Very nice and great service. The food was not that good the beef was very tough. I really enjoyed the Japanese cuisine very good. The jacuzzi was not a good experience.

Love this resort!!!
We love coming here. The staff is wonderful and so accommodating!! Miguel at Le Gourmet, Ricardo at main buffet and many more but our favorite is Luis our butler and friend. We have had him the last 4 times we have been here and he is the best!! Constant contact, texts daily and a lovely person!! Thank you everyone! See you next year!! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

Another visit another good time
This resort was a lot of fun and I went with my daughter for one week. My butler Agapito was excellent, and he always sent me daily updates on the schedule and asked how our vacation was going. The animation team made it a lot of fun and it was nice to see everybody again... Christina, black diamond, Luis, Franklin, Panda, Anderson, Adriana, and a special thank you to Victoria for making friends with my daughter. Victoria my daughter genuinely loves you !! I would happily return !! The food was very good. Thank you all for another great vacation !

Dec 18, 2025Obnoxious and disastrous at the Club pool
All I have to say is if you paid for Club, especially the pool, you wasted your money, last week what a disaster, urine infested Club quiet pool full of an abundance of loud mindless group. Needless to say there was a group from you know where, that had no calm and decency for the other preferred members. They litterally took over the pool, floaties filled with beer and ice ( where the sign states not allowed), obnoxiously loud, had their rooms which were pool side had pizza boxes strewn everywhere (daily); garbage everywhere . Yelling and screaming constantly, they took over the swim up bar making it impossible to even walk over with my two other couple friends with us to even get a drink. The bartenders ( Juan and Katea) actually let one out of the group members behind the bar to make their friends drinks ( he was intoxicated as hec) like what the?? Is this even allowed. We even heard that one of the Butlers were fired the next day because he was partying with them. Most couples left the preferred pool area permanently after the first day and never returned because of this and went elsewhere. This obnoxious group was luckily only here for 5 days and just left this passed Friday. In conclusion, most of us couples did a visual for the first two days at the pool and very rarely saw anyone get out to urinate!! 🤮 So most couples left because of that alone. Furthermore, most couples complained to the management and NOTHING was changed for the following days leading up to their departure last Friday. Personally I think those two bartenders ( names above) should be fired in everyone’s opinion as we spoke to a lot of persons in the lounge who said they will not come back to this resort Again the bartenders Juan and Katea were the bartenders who catered to this group only, with no regard for the rest of the pool Club members

Awesome Vacation
Resort is well laid out. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Good food and drinks. Our butler, Luis, was fantastic, very attentive!!
