Monica at the Ciao restaurant front desk was wonderful. She was resourceful, customer service oriented, and always smiling. She is one of the best of Hard Rock Hotel Cancun.

Trip to Hard Rock Cancun. It was another great experience for us and the friends that came along with us. W will be back
We requested Jessy for our butter because she did such a good job before. Her and Hector took good care of us every day. She goes the extra mile for the guest. We will request them on our next trip.

Fabulous because of Jesse’s attentiveness to all details.
Hard Rock Cancun, we stayed in Room 368. Jesse was a phenomenal Butler. She was always on top of things and always in touch to see if we needed anything. Jesse is amazing!! Best Butler we have ever had! Will request her again.

Best Butler Ever
Jessy was the best butler we have had at any Hard Rock and we have been members for 19 years. She was on top of everything and responded immediately to all requests or comments. Fabulous job.
