    Bien, mais je m’attendais a mieux

    The highlights are definitely the food, which is excellent both at the buffet and the à la carte restaurants, the beach with very few algae and beautiful fine sand, as well as the overall cleanliness of the property. The main drawbacks are related to the wristband given at the beginning of the stay, which also serves as the key to the room. Be careful not to lose it: replacing it costs 90 USD, non-negotiable. We were a group of four, and for three of us the bracelet came off on its own. Another person in our group lost theirs and had to pay the 90 USD—only one day after we arrived. This created constant stress for the rest of the stay, worrying it could fall off again. Another negative point is the lack of sun shelters (palapas). There aren’t enough for everyone in the Elegance area, resulting in a daily towel race at dawn to secure a spot. Honestly, I’m questioning whether the Elegance Club is truly necessary to enhance the experience. There seem to be so many people that it doesn’t really feel like a premium upgrade. In the end, I expected more from a 5-star resort, especially considering the price. A special thank-you to Lola, Angel, and Luis for their excellent service.

    Best quesadillas

    McJestic. Chef Guadalupe makes the best food at majestic. Get whatever the special is. Best quesadillas, tacos, whatever. I trust this man implicitly. My only complaint is that we waited too long to come. Come early and often. Cannot overstate.

    Paola is the Best if the best… She is an entertainer out of this world… So is the food, the drinks … the beach…the shows.The Best is the italian and what a show we had at thé japeneese one.

    Wonderful vacation.

    My boyfriend and I spend our anniversary here and they did not disappear. Our decorations and room class were perfect. Our room faced the side of the hotel and we had the view of the ocean and inlet from our plunge pool so we had perfect view of sunrise and sunset. The resort is beautiful and the entertaining was amazing. Huge kudos to the queen experience cover band. I thought I was watching Freddy himself, absolutely lived it. The CONS - the food is mediocre at best. It’s always cold and not cooked well. We made the awful mistake of going to the Italian restaurant and had the worse service. The waiter was so slow and did not care to serve anyone. The food is just ok, not worth the reservation. The Japanese restaurant is a must go!!! The food is perfect and the chef’s are entertaining. If this resort could fix the food, it would be a perfect destination.
