The resort was great, we had an amazing time. Beautiful beaches. Our Butler Henry made the trip that much better. He made everything easy, and was a great guy to deal with. Highly recommend, and try get Henry if you can.

A Truly Amazing Resort Experience
Our Punta Cana wedding trip was absolutely amazing! The resort itself was beautiful, spotless, and truly felt like paradise from the moment we arrived. The service across the entire property was outstanding — every staff member was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcomed. A huge thank you to Manuela, our wedding planner, who made our big day beyond special. She handled every detail perfectly and made the entire process stress-free and magical. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us through our wedding day. We were also so lucky to have Henry as our butler — he went above and beyond every single day to make our stay unforgettable. From checking in on us constantly to taking care of anything we needed before we even had to ask, Henry truly made our trip extra special. We highly recommend this resort and its incredible staff to anyone considering a vacation or destination wedding. It was an experience we’ll cherish forever!

A great family experience!
Our family had a wonderful vacation at the resort. Henry was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and immediately responded to any of our questions or needs. He made sure everything was taken care of for our group of 9 people. The rooms were cleaned daily and our supplies were restocked in a timely manner. We found all staff were friendly and welcoming.

Best Family resort Ive ever been to.
Went with the family for a fun Vacation. right from the start Henry our butler took amazing care of us. there wasn't one detail he overlooked. The staff was very friendly and a special shout out to Dobert who was so amazing to our family. the food is great. this resort would be great for people of all ages, couples and really shines for families with kids.

The times a charm.
Dreams Onyx is a great vacation resort, the staff is awesome, food is good and the dinner restaurants atmosphere is amazing. The room was clean and laid out nicely. Our concierge Nelson is an awesome young man who took care of all our needs and beyond. You will not be dissatisfied.
- AdvisoryStudent Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room.
