With this new feature, CheapCaribbean.com aims to build one of the largest online communities exclusively for beach-lovers by giving them a platform to share their knowledge and experiences with like-minded travelers.

After customers return from a CheapCaribbean.com vacation, they receive a follow-up email asking them to rate their experience on a scale of one to five Palm Trees in the following categories: Value, Service, Beach & Pools, Dining Options and Room Comfort. They are asked whether or not they would recommend this resort to a friend, and then they are invited to write a detailed review, and to upload their own vacation photos and videos. The Palm Tree ratings and accompanying reviews are summarized and displayed in detail on the resort's page on CheapCaribbean.com, where they are easily accessible to prospective customers.
