We have had an amazing time staying here, the room was very clean and well maintained, mini fridge stocked daily, and room service a phone call away. The entrance, lobby, and main lounge bar are spacious and peaceful. Big shout out to the staff who were all very friendly and helpful but 3 staff in particular: David and David (Miguel on his name badge), and Kristina looked after us poolside and helped to make this holiday special.

Bali Bed experience
What a great week we spent here. We rented a Bali bed for 5 days with our 7 month old old and I highly recommend. Isa and Bryan made our experience amazing! They made our good morning welcomes rememberable. They always knew how to make our little one feel special. They continued to check in on us all day. Truly made us feel like family. Bryan pool server was great! Kept the drinks coming and checked in regularly. We will be coming back!

Dreams Sapphire Resort - amazing!
Dreams Sapphire is an excellent hotel with outstanding service. The rooms are large, well equipped, meticulously clean, and have great amenities. The restaurants and bars have excellent variety, with the Barefoot Grill burgers being a particular favourite. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The poolside waiter service was exceptional and the wait staff around the resort anticipated our needs perfectly. As a disabled traveller, I found the resort to be fully accessible with ramps, step free access, and accessible toilets around the resort. My only two gripes are the lack of enforcement of the rules for both the hotub/spa and pools, particularly relating to unaccompanied children and food and drink being consumed. We were only able to use the hot tub/spa once during our stay as it was consistently full of children playing in there with no parent/guardian present. The other gripe being the use of wagons around the resort and them blocking access, which is a user issue, but something staff can monitor, especially in restaurants. Given the size of some of these, it may be best for the hotel to ask all users to leave them outside.

Large family trip to Dreams Sapphire!
This resort was a perfect place for our large family of 17. We had 8 adults and 9 kids ranging from 18 - 3. The pool was large with a variety of places. The staff was very engaging with activities and entertainment. The beach was very nice with places to relax and play in the sand. The food was very good with specialty restaurants and lunch/snack options. The resort was very clean with the staff taking great pride in it. The staff was outstanding - so polite and interactive. We enjoyed meeting people from around the world.

Question about preferred room
I have a question, what is the difference between Preferred ocean front swim out room and one in the Indigo club? I am confused what amenities are only with the Indigo club.

Hotel Spring Break Policy - This hotel cannot guarantee a spring-break-free environment. Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
