    We had a good stay overall.

    The food and drinks are amazing. We had a 5 night stay and we were only informed there that we could only reserve 2 restaurants and it was what they had available. I had the impression we would be able to try them all. Pacos Tacos was the best food. We also had issues with the shuttle scheduling. The staff was amazing and really friendly. Just need to get better at communication ( I had to send several emails and call to confirm shuttle, also bars close at 6pm and restaurant times also left us stranded a couple of times.

    Enjoyed our stay very much

    We enjoyed our 8 day stay at the Occidental at Xcaret Destination. Beautiful location, loved the lagoon/beach, plenty of restaurant variety and lots of food options, several pools, lots of good food and drinks.

    Amazing hospitality from staff. Clean and comfortable rooms! Beautiful pools, beaches and restaurants. Being able to walk next to native wild life is a once in a lifetime experience. Already talking to my husband about coming back next year!

    Best holiday ever!!!!

    Hotel is awesome! We stayed in the Royal Level and are glad we did, there are exclusive areas for Royal guests throughout the hotel and the Royal Restaurant food is exceptional! Room was traditional and very spacious. I could do with a refurb to make more modern in our personal opinion but this didn’t detract from our stay. Pool areas are fab! Remember to book your Al La Carte restaurant bookings in advance to avoid disappointment! Hotel has 2 entrances to Xcarat park, we took advantage the special pass offer which gave us access to the park throughout our whole stay! A photo package (including all photo point, photographer and experience photos) for whole duration was only $90 which we thought was great value! A special shout out to the Reception staff at the Royal - Sofia, Iris, Ale and all others who made our stay so special! We would absolutely recommend and would absolutely come back! Thank you!

    Love occidental Xcaret

    Our 23rd trip to occidental Xcaret. We are members and glad we joined. It is all inclusive and anyone who says it isn't is lying. Love the beach, the restaurants and the atmosphere. Those lying about time share are delusional, they do not sell timeshare, it's prepaid vacation and we use it all the time. With additional rci packages it is transferable to many other locations. We have brought groups of 44 down using our account and our guest were treated same as us as members. Awesome resort awesome people You less than 5% that are complaining You got serious sticks up your butt Just stay away we don't want your whiney azzes here and have to listen to your crap
