Absolutely no other place like the princess! We will be back again next year. Best service always. The staff always go above and beyond for us and accommodate us anyway they can. You truly feel like family and that is why we return every year. We will be booking our next vacation and return soon.

Our favorite vacation destination. Alexander, Ana, Jasmin, Erica, Emilio, Nelson...so many wonderful people, the last is long! We always feel like we are family here. Clean rooms,all have beach/pool view, all inclusive, great variety of restaurants and buffet options. Can't wait to return!

Best Resort EVER
Tons of options for food at this resort and neighboring resorts included, fun events and dancing parties EVERY evening. Animation Crew gets everyone involved and sets up games and activities throughout the day to keep you active and having fun. Rooms are cleaning daily, beautiful view and HUGE pool with volleyball net. Walking paths FILLED with iguanas, peacocks, ducks and other critters that love people and being fed. Tons of photo opportunities, the beaches are kept clean (we never see any trash or even sea weed on the shore) had a blast:) this was my second time coming here, will be here yearly for sure.

had a very relaxing weeklong stay. met some awesome people and the staff were fabulous. go see Nelson at the pool bar. Alexander from the lobby was super attentive. I had emailed him prior to our trip and he remembered me when we checked in and checked in on us throughout the stay. Truly cannot say enough about the people who work here.

Nice relaxing birthday trip
Customer service was amazing! I really enjoyed my stay. Miguel made sure my birthday was great! Trips are definitely what you make them. So for a nice relaxing time this resort is perfect! Rooms are clean and the people are really friendly!!
