Our 10th trip to Punta all different resort! Majestic colonial need love over all! Need more restaurant and need an adult pool other than the swimup. The beach was nice and well maintain! Enrique our butler was very good ans the staff great all site ! Need more animal on sites and less chimic on the grass ! The fountain (white pool) could be more naturel and less chloric so the wild life could benefit !

I went to the Colonial to celebrate my birthday so my expectations for a great experience were high. The visit exceeded all of them! The most important positive factor was my butler Alex! Note that I am very particular when it comes to service. From the moment I met her to the hug when I left, she was absolutely amazing! Everything she did for me from getting an upgraded room, a birthday restaurant reservation, decorating my room and other requests were done quickly efficiently professionally and all with her wonderful attitude and smile! Her communication was excellent. She even contacted me on her days off to make sure all was well! She loves her job! l spoke to both the General Manager and the Club Assistant Manager about her great service! I definitely will return to the Colonial Club as many times as possible as long as Alex will be my butler! I just hope (selfishly) that she will still be around as a butler, but I wouldn't be surprised if she is promoted! From day 1 until I left everything and everyone made my birthday celebration one of the best in my 73 years! Looking forward to all my future celebrations at the Colonial especially to the Colonial Club as many times as possible as long as Alex will be my butler! We can’t say enough good!!!
Our second time to the resort. We have nothing but amazing things to say. We stay in the club (adult only) side. The rooms are extremely clean and housekeeping comes in 2 times a day (if you want). In the evening they always turned down the bed and tidy everything up. For me, I’m attentive to smell and the fresh clean none chemical smell is a BIG deal for me. I didn’t even travel with my own diffuser this year. Our butler Alex was so helpful. We don’t need much, but she checked in everyday with us, always recognized us, helped make an appointment in the spa, and helped my husband have our room decorated for my birthday. She was GREAT!! Food is always amazing. We love the beachfront restaurants. The ribeye at supper is out of this world delicious. We usually eat 2x a day. Breakfast at either the buffets or lunch, and then supper. We prefer the beachfront for the atmosphere, but enjoy the air conditioning and more culinary choices at the main buffet. Alejandro down at the beachfront was the BEST. So friendly, always recognized us, made breakfast and supper great. We appreciated him so much. Staff: so friendly!!!!!! From the grounds keeping crew, to the pool cleaners, waitstaff, drink servers poolside, bartenders——literally everyone is so kind, friendly, and hardworking!!!! My gosh they put in hours. I really hope everyone that stays sees that. The grounds are so clean!!! We/I walked the beach daily. During our stay 1/17-1/23 the seaweed was pretty significant. I can tell you BY FAR that the Majestic properties did the most clean up!! Spa-I had an aromatherapy massage this year for my birthday and it was spectacular. Can’t say enough about it. It was GREAT! We both work high stress jobs and this week away where we worry about nothing is so cherished!! We absolutely love it here and can’t wait to be back!

Unbelievable experience at majestic colonial, food, cleanliness and service. Darel took care of our family for the week and he was amazing, helped us with whatever we needed, and very fast, couldn’t be happier with Darel and the rest of the staff. Can’t wait to go back

Best butler ever! Great stay at the Majestic Colonial!
Agapito Castillo, our butler, was amazing and is an asset to the company. He was attentive at all times but was particularly supportive with some specific beverage requirements. It was a major concern we had prior to booking the trip. Honestly, he went above and beyond to accommodate them which resulted in our overall experience being significantly better. We can't wait to return.
