Nov 20, 2025Great hotel, food and drink what more do you need!!
First time at a Hard Rock hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. We are in our late fifties and enjoyed the limitless alcohol, entertainment, which at times was a bit too loud during the day when we needed an afternoon kip and food was plentiful and could not fault it. The location was OK and not much to do outside the hotel but did go to the main tourist spot near Coco Bongo but was not great with even more loud music. We ended up eating at Bubba Gump which was really nice. The La Isla shopping mall was worth a visit. We didn't go on the Chichen tour as didn't fancy the 6 hour round trip for $200 per head. Overall a great hotel and the staff were great.

Trip with friends
We visited Hard Rock Cancun the first week of November with a group of 11 and how a wonderful time. Our Butlers, Jessy and Hector, we’re fantastic! They attended to our every need and make sure that we had a memorable vacation. We have been to this resort more than a dozen times in the last 20 years. The updated rooms are gorgeous and the renovated pool is beautiful. You can’t ask for a better location! Their liquor selection is top-notch and nightly entertainment and shows are wonderful. They have recently remodeled the restaurant Zen to make it all hibachi. It was so good, we ate there twice. At the pool, our server, Joseph, was fantastic! He made sure the drinks were flowing and we never waited. The chair attendants, Tacho, Willy and Angel, came by several times to make sure that we did not need anything and were very attentive as well. While this hotel is older, it still feels like home.

WE LOVE HRH CANCUN!!
WE LOVE HRH CANCUN!! -- this was our second time here, and it was as great as the first! -- we've done all the HR Resorts and enjoy them all, but this has become our favorite! -- the beach, pools, music, food, concerts, and energy is why you will come back, but the staff & service is why you will call it "home"! And it's the staff that really makes the difference! -- a few callouts would be room services to "Diego" & "Oscar", the waiters "Hector", "Javier" & "Edward", and special dinners to "Margarita" & "Jose". And if you have Butler services, you'll find "Hector" & "Victor" are top notch. But what really sets this resort apart from the others is a Butler named "Jessy", who simply is the reason for staying there -- she truly treats you like family, and makes the difference between a great vacation and an unforgettable one! Stay at HRH Cancun, and you'll understand why they greet you with "Welcome home!" 😎

Fantastic vacation at Hard Rock Cancun
We spent a week at the Hard Rock Cancun resort and cant wait to go back. Our servers were all so friendly and helpful, especially Margarita, Jose, Hector, Javera and Oscar. They were all so much fun and really put extra joy into our vacation. Our butlers, Jessy, Hector and Victor were very helpful and made us feel at home. Jessy really went above and beyond and made our trip special, she treated us like family and and gave us a vacation that totally exceeded our expectations. From special dinners to celebrate an event to special little treats in our room and a welcoming smile every day by the pool, she made us so happy that we chose to spend our vacation there. We are excited to come back to HRHC and bring our friends and family to experience all that Jessy and this resort has to offer.

Love Hard Rock Cancun and our Butlers
The Hard Rock Cancun was awesome. We hadn’t stayed there in a few years and everything was perfect. Our butlers Roberto and Victoria prior to our arrival had everything set up for us perfectly. While we stayed there they made sure we were always taken care of. Best butlers we have ever had and wish we could take them to the other resorts as we travel. The food was great and lots of entertainment day and night. Beach is absolutely amazing. Can not wait to return.
