We just came back from Grand Velas in October and we are already looking forward to going back. It was our first trip with our one year old and we had the most wonderful time. The resort was beautiful, our room had the best ocean view, all the F&B outlets were delicious but most importantly, the service we received from the entire team will stay with our memories forever. Special shoutout to Alexis, our personal concierge, for being so accommodating and responsive during our entire stay. The staff that drove us back, Harrison, was so pleasant and I was able to learn so much about Mexico's food history on my way back to the airport. I didn't get their names, but all the ladies in the lobby always greeted our family with the warmest smile. Thank you so much! I will be recommending Grand Velas Los Cabos to everybody!!

A perfect family getaway
My family had the pleasure of staying at Grand Velas for a large group trip with a mix of families and couples. Everything was better than expected. One of the stand outs was Roxana who was hired through the baby sitter service ! Made us feel comfortable getting care for a 4 month old baby. Special thank you to her and her team

This was our first time in Velas Cabo although we stayed at the adults only boutique hotel by Velas we enjoyed the pool at Velas it wasn’t too busy and the best service by Elena at the pool very attentive and friendly.

I stayed in the Governor’s Suite, which was stunning — spacious, serene, and beautifully designed with panoramic ocean views. Every detail, from the fresh linens to the thoughtful turndown touches, reflected five-star care. The service was outstanding throughout my stay. Every team member seemed genuinely committed to ensuring an unforgettable experience — whether it was room service arriving perfectly on time, staff anticipating my preferences, or the warm smiles that greeted me at every turn. The resort’s restaurants were exceptional — each meal was beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavor. The multiple pools offered the perfect balance of relaxation and variety, with plenty of quiet areas to unwind and take in the view. The beachfront was pristine and peaceful — a true escape. Velas Los Cabos delivers luxury without pretension. It’s elegant, tranquil, and effortlessly relaxing. I can’t wait to return. 🌴

5 star indulgence with style and class
This is by far, one of my favorite trips. Convenience, service and culinary experiences are 5+ stars. I had been to 35+ countries, and I live in Vegas where i am used to fine dinning with exquisite services, and this resort did not disappoint! From the moment you step out to the property, you're greeted with super friendly staff who are ready to serve any needs. Every room is assigned a concierge staff, and Ingrid was beyond amazing for us. We received surprise gifts nightly in our rooms, making our birthday celebration that much more unique! The best part of our trip was the culinary experience. Every bite of the food on premise in one of their 6 specialty restaurants was delicious. We never had a bad experience during our entire stay.
