    Brilliant hotel

    Writing this half way through the stay, but can’t fault a single thing so far. Great food in all restaurants be it the A La Carte or the 2 buffet restaurants. All other small coffee shops, ice cream shops and bars are brilliant also. Plenty of choice in all and everything is well attended to. The staff make it so much more enjoyable, all very helpful and if they can’t help they find who can, a social mention to the best waiting staff we have had (and possibly ever had) is Ramon. Funny from the first time we met him and just went above and beyond with us and other tables around us.

    Fantastic Family Holiday with Six Adults

    Great choice of themed restaurants with excellent food and service. Buffet restaurants all really good so lots of choice. Bars and entertainment also good. Support from Davio (our concierge) really appreciated to smooth out all the minor problems.

    Great food and service at the Pueblito Lindo

    OMG we ate tonight in the speciality Mexican restaurant- Pueblito Lindo and were blow away by how nice the food was and the friendliness of all the staff. Our waiter Nestar could not do enough. The service from Nestor was prompt and the food was nice and hot and very tasty. We certainly plan to come back and try other dishes from the menu or even repeat what we ate. Thanks all for a very relaxed and enjoyable evening.
