    Amazing experience

    Amazing two weeks at the resort. All staff extremely friendly and polite, Carlos from the entertainment team was the top staff member for us visiting. Taking time to show us new card games and dedicate time to individuals aswell as entertaining as a whole. Would reccommend this hotel 100% and will be returning.

    Incredible resort, even better staff.

    Amazing resort, fun, inclusive and welcoming, entertainment team are incredible. Special mentions for Stefany, Enrique, and Leonella, hard working and endlessly fun. Would recommend for all ages and group sizes.

    We had a few resort days and we went on 3 excursions . Monkey land , side by sides and a catamaran tour.

    The atmosphere was so fun! The excursions we did everyone was so nice and welcoming. Deiby was wonderful and super friendly and always checking on us. He was truely the best and made this trip so easy with all the reservations and recommendations. I will definitely be back

    Hotel Spring Break Policy - This hotel cannot guarantee a spring break-free environment. 

    The hotel does not accept Student Groups or Spring Breakers. Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at the Hotel. A student group consists of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms.
