rooms don’t work, safe didn’t work so they thought sending someone at 9:30 PM to saw into was a good idea. Service is not great. It’s totally gross and disappointing. We are going to ask for new rooms tomorrow. If we don’t get them then I am going to ask for our money back and go home. Just so sick about the experience.
