Highly recommend
We travelled to Punta Cana Princess for the 6th time in Sept. We also enjoy out time at this small and quite resort. The perfect place if you are looking for a relaxing vacation. Special shoutout to Lajhara (forgive the spelling), the manager of La Petite Fondue. As always, he is always warm and welcoming and makes our stay even more enjoyable. We will be returning next!

Save a few more pennies and avoid this place
The hotel is very dated. Wi fi is iffy at best. The general up keep is sub standard apart from the grounds themselves which seem to be fairly well maintained. Door handle came off in my hand. Shower was cold on more than one occasion. Keys had to be replaced at least 3 times. Pool was filthy and actually turned my wife’s white bikini green. Food is for want of a better word, diabolical. Cold and on most parts inedible. Drinks are also horrendous and only get slightly better if you slip the bar a back hander. A lot of the staff come across as rude and non bothered to assist just stating they don’t talk English rather than actually try to help. Although there was some exceptions. If this was advertised as a 3 star I would have been slightly happier. That said it was cheaper than a lot of others . As the old saying goes you get what you pay for. Would definitely not return to this hotel but the beaches and resort itself are lovely. Entertainment is amongst the worse I’ve ever come across and not even worth mentioning. Overall a very disappointing stay hotel wise but as a place it is beautiful Punta Cana itself. Next time I would defo pay more and stay at an actual 5 star not a 3 star in 5 star clothing. Don’t forget your mosquito repellent as they are out in force

You get what you pay for. Reviews inflated by staff members putting guests on the spot
Pros: - is one of the cheapest all inclusive resorts in Punta Cana. I paid $100 a night for all inclusive; given this, I expected the resort to not be perfect. - Majority of staff is super nice and friendly. They are constantly on the move and keeping up with the property as much as they can. - The resort is fairly small (but you can use the property next door if you want more variety). For me, I like this, as I was able to walk back to my room if I needed something. And it was quick to leave the pool and grab a bite to eat and come back. One end of the resort to the other is only around a 5 minute walk. - Drinks are delicious, coco loco was my favorite! - I booked my hotel transportation through Nexus Tours (right from the Princess site) and it was a much better experience than anyone else I talked to. I paid $13 each way (per person) for a shared shuttle. Each way, I was the only person who booked the shuttle. The shuttle had AC and wifi. - They do daily housekeeping and provide plenty of bottled water. They also mop the floors which was great since I get sand everywhere! - Pretty quiet resort. I did not hear my neighbors at any point during my stay. The only time the resort was loud was during the beach parties (only once a week, I believe). Cons: - room temperature. the coldest I was able to get my room was 25 C or 77 F. I talked to others and most had a similar issue, give or take a few degrees. Normally I need my room super cold, but this temperature really didn’t bother me as much as I expected. - The room is dated and needs repairs. The room can only look so clean when it’s falling apart. However, I woke up a few times in the middle of the night and saw roaches in my bathroom three separate times. - Reviews are inflated - I talked to people who were put on the spot by staff and then the staff watched them leave a 5 star review. I lied and told them I left 5 stars so they would leave me alone and I could leave a non-biased review. - I did not like the food. I lost weight during this trip. The one time I ate next door it was pretty good, but the reservation process is a hassle. - The WiFi on the resort isn’t very good. It doesn’t reach all parts of the property. I ended up purchasing an eSIM. - The jacuzzi in the room was a nice idea, but every time I turned the jets on, dirt flew out. I finally gave up trying to clean the jets and used it without turning them on. (It also takes 1 hour to fill up) All in all, you get what you pay for. Don’t book this hotel expecting luxury, book the hotel for 3x the price if that’s what you want.
