    Thoughtful service, beautiful property

    Truly a wonderful stay from start to finish. Every member of the team was incredible — concierge, guest services, housekeeping, dining, and all staff we interacted with were warm, attentive, and professional. A special thank you to Aarón and Izamar, who went above and beyond and truly made our stay even more memorable. The WhatsApp concierge made everything easy and seamless. As an all-inclusive resort, the experience felt especially effortless, with excellent service throughout. The property is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Nothing negative to say — already looking forward to coming back.

    Exceptional from start to finish!

    What an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived it was incredible. The staff was exceptionally professional, friendly, and as attentive as can be. Our personal concierge, Jessica Meza was a delight, and her attention to detail was exceptional. Helping with dinner reservations, activities, and excursions. The Grand Velas is a must for anyone that loves that elevated feeling of being well taken care of once you check in to your property.

    Luxurious Comfort, even for a business trip!

    The detail-oriented staff, the gorgeous facilities and landscaping, and the food stand out about Grand Velas. The staff is plentiful and very hospitable, plus the concierge is easily reachable by WhatsApp which is very convenient. The Zen Building was a peaceful retreat, especially while attending an onsite conference. The beach is well maintained. And the restaurants provided superb quality in diverse cuisines! I also appreciated the onsite karaoke bar.
