Hyatt Regency Aruba is an excellent Vacation. Its World Class and they will do everything for you if possible. I will be back next year.

Feb 15, 2026Go somewhere else unless you have to prove something. This is a status spot.
Not a great experience overall. Early in the stay, hearing Northeastern Italian teens shouting racial slurs was upsetting and set a terrible tone. After that, the problems kept adding up. As a new Aruba traveler, I didn’t find (now) any real reason to choose this hotel over an all-inclusive resort or an Airbnb unless it’s for a deal or the name. I repeatedly had to call and ask for my room to be cleaned. Service at the beach and pool felt practically nonexistent for brown guests. I struggled to get help arranging transportation and even getting room service was difficult. For the prices being charged, the level of service was nowhere near acceptable. A few staff members were kind and tried their best, and they are the only reason this review isn’t lower. But the overall atmosphere — especially the sense that guests with darker skin were not treated with the same regard — ruined what should have been a relaxing vacation. The island itself is amazing. Unfortunately, this hotel was not. I would not stay here again.

49 th Anniversary
We rented a scooter and go to town for breakfast. Then f5 sunset we go to the Ritz . We love to have dinner at Ruines del Mar. Just take a walk and spend some time in the casino. The night breeze is so good. Relaxing.

Just perfect!
Great place to vacation! The property has something for everyone and staff is amazing and so friendly! The breakfast buffet was amazing! Beautiful Property!!

Ocean resort makes Aruba fabulous!
Beautiful resort on the ocean. Friendly, safe and great location. Our suite was large and service outstanding. Breakfast buffet was extensive and well worth the price. The reserved seating at the pools very convenient. They really know hospitality! I love the Hyatt brand and their reward program.
