Very nice staff that are helpful especially the food concierge, he helped me alot because I had alot of food restrictions and had to eat specific food

We are here now. Beautiful resort, food is good. Only big downfall is their “preferred” upgrade. We paid extra to get the preferred room status where we were told concierge/butler would take care of our every need. However, it’s been completely opposite. Our room hasn’t been turned down at night, we have seen our butler 1 brief moment, and he hasn’t done anything that I haven’t been able to do myself. He has made reservations for restaurants but when we arrive they don’t even ask room number or names and it appears we would have been just fine without these reservations. We were expecting to feel somewhat special with the upgrade, but that is not the case.

Excellent and Relaxing Vacation
Everything excellent! The food and drinks were delicious. Our butler, Elias, was super thoughtful and attentive. This was our second trip Dreams Onyx and we would definitely go back again!

Dreams Onyx
We had a great time at Dreams Onyx. We went to just relax and the staff made sure we did! We stayed as Preferred Members and had the pleasure of working with Francisco as our concierge. He took great care of us booking reservations for dinner, at the spa and surprising us with champagne in our room. Castillo and Alejandro were amazing bartenders, making sure our drinks were always perfect and going above and beyond. And if you go to the adults only preferred pool, Nelis will make sure you always have what you want!

7th time going there! The staff is why! ZORRO(THE BEST),NELLY,ANGEL,MARIANO AND ISHMAEL. Already booking next year trip.
