We had a great stay for 14 nights at the hard rock in Cancun. Staff went above and beyond .. especially Carlos and Francisco from the Freda buffet every morning and lunch. They were amazing!!!! Food was great too!

Great all around.
Love the guest service. Love the atmosphere. Samuel was phenomenal help to get our vacation started! Great food and food service. Bi lingual friendly. Very family friendly. Consistently clean and watched over around the pool and hotel. Hotel room is phenomenal. Live events daily. Can be somewhat noisy but this is a vacation destination! Everyone enjoy and drink up!

Exceptional
The Hardrock is absolutely beautiful. We were greeted with exceptional service the moment we arrived. Samuel at the front desk was very helpful and had an energetic personality. The location of the HardRock is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views. We had an ocean-view room with a beautiful view of the ocean. They have several amazing restaurants located in the resort, all of which have phenomenal food and service. All the staff were very attentive and had friendly personalities. If you want to take an excursion, the staff are knowledgeable about the experience and work to find the best option within your budget. There is always something to do in the resort with an activity. Yes, it was a little noisy at times, but the energy was just right. Remember, it's a vacation and not a retirement home; it should be a little noisy. The resort was very clean and worth every penny!

This place is awful!? What's wrong with you people?? The whole resort smells old and moldy. Our rooms smelled worse and our water smelled like sewage!!? The service was horrible to deal with. They falsely advertised their "2 bedroom family suite" as 2 regular adjoining hotel rooms and charged a premium for it!? The food and drink are average to poor - I can't believe people here and on google give this place the ratings it gets. DO NOT STAY HERE WITH SO MANY BETTER OPTIONS!! IT'S A COMPLETE RIPOFF!!
