We had the best experience here! We came during Membersfest and will be coming back as much as we can! The staff were all extremely nice and helpful!! The food was great and delicious. The activities in both the day and the night were always so fun and entertaining. We traveled with 3 young kids, and the kids club was PERFECT!! Our kids always felt safe, they had so much fun doing the variety of activities. The staff were amazing at their jobs, they had such love and had so much fun working. Kelvin, Sterling, & Emmanuel we can never thank you enough for making our children's vacation one they will always remember. Lissette our concierge was always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed along with the daily activity list. Not to mention our servers!! They were all phenomenal! Uside (hibachi), Gregorio (Sal & 50's night), Juan (aqua marina) and Anthony (white party) .. they were all SO friendly, well know ledged, and compassionate people. They deserve all the recognition!! Thank you Paradisus!!!

Best experience always
I enjoyed every moment of my stay. The Members Fest gets better every year. We look forward to go every October. Food, entertainment, workshops, and staff were amazing.

Awesome vacay
We had a great time at Grand Cana. Our concierge Omar was amazing. He made our stay stress free. Omar took care of everything and more. Hector was our bartender and he was incredible. Ask Hector for the casita de Benito. Anthony was our waiter at Mangu and Sal and he was excellent, always making sure our cravings were met. Raisa was part of the entertainment crew. She made sure we were busy at all times, super fun girl!! The workshop with Giovanni where we painted the coffee pot was super fun. We had something to do everyday and the food and service did not disappoint.

Memorable experience in Punta Cana
Amazing resort! The suites were exactly what we wanted with the space to do what we needed. The view was spectacular. Unlike the main hotel Melia Caribe, this was close proximity to all - pool, main lobby, spa and restaurants. The golf courses conveniently took us around to the beach and other like casino. Taking a tour bus to the campo which was complimentary, was also a memorable experience. Omar was our “private concierge” although he technically wasn’t, he was available to us anytime of the day and made our stay that much more memorable for all.

Best Stay in the Dominican Republic
We’ve spent the last 12 days at this beautiful all-inclusive hotel, and we’re extremely happy with the service provided. Upon arrival, we were introduced to our private concierge, who checked in with us daily to inform us about the day’s activities and to make restaurant reservations. This was very convenient . Any request we had was handled quickly. Our concierge, Andy C., was professional, well-spoken, and friendly. He met with us every evening before dinner to ensure everything was perfect. Huge shoutout to him. He surprised us with a lovely anniversary gift, decorated our room with rose petals, and prepared a warm bath (see pictures). He also arranged for a bottle of champagne at the restaurant, which was a delightful touch. Our room was very spacious, featuring a sitting area with a TV and a dining table, which came in handy when we ordered room service. The bathroom had dual sinks, adding a touch of luxury, and outside, we had a private bathtub and jacuzzi where we could relax in the evening. The resort’s restaurants were all excellent, with plenty of variety. My favorite dish was the steak at Mangu, the Caribbean restaurant. It came with a delicious onion sauce. The teppanyaki restaurant Tori also stood out for its tasty food and fiery entertainment . A special thanks to Verdieu and Margarita from Origen, who made me feel at home by conversing in French during breakfast and dinner. I’d also like to thank Darlin from Origen for taking great care of us in the mornings and making sure our drinks were always topped up. Although the resort offers a wide range of activities, we skipped most of them this time around, having previously explored the island, chocolate farms, and Saona Island on an earlier trip. This time, we simply relaxed by the pool, joined the aquagym sessions, and enjoyed delicious cocktails made with premium spirits. Thanks to Juan, who led the painting activity and kept us laughing the whole time. My favorite experience was the margarita tasting with Jhorlennis, who taught us how to mix our drinks by the way, the final result was delicious. Finally, we visited the spa and started with the aromatherapy treatment. It was so good that Margarita (from the spa) recommended the “Alchemy of Cacao” treatment, which included exfoliation and a chocolate oil massage. It was divine! the cacao oil smelled amazing, and the whole experience was the highlight of our trip. Just a tip: with your booking, you may receive coupons worth $120 for the spa, $50 for a room upgrade, and $30 for food & beverage. Overall, this is one of the best all-inclusive resorts I’ve stayed at in the Caribbean. It’s well worth the money, and I would definitely return.
