Resort is clean and nice and food and drinks were solid! My husband and I went for a long weekend and had a great time. Super bowl party was GREAT, definetly worth having to pay more for it. My only advice: DO NOT let them convince you to go to visit another hotel and allow them to do a sales tour for "leisure cash"; yes you get the cash (we wanted it to use on the Superbowl Party) but they tell you its a 1-hour tour and its not, it will take at least 3 hours of your day away from the resort you already paid for and it is absolutely BRUTAL and relentless sales pitching. We lived and learned, DO NOT do it.

Feb 10, 2026Sweet dreams at Dreams Sapphire Resort Puero Morelos
Just enjoyed a week at Dreams Sapphire Resort in Puerto Morelos , Mexico. We were pleased to see the efforts of the management and staff are making to upgrade the hotel with new equipment and improvements to the resort. All of the staff were extremely friendly and efficient whether they were serving food or drinks or just passing by. The food was generally beyond our expectations and the variety was very enjoyable. The resort spa was a great experience with wonderful massages by Nayiba and Jovita. The beach was large and well kept with seaweed cleaned up everyday. (A floating boom was installed in the ocean to help keep the swimming area clean) Plus you could walk for miles along the beach.

The place is amazing and the service of the people in the hotel it is excellent. I am strongly advice to live the experience. The amenities and food very good indeed. Far beyond that I expected.
