    Hotel Xcaret México July 2025

    My seven-day stay in July 2025 was truly extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, Carolinna Saldaña welcomed me with warmth and care, taking time to explain the hotel’s new features and restaurants. Shortly after check-in, Andres Santos, Mauricio Cupuland, and Eréndira made it their mission to ensure I was comfortable and checked in on me daily. Their dedication was unmatched—when I couldn’t find a charger for my iWatch, Mauricio went out of his way to get one outside the hotel, and Andres delivered it the very next morning. Eréndira helped me stay on time for my reservations, always offering thoughtful recommendations, while Luis at Cada Fuego took wonderful care of me on the rooftop, making sure I had sunscreen, food, and drinks. The entire staff, from lobby to restaurants and bars, greeted me sincerely with “Bienvenido Socio, en qué le puedo ayudar?”—a simple gesture that spoke volumes about their hospitality. This level of service reminded me of the best luxury hotels I’ve experienced, including Ritz-Carlton properties. I left feeling truly valued and cared for, and I look forward to returning soon with my family.

    Great to repeat

    The best of all !! Just review your activity during the day and your reseravtions for dinner. Hotel have very strict policies for cancelation. Quality of pictures from the package in the hotel can be better.

    Hotel Xcaret

    I spent a week at Hotel Xcaret and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The resort exceeded all my expectations – from the stunning natural surroundings to the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making my stay both relaxing and exciting. The food was outstanding with a wide variety of restaurants offering delicious and beautifully presented dishes. The all-inclusive access to the Xcaret parks was a huge bonus and made the trip even more memorable. I especially loved the blend of nature, culture, and luxury throughout the entire property. If you're looking for a place that combines adventure, relaxation, and first-class hospitality, I highly recommend Hotel Xcaret. I’m already dreaming about my next visit!
