    Big up Janice and the Iberostar family

    Girls Trip.... my friend celebrated her divorce this trip and we had a great time big up short boss at the pool bar great service and big thanks to the entertainment staff we all loved every bit of it...... my Concierge Janice went to great lengths to get us reservation into the Japanese restaurant as we were told everyday its booked Great job Janice and all the staff are always pleasant and smiling... will definitely come back in a couple months

    Birthday trip

    This is by far one of the best hotels I've been to in Jamaica ..... Obrian was soft spoken and professional at check-in then we were Introduced to our concierge Janice who did and awesome job showing me where everything is and giving us information whenever needed hats off to her service. Melissa in the main lobby bar in the day time is so sweet .. remember to go out early and get lounge chairs because if wait till after breakfast they're all gone I think the hotel needs to invest in more chairs apart from that it was a wonderful experience and I'll definitely come here again another big shout out to bell man Hyron.

    Janice Made all the difference!

    We didn’t think it was a good idea to come to Jamaica after the hurricane because we were worried they wouldn’t have recovered but we decided to go anyways! And even though we had some hiccups in the beginning, this trip would be NOTHING without the help, tenacity and dedication of our Concierge Janice. A beautifully caring young woman who took sure great care of our every needs. My family and I are happy and will be coming back. Thank you Janice ♥️

    Great hotel wonderful staff

    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was clean, comfortable and had a very welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. What really made my experience stand out however was Janice from the Concierge team. She was exceptionally warm, professional and genuinely helpful from the moment I interacted with her. Janice went above and beyond to assist with my requests and made sure everything was taken care of with ease. Her friendly personality and willingness to help truly elevated my stay and made me feel valued as a guest. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

    Amazing!!!!!

    I recently stayed at this hotel and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. The check-in process was smooth and professional, and every team member I interacted with was warm, friendly, and attentive. The room was spotless, beautifully arranged, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated the little details that made the space feel relaxing and luxurious. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining everything throughout my stay. The amenities were fantastic, and the atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful yet vibrant. Whether it was the dining options, the cleanliness of the facilities, or the overall ambiance, everything was top-tier. Concierge Janice was amazing to us and she assisted us with a lot of information. What truly stood out was the customer service — the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed.
