    Beautiful Resort!

    This is the first time I’ve visited Mexico and it was absolutely amazing! The resort was well laid out, clean, comfortable and well staffed. Everything from the bar staff to the servers, the service was incredible and there is always staff around if you need help! The only thing that could improve is the entertainment and night life options, the entertainment was alittle lack luster.

    Great Vacation!!!

    The cleanest resort I’ve ever been to. Service was fabulous. Plenty of pool loungers, food was good. My only complaint, you can hear everything between the rooms in the new part. But it really is a Beautiful place!!

    elevators

    This was my 3rd year in a row, staying at the Rio Emerald Bay in Mazatlan. I like most things at this property with the exception of its elevators. Unexpected stops when no buttons have been pushed; noisy elevators; small capacity; and simply not working on occaision. For a large building like the Riu, the original planners did not take into account the large number of guests using the facility.

    Good Time

    2 out of the 4 mornings we had our room cleaned with tipping we didn't have any towel art left on our beds which disappointed our kids. Especially hearing rooms that weren't tipping were getting them.

    Great location

    Love this hotel. The view is amazing, and you get the best sunrises and sunsets. The location is great, the beach is amazing. Enough pools for all the guests. Staff is super friendly and do everything to make you feel welcome.
