This a good 4 star with some 5 star amenities. Overall the room was good even though a drawer handle was hanging off, and the shower temperature was impossible to adjust either too hot or too cold ,would not stay consistent. Did this wreck my vacation? NO. Good food ,great staff, gorgeous beach,and premium drinks. Royal Level is the best option, entertainment was not the best but adequate for a smaller resort. Will return.

This was our first family vacation at an all inclusive resort and I feel like it was a good pick. We have zero complaints. The room did smell a bit musty but I feel like that comes with the humidity. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool and beach were great, the food was good and there was lots of variety. There was enough for us to do, depends what you’re looking for.

Love it but disappointed
We love this resort and have been coming for 15 + years. Upon arrival this time I went to the members pool and found dirty, ripped, lounge chairs you would not keep in your own yard. The non members pool has new chairs- why did they not replace them all? The staff as usual is the BEST. I am just disappointed in some of the basic maintenance. I will not list it here as the manager addressed some for us already. The resort is still fun and food fabulous- would just like things to look inviting!

The staff make this place so much fun and the food at the night restaurants is also really good. Wish they would’ve upgraded our room to a balcony one since they were not at full capacity.

great value
accomodations were great. Noise can be an issue if your room is located over the the bar.The parties run late into the night and could keep you awake. It's just people enjoying themselves. It's best to go down stairs and join them.
