Amazing butlers and staff
The resort was clean and inviting upon arrival. Our stay was absolutely amazing because of our butlers, Hector and Luis. They were attentive and ALWAYS available. They took care of reserving our chairs by the pool every morning and making sure our dinner reservations were scheduled and always where we wanted to go. Hector had to deal with a situation one morning with the chairs and he did not leave until the situation was resolved. That was greatly appreciated. We loved our evening chats with Luis and that he loved our buckeyes as much as we do!!! Our room was always stocked with everything we needed. Their communication was top notch. They were great!! Many thanks to both of them!! Also, the wait staff and bartenders were top notch, Q our bartender at the smash bar every evening was a ton of fun and so attentive. We loved Aldo and Emanuel at the pool working the dive bar. Carlos was our waiter by the pool and was great!! They all made our stay absolutely amazing and we can’t wait to return!!

If you are looking for a the perfect getaway, it could be here. More adult oriented, though there are some kids.
The resort is great! Our experience was amazing. They treat you like a rock star, legit, and the resort is your stage. The real game changers are the staff. Everyone pays attention to detail, every detail. Our butlers were like rock star managers. Luis and Hector took care of anything we needed. From the simplest of requests to some out of the ordinary, everything was courteous and efficient. We felt like the both Hector and Luis are examples of those who love what they do and only want their customers (families) to have the greatest experience possible. I would venture to say any true rock star would be better with either of these guys on their team. Also, at the pool bar, I would be remiss if I did not give credit to Aldo and Emmanuel, these guys were attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and fun! Excellent overall experience,

Best vacation!!
We had the best time at Hardrock Cancun! We were suppose to go to Punta Cana but didn’t get it booked in time. I was upset, but it ended up being the best mess up! We have been members since 2012 and I think this was one of the best trips we have ever been on! The food was amazing and the entertainment was the best we have ever seen. Our butlers Luis and Hector were amazing! They took care of everything for us, including scheduling dinners and massages and also getting poolside chairs for us every morning! Couldn't have asked for better service from them! The bartenders were also awesome! Aldo and Emanuel were at the pool and Q was at the smash bar. If we needed something they took care of it. I would highly recommend visiting this Hardrock!
