The all-inclusive service is extremely poor, with very low-quality food and drinks. Restaurant service is bad, staff are unhelpful, rooms are outdated with damaged furniture, and bathrooms are poorly maintained, including rusted items.

Terrible
Our first room was not what we reserved in advance but they could not move us until the second night there. The furniture in the room was filthy. We had to put sheets over it just to be able to sit on it. The floor was filthy as well. The sinks did not drain. They were always out of towels, both beach and bath towels. I called guest services at least 20 times to ask for towels and water but they never answer. The app never worked to reserve diner so your only choice is the buffet, which is a large variety of inedible food

our trip was great! the blue team at el beso main pool was so much fun!!! anacary, emmanuel, joel and devei were great, their games were fun!

Excellent Staff at El Beso
Very friendly staff and had a very good experience with Emmanuel, Lisa, and Joel. Great views and good service from all of the workers!!

Excellent team at El Beso
Eliza, Emmanuel, Joel and the entire Blue Team at the El Beso pool did an amazing job creating a fun and positive environment at the pool. Water exercise, volleyball, darts etc. were all options. They were respectful and kind!! Greta experience highly recommended.
