Modern and Luxurious
We just returned from our first 7 day visit. We routinely visit 5 star luxury resorts such as The Excellence and Secrets. This resort rivals the best resorts that we have visited and excels in some regards. It was built in 2019 so everything is very modern and was extremely well run. We were in a Junior Suite with jacuzzi in the Adult Elegance Club side. There was no musty smell thanks in part to our butler, Laura, who provided aroma therapy in our room daily. The food is gourmet quality and the entertainment was what I would expect at a luxury 5 star resort. The adult party pool sounded very lively however, besides attending the foam party on Tuesday afternoon that was a lot of fun, we spent most of our time relaxing on the beach. The beach was beautiful with lots of daybeds and loungers always available. There was a very small amount of sargassum suspended in the water and on the beach but I suspect that was due to high waves from Hurricane Melissa in Jamaica. It did not hinder our enjoyment of the water in anyway. The resort's greatest strength lies with it's employees. They were all very professional, friendly and helpful. This is the first resort in Mexico where virtually all of the staff dealing with customers were fluent in english and could carry on a conversation with you. They were all exceptional but I would like to take the time to acknowledge a few individuals that really stood out to us during our stay. Johnathan at the Tiki Bar for his great service and conversation the one time that we dropped by. Baez our waiter on the beach was absolutely phenomenal ensuring that we always had drinks. Waiters at our dinner meals - Thomas (Mexican), Gabriel (Bistro), Felipe (Italian Breakfast), Jorge (Japanese Cooking) and Bogart (Japanese Ukulele) Danielle and Ricardo (Entertainment Team) - Were funny and engaging to get you pumped up. I have no hesitation recommending this resort for anyone that wants a luxurious and relaxing stay or a more upbeat time at the adult party pool. This is one that we will likely return to sometime in the future.

Pool side fun
We had a fantastic time poolside with the entertainment group, Frida, uncle Jesus, and Dominic the group the bar group and the food were fantastic as well. We enjoyed the man that was was passing out popsicles midday. They were very refreshing and tasty.

Vacations
5 out 5 Ricardo Daniela and Maneses had great time at the infinty pool doing all the crazy games, water aerobics. Pool black jack and the keep away game was etremly fun made the time spent great. Sergio our butler was available for all questions fine me daily activities and made reservations for us at hibachi and fremch which was extremely helpfully, really enjoyed the drinks from Luis at the pool bar in the infinty pool this made our second time at the resort as enjoyable as the first and will be back a 3rd time
