  Amazing vacation at the Mirage

  We had a great time at the Majestic Mirage. Gorgeous property, accommodation, and delicious food. Our butler Stelian was really great- much better than any other butler we have had at these resorts. Great value for the money- truly high end experience.

  Great time!

  Excellent property with a fantastic atmosphere. The entertainment team was outstanding, and Silvia truly deserves all five stars on her own. The kids’ club was excellent and kept everyone happy, and we really enjoyed the food throughout our stay.

  Such a wonderful stay

  We absolutely loved our stay this January. I loved the way the resort was set out, with all the restaurants (except one) in one area, with a square where there was live music and entertainment every night. It had the feel of being out in a town. I was nearly swayed as I saw very mixed reviews about the food, but I couldn't fault it at all! The Argentinian steak restaurant, the Mexican, the seafood, all wonderful! We didn't eat the buffet for dinner but I was always impressed with the variety and quality at breakfast and lunch! The pools are a little odd as most are swim up room pools, with an oddly shaped main pool but they did the trick. I felt it eas missing a beachfront infinity pool or something but thats a small thought. The beach was beautiful, soft white sand, long and wide, with plenty of cabanas and sunbeds. There was some seaweed along the shore, but not much. The water was a little rough though. The rooms were modern and spacious, we had a swim up room but got lucky with one of the rooms that faced the beach and was more of a private pool than shared swimming up. The staff were all wonderful, attentive, friendly. Our little boy was too young for the kids club but we went there a couple of times to use the fun ball pit and toys. The girls were wonderful and there were always kids in there playing or doing activities. They also take the activities to the pool area most days so parents could have some chill time without their kids being out of sight. The club side is adult only so you can definitely get that separation if you want it, but the normal side had lots of families with kids and babies, which was nice for us travelling for the first time as a family. Would definitely recommend this resort!

  Would not come back

  I stayed here with my family along with a group of nine others, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. The service was consistently poor, and staff appeared more focused on enforcing rigid rules than on ensuring guests were comfortable or satisfied. The resort is clearly understaffed for the number of guests it accommodates, and when mistakes were made by staff, the inconvenience was passed on to the guests rather than being resolved appropriately. Although the resort markets itself as “family-friendly,” it does not actually offer meaningful services, activities, or accommodations for children. It is more accurate to say that children are simply allowed, not catered to. We were told the resort was operating at 98% capacity, yet restaurants and shared facilities felt only half full, suggesting poor planning or mismanagement rather than overcrowding. Beverages are subpar, food is ok at best, room cleaning is good, beach is very nice. Overall, this stay was a letdown. I would not return and would not recommend this resort to others.

  The restaurant is so good. All resort, activities, beach, pool activities are so Amazing. Mana and Ricardo sexy sexy are so cool :) 😎
