Dec 24, 2025Aways a wonderful trip
This is our seventh year staying at the Holiday Inn. It is just perfect for my family and friends. The rooms are clean, the staff is great and you are right on the water. Yes, it’s not the newest property in Aruba, but you are not spending $800/a night either. We would much rather spend the money on the amazing restaurants and activities. Go and enjoy, maybe I’ll see you in the lobby bar with Victor during up his famous espresso martinis.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time here! The service was awesome throughout, very friendly and courteous staff. Food was delicious, highly recommend the fillet mignon and the Seaside Grill! Beach was clean and never crowded, same for the pool. Room was clean. Next time we’ll do a garden view if it’s an option, as our ocean view was mostly a view of the parking lot.

Heartwarming
This has been my third trip to the Holiday Inn Aruba. This is my first staff recommendation. Please acknowledge the phenomenal service from Eugene upon arriving to the hotel. After a long flight all you wanna do is kick off your shoes and relax in Aruba. Most important you want to be greeted with a smile. The charisma that Eugene carries is exceptional, He is always eager to take your luggage and direct you to who can support your need. One exceptional outtake I have is we have forgotten our radio charger at home in New York and he offered to go to his house and bring it to us the next day that is going above and beyond for me and I am grateful. Thank you, Eugene for making our trip wonderful.

Nice Hotel
Holiday Inn has the best beachfront property on the island. Their staff is very helpful and accommodating. A few things to improve are to have queen size beds, schedule more activities and install a secure WiFi network. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Wonderful service
Louise from ocean side grill is wonderful and should be treasured. This woman made my day with her wonderful attitude and amazing service and personality.
