The service works as follows:

    Family fun for everyone

    The property is Amazing!Grounds are so pretty. Loved all the pools and activities, beaches, the boulevard, plenty of places to eat and drink, help is nice, cats💚, rooms are clean! Jose our butler fantastic! down sides…food is mediocre, bathrooms need tlc, we had a smelly humidity problem w/ all our clothes, beach chair claiming! Hope they can get together with food then we’ll definitely consider returning

    Lovely stay at Ocean El Faro

    Our personal concierge, Carlos Enrique, was very helpful! Always very responsive and booked us into all the restaurants with no issues - we were doing a different place each night. Always responded quickly to all requests and sorted things on time. Highly recommend! Lovely hotel, loads to do and entertainment every night at multiple locations - impossible to attend it all! The drinks were lovely; you would never say it’s an all-inclusive, but rather a high-end bar, especially at the lobby bar. Good quality liquors and all very well made, lovely cocktails. All the staff in the hotel were kind and lovely. Food was great at every place we ate. Often at resorts the food tastes similar at all places, but at Ocean each restaurant was completely different and also very different to the buffet. Loads of choice at the buffet and the food was fresh and tasty, but we were doing breakfast or lunch there mostly. Definitely recommend!

    Been here since Monday and have enjoyed our stay so far! Banana and cappuccino have been great entertainment and are always keeping the crowd going so much fun!!

    Fantastic stay with great Entertainment

    I have visited the ElFaro several times and every time is fantastic. The El Beso staff is fantastic. The bartenders and servers at the pool are very attentive including Fransis and Juan Carlos.. The entertainment staff including, Emmanuel, Banana Enrique, Elisa, Ana, Carlos and Roberto are all fantastic. The room was very clean. The mini bar service was great in the room. The food provided many options. The reservation system is still very annoying to use. Overall, a fantastic stay.

    A fun holiday

    A fun holiday with a family of 4 adults and two children. The entertainment was great. There was pool aerobics, water polo and beach games. The pool was great for swimming. Also there was a quiet pool. We loved the lazy river. The rooms needed updating especially the bathroom. The food was varied lots to choose from. Nothing outside of the hotel. The beach was lovely and had a safe cove. The entertainment team were really good and great fun day and evening.
