    Great atmosphere

    10/10 experience, entertainment team was amazing! Food was great. My room was hot, the ceiling fell in in the bathroom. That was the only downside. But other than that great experience!

    Best service and food

    Chef Guadalupe and Jesus best tacos and nachos. The resort is so beautiful and amazing. The staff here are so friendly and amazing. The location is amazing and the beach is awesome. The pools here are so perfect and there are many to choose from.

    Nice resort with friendly staff

    This was our first visit at Majestic Elegance. We arrived late at night, but were warmly and quickly checked in and escorted to our Elegance Club room. The room is well laid out, with a sliding door between the living room and bedroom, which is nice. We had a great location right outside a swim up bar that was 10 feet from our swim out patio. Because we had a swim out with lots of sun all day, we never had to look for a chair near the main pool or the beach, but whenever we walked by those areas, it seemed like there were lots of spots available. Dinner reservations were only accepted at two restaurants, and that was easily done on the app. There was never a wait at any of the other restaurants. The Japanese was our favourite, and the French was our least favourite. The buffet was decent for breakfast and lunch. The staff standouts: Isabel, our room attendant was lovely and did a great job, Ian at our swim up took good care of us, Erik in the buffet area was great. Overall, liked this resort a lot. It was pretty quiet, which we prefer. A few random maintenance issues…missing tile in the pool, at the swim up, nothing major.

    Daniela is the best

    Daniela was very friendly. She taught us Spanish and how to play Giant Jenga. We had fun in the pool. We had Aquazumba. The staff in the hotel is very friendly and amazing. Daniela was the best!

    So much fun!!!

    The entertainment all week was great but the wrestling night was so much fun.The interaction with the crowd, from the announcer to the wrestlers themselves was truly a blast to be a part of. Hats off to the participants and the organizers!!! Well done
