We are Legendary Vacation Club members- We vacationed at Hard Rock Cancun from Jan 30- Feb 6, 2026 in celebration of our 29th Anniversary. From the moment we were picked up and dropped off at the resort, we felt welcomed and ready to create memorable experiences. A few things we enjoyed begins with that beautiful beach with drink and food service. Although everyone we encountered was very courteous we would like to take this opportunity to mention a few employees such as Jesus, Corale, Mitzi and Louis that celebrated us. The door decoration and daily treats was a nice touch and very much appreciated. Poolside Javier, German, Arzeta kept the drinks coming and are very kind. The entertainment water show was very nice. The band tribute to Bob Marley was excellent and welcomed as it occurred on our last day and was the perfect send off! We did try all the restaurants- Frida, Isla, Zen, Ciao, Toro, and Pizzeto. Unfortunately breakfast and dinner at Toro was the least of our favorite as it seemed the staff rarely engaged us and the food was just okay. The breakfast at Frida had adequate food selections but we found the bacon and hash browns were slightly overcooked. The omelet and fruit station is all I really care about and Diana made those omelets the way we requested. Pizzeto pizza will not get any complaints from us. Whether we ordered at the counter, poolside, or room service, it was always hot and delicious. Zen was exactly what you'd expect from hibachi with a theatrical chef which we enjoyed and would recommend. The hotel is showing signs of aging but is scheduled for renovations later in the year. We are looking forward to revisiting again.

Couple getaway!
We had an amazing time at the Hard Rock Cancun. The service and entertainment was great! Special shout out to our Butlers Luis and Roberto who did an amazing job making sure our experience at the Hard Rock Cancun was amazing...and they succeeded!!.

Great first visit
Resort and room were gorgeous. Food and restaurant servers were great! We are Legendary HOF members and did not have a Butler our entire first day for only a 3 day/4 night quick trip. So that was disappointing. Hector found us before dinner our 2nd night and said, “he had been trying to reach/contact me since arrival!” I had no contact with him at all so did not appreciate that comment. However, Jessy then took over as our butler and was absolutely wonderful!!! She went above and beyond for us, and I would gladly take her as our butler again at our next visit.
