Hard Rock service was excellent, Butler service with Luis and Omar amazing . Helped us negotiate some special requests because I was temporarily walking with a walker and needed a wheelchair. Food and service excellent, especially shoot out to Ignacio Vacgaez at Frida for extra special service. Omar and JoJo in owner update for arranging some special things for us owners. Amazing trip can’t wait to return .

Cancun hard rock hotel entertainment round the pool

Great week at hard rock Cancun
Hard rock Cancun never disappoints! Jessy and hector are the absolute best ! They take care of us like family! My daughter has severe food allergies and they both make sure to bring the chefs out to speak with us they just go way beyond for us! Then there are the chefs ! Jose in ciao Carlos on Frida and super shout out to Jesus at Toro ! Never had a bad a bad meal and they always accommodated our daughter! Then the BOYS!!! Are guys at the pool. Angel Willy tacho and Fausto they are hard working wonderful men! Then the pool servers Oscar Irma and Jessica thank you for keeping our drinks filled! It was a great trip we had a large group and Jessy and hector handled everything for us! Thank you so much! Can’t wait to see my hard rock family next year!!!

Wonderful and Excellent Service
HRH Cancun My husband and I have been coming to HRH Cancún since 2005 when it was Cancún Palace. 20 years to this resort. We will continue to return here because of the amazing staff and service. Let me start with the resort. The rooms are very nice and always keep clean. The staff that clean the rooms are very respectful of us and our property. The facility is clean and welcoming. The amazing staff: Butlers: Hector and Jess. They made our stay stress free and relaxing. They took care of all our needs and wants. They are professional, polite, respectful and kind. Hector has been our butler for many years. He is absolutely the best. This was the 1st year we had Jess as one of our butlers. She was spot on with everything and is in the correct position to take care of members. Pool Concierge: I can’t say enough about these gentlemen. They are amazing. Fun, professional, kind, respectful and they make being by the pool just perfect. Willy, & Tacho took care of most days on the Metallica Island, Angel and Fausto took excellent care of us when Willy & Tacho were off. These 4 gentlemen were excellent. Metallica island service by Irma was amazing. She made sure we had water food and drinks. Dive bar, bartenders: They were fantastic, they listened and remembered our drinks. Livorio (LI), the best I must say, and Eden and Pedro. All 3 took great care of us. Restaurants Freda staff, the best service anywhere was from Ignacio, he always made sure we had everything we needed, our drink choices and names. He is kind, professional. He consistently exceeded our expectations. the gentleman that fried my eggs, I am sorry to say I didn’t get his name but he always remembered what I liked and wanted. Zen: the best food and the chefs were amazing. If I was rating the restaurants, just on food, Zen would be 1st, Caio 2nd, Toro 3rd and Freida 4th ( breakfast was very good) . Last and I mean last because the food was awful was La Sur. As a Member, the resort made sure that the check in / out was so easy. I did observe others, not members, that had an easy check in /out. The greeting upon arrival makes you feel so welcomed. The bellboy’s were fantastic at both check in and check out. We love this resort. Only 1 other can compare as an equal. Thank you to all the staff at HRH for the amazing experience and care. This is why we keep coming back.

Hard Rock Cancun
I love this place and Jessy! She always takes such good care of my family. She ensures everything goes smoothly and individual needs are met. Hector too made the vacation a success with ensuring we had all needs met. I look forward to seeing them both next year!
