  Another great trip to a Riu Resort Hotel

  Beautiful Hotel. Stayed October 9th to 16th and can honestly say everything from the food to the customer service was spot on. Great entertainment and activities all week and would recommend to anyone staying that you have to go to at least one of the Riu parties. Now for the food. I have read a lot of negative reviews, and can only say one thing, if you can't find at least one thing that is good to excellent to eat at the buffet then you should get your taste buds examined. Only managed to get to one of the other restaurants; Steak House, but would definitely recommend it as the food and service was top tier. Overall an excellent experience.

  Excellent hotel

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Fabulous Stay at the Riu caribe Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the Riu caribe hotel staff couldn’t do enough for us. 😀 The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and the view from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking — waking up to that scenery every morning was just amazing! The food was lovely across all the restaurants and the buffet, and the drinks were fantastic. Every member of staff — from the bar staff to the cleaners and lobby team — was so kind, friendly, and always happy to help. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was incredible, and we loved every minute of our week’s stay. We were genuinely gutted to be leaving! I’d like to give a special mention to two of the pool bar staff, David and Israel, who truly made our days by the pool unforgettable. They were so funny, hardworking, and always had a smile on their faces. They really made a difference to our holiday experience. Everything about this hotel was outstanding, and we’ll definitely be returning. It’s now our go-to hotel every time we visit Mexico — simply fabulous! 🌴❤️

  Not all inclusive to all ages

  Teenager unable to sit on the side of the pool to speak to our group. If your under 18 child is coming here in a large group of mostly adults and 18+ year olds I do not recommend as if they sit even on the side with their feet dipping in the water with a Pepsi in hand at the pool bar speaking to the rest of the group they will be asked to move to sun beds which can be very far away compared to the rest of the group practically alienating them which affects their entire mood on the holiday We came expecting a fun birthday holiday for 10 days only to find the only person under 18 alienated from the entire group The photo taken shows the distance from the pool and our group to our under 18 individual

  Amazing, beautiful

  Came for a week, and wish it was longer! Drinks are amazing, food is very nice, a lot of choice including the restaurants, the steakhouse and shangri-la were exceptional. Margarita restaurant wasn’t for our taste. Entertainment team lovely, and the riu parties were so fun! will definitely come back again :). Shout out to Israel the barman, he went out of his way to make our holiday great! he couldn’t do enough for us, friendly and fun! The rooms are big and spacious, amazing view on balcony, nice big shower, mini fridge filled with drinks, coffee and coffee machines.

  It’s really really good

  My first time in Mexico and I chose the best hotel. The Riu Caribe Hotel was recommended to me by friends who had visited here for o Riu Party. I booked this hotel because my friends said they found it so incredibly brilliant. I wasn’t sure what to expect as I had never been to Mexico before but I was not disappointed. The hotel is really lovely and the staff who work here are so very sweet. I arrived late afternoon and was welcomed with a refreshing melon tasting drink which I found so pleasant after such a long journey and especially with how hot it was. My check in was really smooth and the gentleman who checked me in was helpful and also informative. There was a lovely bar in the main lobby and Beto who served me my drinks was just adorable he was so friendly so kind and I was never kept waiting long to be served when he was on shift he always made my drinks exactly how I like them and he made me feel so comfortable during my stay. Beto was always busy but he always found the time to chat and make sure I was ok. He is an assert to this hotel and I do hope to see him again in the future. The cleaning lady sorry I didn’t capture her name but she was always around in the lobby was just so very sweet I would give her a hug each day when I saw her and she was always working so hard making sure everything was so clean. The young lady who cleaned my room (177) was absolutely brilliant at her job in fact she cleaned my room the best I have ever seen a cleaner clean a room on holiday and she always made me cute little animals from towels which was such a thoughtful thing to do and made me smile when I returned to my room. The main restaurant here is so very clean everything sparkles you could even eat your dinner off the floor it’s pristine clean and the waiters waitresses were amazing they really did work so hard and I cannot find anything to fault about them the food choices were outstanding and very tasty I was blown away with how much choice there was. I didn’t get to experience any of the other restaurants but what I did really like is that you can visit them as many times as you want and you don’t need to make a reservation hopefully next time I will get to eat in them. They did look very beautiful from the outside looking in. The guest relations girl was always so very helpful and if you need to call back home for anything you are able to use the phone at her desk and it’s free of charge I found this to be such an amazing thing for guests to be able to do. The outside areas pool and beach are kept so clean and everybody is so helpful and so lovely to you. The parties that happen here are out of this world I’ve never seen parties like that in my whole life absolutely incredible and I felt like I was touching the clouds on the rooftop terrace that experience will definitely stay with me. I didn’t come across any judgemental people here staff or tourists everyone just seemed like they were one big happy family I felt very very well liked after and safe. The managers spoke to me and they were always on hand if you needed to ask them anything and really wanted you to enjoy your holiday. I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat and I will return how could you ever get tired of such amazing things going off.
