    Room has many issues

    Im staying at this resort. I’ve requested the front desk multiple times that the room has many issues - toilet seat is loose, cover on light switch is broken, the sink is clogged , plus A/C is too cold even when we adjust the thermostat. The front desk has not fixed the issue after multiple days requesting to be fix the issues.

    Mid Winter Getaway!

    Mostly good some not so good. Front service man Jose Martin was outstanding!! He was always around when we needed his expertise! Food was limited in the Specialty Restaurants. The Italian was typically bland, one page of selections. Seafood food was limited to one page of selections and was average at best. Mexico Lindo was good. Two pages of selection and the food was tasty as well. Drinks from the bars were not so good! Terrible pours and speedily made. We were premier level guests and made our own drinks with the better liquor present in the lounge. Snacks and appetizers looked good! Did not try them. Value was outstanding with the level that my wife and I have from our usual Barcelo/Occidental property we visit. Safety was never a concern. Plenty of security, national guard siftings and the police as well.

    Excellent value all inclusive

    This all inclusive exceeded my expectations. It’s a very clean, well-appointed hotel with an exceptional view of the Caribbean Sea. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The food could be a bit more diverse but overall I don’t think you can beat the value for the price paid. We had an excellent girls week long vacay there with 7 friends. Would definitely recommend!

    I have already told people about this hotel. It was a great stay. Not too big of a resort. Just the right size. Location excellent and the staff are very friendly. Views are to die for! Thank you For your hospitality.

    GREAT VACATION - keep open mind

    If you expect gourmet food… Do not book here. If you love a spectacular beach and pools… Book here If you love incredible service and friendly, accommodating and kind atmosphere by staff… Book here If you expect a 5 star room… Do not book here If you expect everything you need in a room that is slightly dated but clean… Book here Location is spectacular Layout of hotel is perfect Food is repetitive but you won't starve! Bartenders Vincent, Jairo, Hector, Ishma are amazing Special shout out to Julio Soberanis at the Italian Ala-cart who spoiled us for our anniversary with a special dinner in their private dining room and Caesar was incredible as our server! Vivian at the reservation desk is a sweetheart - we can go on and on! We will be back - you WILL find something to eat that you enjoy - trust us! Run across the street to the grocery store to buy snacks if you need to!
