Angel was wonderful. Was very helpful and was responsive. Resort was clean and comfortable. Food selections were good.

2nd trip in the books and a third to come.
We came back for our one year anniversary trip. We enjoyed the food and service at both Dreams and Breathless. We had one of the junior suites with private pool. Our butler Albert went above and beyond to help us with all of our needs even when off duty. Our maid, Monica I believe, was so friendly and very thorough. We will be back.

Good resort but less activities compare to resorts in Mexico . Love the part that the resort offers halal food , i think quality of drinks can be improved . Overall decent experience. I do want to give a shout out to Santo from food concierge dreams onyx!! He was extremely professional and helpful at all times.

My first all inclusive resort stay in punta cona
We had a wonderful relaxing time at dreams onyx resort . Enjoyed being at the pool, in lazy river , beaches and above all bars . The staff and waiters are very pleasant and courteous . Rooms are very spacious and well maintained . Had a visit to the adjoining breathless property too . Loved it too. Fire show was awesome .

Top Tier Staff
Overall I had fantastic experience. Mostly attributed to the staff. They all were extremely attentive. My last day, I was laying by the pool without a towel, it had juat finished raining, a thing brought me a towel without being asked. Your bar staff was fun & on point. I want to highlight 1 particular person. HENRY. He was fantastic. If there is an incentive program, bonuses, A RAISE, make sure Henry gets it. He checked in with me every morning. Letting me know what time he'd be at the property in case I needed him. He sent the schedule of activities everyday. He even made sure my friend had a whole cake for her birthday on our last night. That was completely unplanned and his idea. We ran into him at Cin Cin, I told him it was my friend's 40th birthday. He Coordinated the cake, making sure her name was spelled correctly, gave us the perfect way to end the trip. He truly was top tier for me. I will be back & I ONLY want Henry.
