Absolutely amazing place and people! The resort and views are gorgeous, and the entertainment was top notch. Shout out to Jonny, Christopher and the whole daytime entertainment staff for making our trip so much fun! The shows at night were also great! Food was very good, service was great, and the rum flowed like water. Rooms were well-stocked and clean, and the ocean view is absolutely worth the price. I will be back!

Week long trip with 8 family members ranging from 12 months to 65 years old! Had an amazing time. Butlers Jessy, victor and Irving were wonderful! They made sure we had everything we needed. Jessy made reservations and made sure our excursion went off without a hitch. Tacho at the pool was attentive and made sure we were comfortable. The BEST pool server was Jesus. He remembered us no matter where we ran into him on the resort and he remembered all of our drinks by the second day. He was super friendly and went above and beyond. He needs a promotion!! We had a presidential suite which made it very easy for us all to gather and for the baby to play. The entertainment was fun and kept everyone involved! The lobby bar was fun in the evenings and the wait staff worked very hard. The other unsung hero's of this place is the housekeeping staff and grounds crew. They do a lot of work that we take for granted. Resort is set to undergo renovations which will be nice. Would defiantly return! This is a fun place with a lot of energy!!

Hard Rock Cancun___Anazing Staff
Amazing 9 days. The weather was wonderful even with some scattered showers one day. Our butler, Jessy, is hard to describe. She is always on top-of- her-game. She makes little, special things happen during the week that just settles you in for a great week. We look forward to spending time with her every trip...she is the reason why we come to HR Cancun. Shout out to Willy and Damien....at the pool.

Hard rock 2026!
As always, the Hard Rock Cancun never disappoints. We had such a blast with family. The weather was beautiful and the service was even better. We love all of the different places to eat supper, lots of options for lunch, drinks were always flowing. Jesus was AMAZING poolside. He was so attentive, kind and always took great care of us. Jessy was fabulous. She was on top of everything, making sure everything was organized and ready for us. We appreciate everything!!

I've been a member of HOF in Cancun for 11 years and I'm treated like trash. My butler, Roberto, doesn't attend to me at all. He refuses everything I ask for. I don't know how you can have an employee like that. My room is 650. I regret coming here because of this employee.
