  Beautiful Resort..Beautiful Bermuda

  Beautiful and wonderful resort. Location is excellent, close to airport and city, shopping. Everyone is so nice and helpful. At the resort, Spa is must do. Food was delicious with many choices. In the main dining room David was professional and excellent with his smile and consistently wonderful service. Z at the bar was wonderful. He was great in multitasking with many guests. Following day when Z wasn't there, it was different. We enjoyed the DJ and music in the bar area on Friday and Saturday. We will be back. Started recommending our family friends already.

  Will Definitely Return

  This was our 5th or 6th time staying, haven't been in a few years. The changes made were amazing to include lobby, restaurants, etc. I was a little put off initially by the new flooring but actually is a great idea. No worrying about slipping on wet tile and will not set off any reaction for people that have allergies to carpeting, etc. Everyone working at the resort was friendly and service was always with a smile. We only had dinner one night at the resort but had lunch every day at the beach restaurant. The salmon tacos are amazing. I didn't think I would like salmon in a taco, but it was yummy. I must point out one particular employee, Neitre (I hope I have her names spelled correctly). The 1st morning I woke up and had a little issue with the room. It was 4 in the morning, and I was tired and very cranky. She had quite a bit of patience with me. All got sorted out in the end and as always had an amazing stay. I wish there was less rain, but one cannot control mother nature. I can't wait to return. By the way, most of the people staying at the resort have been coming for years. That itself speaks for the quality of the resort.

  One of the best vacation resorts I've been to.

  This was one of the best vacations I've ever had. The Grotto Bay Beach Resort & Spa exceeded my expectations. The staff was attentive, informative and friendly. The food was delicious. There are so many things to do there. The spa service was great in the cave. The grotto cave was cool and refreshing. The front desk was helpful on using the bus transportation and any questions we had. The resort is on a hill so be prepared to get your steps in. I suggest getting the all inclusive meal packages, it saved money. If you want a great room view request 3rd floor. Highly recommend!

  Not worth the price

  I would say this is a 3-star hotel. Room decoration is outdated. Ocean view is misleading. It's actually bay view. AC was noisy. Food was just ok and overpriced. Beach is small and crowded. The only advantage is close to the airport.

  Second Stay…loved it !

  We just stayed at Grotto Bay for the second time. We had an amazing vacation. We landed at the airport and within 30 minutes and a $15 taxi ride we were at our happy place. Everyone who works at Grotto Bay is so friendly and helpful. It was exactly as we remembered it from 2023 but only better with the renovations to the main building , dining rooms, the addition of the rooftop bar and the expanded area of beach loungers and umbrellas. We chose the all inclusive supplement again because this is a great option for us. We used the kayaks , paddle boards , and floating mats. We utilized the free bus pass as there is a stop out front. We enjoyed exploring the island after breakfast and came back “home” for a late lunch , relaxation and swim at the beach ( or pool ,or cave ) , afternoon tea , drinks /tapas at the rooftop bar and a late dinner. What makes this resort special besides the beach and the beautiful views from our balcony is the wait staff and bartenders . I have to give a shoutout to Matthew who keeps everything running smoothly , Vinay , Wilfredo , Glady , Michael and Duane to name a few but they are all great. They are always going out of their way to make the guests happy and never said no to any of our requests. Can’t wait to go back for our third trip next year.
