    Had a Majestic Stay

    We were at this resort for 9 days from October 19th to the 27th. We did alot of research and were not disappointed with our stay. We were in a one bedroom suite overlooking the middle part of the resort. Room was spacious and clean, but very damp. Sheets felt wet no matter how much we turned up the A/C. Could definitely use more storage in the room and the shower area did not measure up to the quality of the resort. We found the shower did flood the room which was frustrating. Always had lots of towels and washcloths left daily. The pool situation is a little strange with one long narrow infinity pool that does overlook the beach. Would not feel comfortable sharing the pool area with the swim outs. No shortage of beach towels. We arrived a bit later in the evening - butler had left and next day was off. Not a great start but Leo helped us try to get dinner reservations that turned out to be a little iffy. The first morning breakfast at the Italian the server spilled a tray of mimosas all over me and did not return to clean up the broken glass - could not eat our breakfast for fear of glass shards. Not a great start! We felt that the food was very good in most cases although we did get tired of the Mar buffet lunch. We enjoyed the French restaurant food and ambiance as well as the Steak House the first night. Be aware that they do enforce the dress code - mostly footwear. Never had a problem getting a lounge in the shade at the infinity pool or beach. Enjoyed the World Series baseball in the sports Bar - Jays Fans! Entertainment was great with fire show, Mexican wrestling and Queen being our favourites. Live music great as well. We did enjoy the club lounges for mimosas and snacks but seemed to have to continuously ask for refills, plates, cutlery etc. Could be more attentive. It would be helpful having railings on the stairs. Beach was beautiful with powder soft white sand and no issues getting a spot in the shade. The only issue we had was the pack of dogs that roamed and we actually witnessed an attack on a couple of young guys walking on the beach. They were pretty brazen and we voiced our concerns - someone may be hurt! The whole resort was very clean and the lobby area was truly beautiful. Loved the covered walkways, the variety of drink selections, food and entertainment. We have travelled to a lot of all inclusive resorts and this is one of the best. We would definitely return despite a few minor issues. Can’t give it a 5* because of the minor issues but definitely 4.5*.

    Frida and mana were a blast with our entertainment. And we enjoyed the zoomba and aerobics. Paola and Sylvia were great

    It is supposed to be a five but my phone would not let me get to the five. It has been a great all round experience at this resort.

    Total Nightmare don't believe the hype

    Safe was not working Outlets were not working Power went out in my room Food is mediocre Towel guy was a rude and a jerk The biggest fail was their total unwillingness to allow my relatives from Mexico to attend the wedding if they didn't stay at the hotel even after I was willing to pay $145 USD per person for them to be there 9-6 just so that they could attend and supplying them with all the documentation they asked for they are ruining the most important day of my daughter's life

    The Best Experience with Top Notch Staff

    Fairs did such a great job keeping us entertained with all the activities. He’s so handsome and knew exactly how to show us a good time. When we came to Casino night he really made the experience!

    Awesome time, Great Service by Enrique

    The resort was packed with good food, good vibes, great bartenders and an amazing beachfront. We couldn’t have asked for a better honeymoon destination. The personal butler service was a nice touch as well. Enrique was a phenomal personal butler. Super attentive and always there for us for anything we needed. Next time we come we will definitely ask for him again!
