We had a wonderful 4 night stay! Our concierge, Josue Martinez was so helpful and made our stay so special!! The staff at all of the resort were so friendly and made our stay very special.

Grand Velas, best resort in Cabo
Beautiful resort with fantastic restaurants and service. Be sure to meet Hugo- he is the heart and sole of the resort and will make your experience all the more memorable! This was our 7th visit and we will definitely be back in the spring. Also enjoyed the tequila tasting.

Perfect spot for a trip with a one year okd
We just got back from the absolute best week long stay at Grand Velas. From the moment my husband, one year old, and I arrived, everyone went out of their way to make us feel so cared for. Natalia, our concierge, was amazing- she made everything so easy for us and went above and beyond to make our son Jack’s first birthday extra special. Honestly, everyone did! The staff celebrated him everywhere we went and it meant so much to us. Maria at Azul buffet always started our mornings with a smile and was a joy to interact with. Isabel at the pool was a total star with the kindest energy and amazing service, we had so much fun hanging out with her. Oscar made amazing drinks at the pool bar. Hugo with the paletas and Alejandro at the pool were always Leo friendly and fun, and Roberto at the coffee bar was wonderful. The food was truly great everywhere. Our dinner at Lucca was especially memorable thanks to our server Salvador and his team. We stayed in a Grand Class Suite with our one year old and it was perfect. Plenty of space for the crib and our SlumberPod, and they provided a baby bathtub, toys, a diaper pail, a bottle sanitizer, and a bouncer in addition to the crib. And the spa… wow. Easily one of the best I’ve ever been to. I didn’t quite catch names but truly everyone there was so kind and made the whole experience so relaxing and unforgettable. Make sure you do the water ceremony. We of course had dinner at Cocina de Autor, which was an incredible meal and absolutely beautiful, but the service didn’t quite live up to the level you’d expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant. The pacing was off with some courses coming too quickly and others taking too long, which made the experience feel a bit uneven. However our server was excellent and the food was to die for. We usually like trying new places when we travel but this one changed that. We’re already talking about making it our annual family trip!

Booked on my own after reading stellar reviews and am now leaving a similar glowing review myself .
I booked this resort on my own after reading many positive reviews on various websites. We returned last night from spending 5 nights at Grand Velas Los Cabos with my husband and 2 daughters ages 7 and 5. The resort is beautiful, service was impeccable , food amazing and I would love to visit again. The kids club was beyond. Our kids previously did not enjoy the kid’s club on a Disney cruise so I wasn’t expecting them to want to stay at the kid’s club long , I only hoped they would give it a try. They never wanted to leave ! They were disappointed when we came to pick them up! I can’t think of a better way to speak to how great a kid’s program is than your child wanting to stay . I can’t recommend this resort enough.

Family and friends trip 2025. Group of 23. The kids club was A++. My kids (7,7.4) didn't want to leave. Concierge (Natalia) was top notch. All staff was friendly and eager to help.
