Ive been to Sirenis 5 times and the beach is their unique selling point because Sirenis is on its own, no other hotels nearby but the beds are bad, really bad, mis-shapen, old, unclean and the beach litter should be picked up daily. We have spent 2 weeks here and the beds are so uncomfortable. The beach bars should also sell coffee/tea as not everyone drinks alcohol nor fizzy drinks. The coconuts too could be sold as drinks

I Will come back to this beautiful place!
I want to review this resort and its people, Our concierge Joseph helped us with the bookings and he is very kind person, such a heartwarming person . Also want to mention how helpful are Nestor Maldonado and Miguelina Poot, very professional people and you can see they want to help. Also the efficiency and quality of a person of Gilberto the Bell boy. The food here is amazing, especially tried the Mexican Pueblito Lindo Restaurant, such a delight. I’m really enjoying my stay here, totally recommended.

Great hotel with an amazing kids club and staff
We went to the grand sirenis for 2 weeks as a family of 4 with grandparents for help. We had a great time and there were definitely some outstanding people. Evelie, listy and aseret at the kids club where outstanding! Our child (4) loved attending and if we returned this would be one of the main reasons. She wanted to go back every day, stay the full day at times not want to leave. She came back telling us everything she did and with many items we've brought home for keepsakes. They were great, understanding and its clear our girl loved it. Kevin and Jonathan on the shuttles were also great, accommodating and always stopped to help. One day the shuttles were not great, a lot of arrivals with 6 going past us. However if kevin or Jonathan were on we always knew we didn't have to wait long and they went over and above to help. My mum currently has issues with walking, they made sure she never waited long and even returned to collect her when required which we were very grateful for. Martin and karla at bar marimba were great with drinks as was another male at the same bar at night but I can't remember his name but the cocktails and service was amazing. Oma at casa alma bar during the day was also great, attentive and always willing to help It's a great hotel lot of choice, drinks, food and entertainment. The room was spotless with different towel animals left and mini bar restocked daily. We did have an issue where our sofabed disappeared with no explanation. We called housekeeping who didn't understand why this happened and put us through to reception who said they would investigate. Shortly a replacement arrived and was made up. Still unclear why it happened. We did agree to go to the breakfast which felt a bit pushed from the concierge. We discussed and agreed it wasnt for us due to having two young children with us but also being on holiday. We called and cancelled with 24hrs as required but still got a call that morning to remind us stating they didn't know it had been cancelled. Sadly this woke our jetlagged children and even when cancelling I was questioned why. Concierge also said he booked us into all restaurants then later we realised the Mediterranean had been missed which was disappointing. There are so many staff who are great at this hotel as well as all the wildlife. Great hotel suitable for families with a lot of entertainment day and night - especially the kids club and lion king show
