This was our third stay at Grand Velas and every experience is as good as the last. The rooms are perfectly kept, the food is delicious—better than any we’ve had at an all inclusive by a mile—and the service is impeccable. grand Velas makes traveling with a 3 and 1 year old easy which is impressive. Huge shoutout to our butler, Alexis Mora who was attentive and took care of anything and everything we needed!! The nannies Mel, Yuli and Yaneth were excellent and our kids loved them! Abraham by the pool made sure we had food and drinks all day!

Exceptional
Alexis our concierge made our stay exceptional. The service and quality of the resort are visible at every turn. The staff on the Bella yacht are amazing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, food is excellent. Loved the gym.

The perfect kid-friendly vacation in Cabo!
We spent 5 glorious nights at the Grand Velas resort in Los Cabos with our two children who are 4 and 6. It was a paradise. From even before we arrived, Alexis was at our side making sure the experience was everything we needed it to be, helping to finalize dinner reservations, spa reservations, provide information about kids club, and so so much more. Every moment at the resort was made more exceptional by his presence. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were in the suite we needed as a family, ensured that even our kids had small robes to enjoy the bath tub, rearranged dinner reservations to get us one extra dinner at Cochina, and checked on us every single day. He even blew us away by helping me locate a hair diffuser to dry my curly hair for our family pictures. Our kids ran to him to give him huge hugs when we were leaving! Alexis is the kind of person who lives and breathes custom, curated, once-in-a-lifetime experiences and his dedication to his craft is unparalleled. The pools, staff, grounds, rooms, and food are perfect here and the lifeguards even personally came out on the rocks to catch crabs for our kids to hold so they didn't risk going in the ocean. We saw countless whales, enjoyed exceptional dinners with and without our kids, and felt 100000% safe trusting them at the kids club, which they enjoyed even more than being with us. Highlights were the mixology and painting classes we took with Reyna, Cynthia's workouts every morning in the pool, Flor, Reyna, Yuli, and Andy at the kids club, the world-class spa (don't sleep on the water ceremony!!), and Moises and Ivan at the pool. This resort is out of this world - if you're considering visiting, book your trip immediately!

Honeymoon for the books!
One of the best experiences we have ever had. Antonio Cabrera made our trip 10x better. The food, the service, the rooms, this place is phenomenal.
