    Good hotel, but too noisy

    The food is good. Stuff is good. Loud music plays almost constantly, making it impossible to relax. On the small beach, the swimming area is only 30x30 meters, 1 meter deep, and is located between two boat docks, sometimes with another source of loud music and exhaust odor.

    Services and staff excellent Vanilly at the Mexican restaurant is great Sandra Cruz as a waitress in the lobby bar she’s excellent !!!! « The best Luis as a manager was great and patient with us to choose a good room Good value for money Food is great with a lot of choices

    Simply said one of the best, most relaxing, peaceful places you could kick back for some R&R,,,,, I would suggest this place to anyone it’s one of the best clean most hospitality that you would ever need and ever want anything that you want is right at your fingertips and the service play right out spectacular

    Great first Trip to Cancun

    We had a great time. Service was great and everyone very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and a beautiful veranda ocean front. It was very affordable. We spent most of our time relaxing on the beach with great bar service. Food was average, plenty of choice, but quality could be improved.

    tequilla tasting at occidental costa cancun!

    Antonio was such a great tequillar tasting instructor! including estefania and sheilla! had a great time tasting tequilla! it’s a must try! they gave us a lot of information and tasted lots of great tequillas! Antonio explained it in English which was very helpful!
