Jan 20, 2026We had an amazing family gathering at Grand Velas. We enjoyed the pools, the food, and the beautifully curated resort.
Amazing service, incredible food, fun facilities and perfect view. We had a family group of 40 here and we felt very well taken care of. The food was genuinely distinctive from any resort we have attended worldwide. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great family resort
Great resort. Food was very good and the staff was very respectful and pleasant. The Kids Club for our 7 year old Gia was excellant. The staff Florencia, Yuli and Karla were very caring, careful and professional. Thank you. I recommend this resort for all families

True Luxury
The absolute epitome of luxury. We were treated like royalty. The resort is an absolute dream. There is something for everyone . The staff cater to your every need.. The food be it at the buffet, suite service or one of the many incredible restaurants on site was amazing. Our personal concierge answered all of our questions, made our reservations, and checked on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was to our liking. Truly the Grand Velas has thought of everything.

Perfect family vacation
This was our third time staying here and we will definitely keep coming back. We were 14 family members on this trip and the kids had an amazing time at the kids’ club, the staff there are truly wonderful and so attentive. The food and service were excellent. Ana, our concierge, took great care of us during our entire stay and even helped recover and send something very special that had been lost. Arturo, our server at the pool, was incredibly kind and helpful. Everyone was so friendly, we had an amazing time, and we 100% recommend this hotel, whether traveling with kids or without!

Grand Velas is supreme!
Grand Velas was everything we had hoped it to be. Oceanview suites were immaculate and spacious, our concierge, Abdias, was extremely attentive and each and every restaurant was supreme. The activities around the pool were entertaining and food and beverages delivered promptly. Will definitely return.
