We booked a 7 day vacation Package through JetBlue at the Holiday Inn from Jan 26 to Feb 2. A major snow storm hit NYC on the weekend of our departure. Due to the storm I rebooked our7 day package one day later from Jan 27 to Feb 3. Holiday Inn charged me a $444.07 penalty for the change even though our origianal flight on Jan. 26 was cancelled. I spoke to management at the Holiday Inn and they told me only JetBlue could waive the penalty. I called JetBlue and they said only Holidai Inn could waive the penaly. In the mean time I am out the $444.07 even though i spent the same amount of nighta at the Holiday Inn and the flight was cancelled. It's a shame because we did enjoy our first stay at the hotel. The restaurants were excellent and all the staff were exceptional, I just wish the management would be reasonable!

A great experience on a beautiful island and resort filled with awesome staff and in a great location! The resort is walkable to several great restaurants, shops, and the food here was impressive! Hugo at Oceanside bar and grill was great everyday offering top notch service and his attention to detail was incredible! He deserves lots of praise! Rooms were nice and cleaned daily however a little more on the run down side (who really goes to Aruba to sit in the room though). Although kids were allowed the resort is relatively quiet based on noise level but still adequate for kids . Highly recommend this resort as it’s the best value for the amenities it’s near and the best beach!

Feb 05, 2026No sleep at the Inn
Stay way if you want to sleep at all. We booked a resort view room with a “King or Double bed option”. There was no option we were forced into a double bed room overlooking the parking lot. Even worse was the techno club across the street blasting techno music until 2AM EVERY NIGHT. We explained the problem to the front desk staff who said they had no other rooms and turned us away, didn’t offer any compensation at all. On the plus side the room service staff was very polite and expeditious. Very poor experience overall.

Da Vinci restaurant was exceptional. Our server Roderick was the BEST ever! I can’t say enough about how fantastic the service was!

Great Service with Veronica
We had a great experience visiting SeaBreeze Restaurant with Veronica as our server. She was so kind, always checked in, and had great recommendations.
- AdvisoryWe are happy to report that we have successfully completed all the renovation works. Our property is now operating at 100%. Palm Lobby Bar & Cafe; Sea Breeze Restaurant & Bar and Pool located by the Sea Tower is open with its regular hours of operation, as previously announced.
