Adolfo and Arturo are great waiters. Had a perfect stay with them at Tonino restaurant. Lovely smile and atitude. Also Victor who welcomed us as the host. Had a lovely evening. Great guys

Gorgeous place, staff and views!
The hotel itself is gorgeous. Set on a huge complex, there is plenty of food choices with restaurants from Italian, Mexican, Japanese and Mediterranean! The pools are fab, with activities throughout the day. A lazy pool to chill. The beach is gorgeous with plenty space so you don’t feel “on top of each other” when sunbathing. The sea is just 😍 The rooms themselves are clean, serviced everyday (if wanted), are HUGE with a lovely balcony to catch some last rays while getting ready for dinner in the evening. The hotel has been really good value for money, yes a little on the expensive side but what you get is brilliant. The location of the hotel itself is pretty central to everything. All need transport but the hotel were able to sort taxis if you wanted to explore. TUI (our holiday provider), were great throughout. Clear in giving advice and the best trips to go on etc. if ever in this area the top 3, I think, Nat Geo Tour, Catamaran Boat Tour and the Coba Tour. A special shout out to the waiting staff at all restaurants but especially, The Park Buffet - Julio Cesar Chan Kumu was THE BEST!! Greeted us each morning and lunch with a smile and good conversation, made sure we had everything we needed. Even noticed our morning coffees with honey, on the first day and then waited it to us each morning - he really was the best waiter in the house All in all, a really good Christmas here

My experience of this resort was overall an above average experience. There were some staff that weren’t the nicest but our guest services Manager Adan was awesome and very helpful. The food and facilities were awesome.
