This was our first time visiting Dreams Onyx, and we quickly fell in love with this resort. My wife and I normally stay at Secret Resorts but decided to venture out due to the hurricane in Montego Bay Jamaica. Continue Praying for Jamaica. Our UVC Rep Genesis was amazing and took care of us starting on day one. The Dreams staff was wonderful and a special shoutout to the preferred adults only pool area staff Peter, Nelis, Ismael, Angel and Alejandro. Also, thank you to the wonderful staff at the Breathless restaurants. See you in April! Jeff and Kathleen Whitson

Dreams Onyx
Just returned from a week at Dreams Onyx, and although the weather wasn’t perfect at times, our experience was welcoming and enjoyable. Angel our butler checked on us daily to see if we needed anything and was a friendly face to see around the resort. When we return next year, we hope to have Angel as our butler again!

Great time at Dreams Onyx
Hotel is clean with beautiful decor. We stayed in the preferred section, which we highly recommended. Being in the middle of numerous pools, having a helper get us a spot at the pool everyday. The hotel has lots of options, fun kids pool with activities, quiet preferred pool, lazy river and Slides, plus the sister hotel next door. Good food, with lots of restaurant options. The servers were sweet, funny and helpful. Our butler was Elias, he was wonderful, checking in on us, making reservations, all the things. The beach was soft and not full of seaweed. We had a great experience

Incredible Stay!
I had an incredible stay at Dreams Onyx with my family! The resort is absolutely beautiful and very clean. Juan, our butler, truly made the experience special, checking in multiple times a day to ensure we were comfortable and helping us with dinner reservations each night! Alejandro, the bartender at the preferred club pool, made amazing drinks and always ensured my family was taken care of! The maids were great as well and kept the rooms very clean and always left us candy! The attention to detail and exceptional service really made this vacation unforgettable!

Facility and staff were wonderful. The restaurants can get backed up for early seatings at dinner. The Weather was windy/rainy with red flag conditions at the beach. The weather not cooperating was the only down side.
- AdvisoryStudent Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type.
