Third visit in just two months — that says it all! The service is consistently excellent, the food is outstanding with plenty of variety, and the property is beautifully spacious and relaxing. Every stay feels effortless and welcoming. Already looking forward to coming back again.

I’m conflicted with this one - parts of it are great and others not so great. We loved: The hotel and grounds are beautiful and well maintained gardens The hibachi restaurant Sal steak restaurant was good (although the sauces were awful) Our concierge Cristian was lovely! Lots going on if you want to get involved Elvis and the barman in Kicks (sorry I forgot his name) were great! The effort put into events, e.g. members dinner at the beach restaurant, members wine tasting Our suite was lovely and the mini bar kept well stocked The beds are SO COMFORTABLE We were disappointed with: General inconsistency with service - some staff were so friendly and attentive, others treated you like an inconvenience Inconsistency with housekeeping, though I must stress not from a cleanliness point of view, I mean in terms of towels (some days you got hand towels, some days you didn’t, one night out of 7 we got a turndown service - was this meant to happen every night?) No parasols at the pool - literally not a single one The members restaurant Amor de Mar was awful - super slow service, food was bad, whole experience disappointing The food on the à la carte in Tori was dry and tasteless. Ordered a starter which never arrived, drinks took forever to arrive, the driest pork I’ve ever eaten The buffet at breakfast was chaos - never a full place setting, always something missing like gasses, cutlery, coffee cup. Went once for lunch and it was the same - waited 30 mins for a bottle of water. Didn’t eat there for dinner They never had the wine we ordered off the Circle menu. No sommelier that we could see (unless it was the guy who took 20 mins to fetch a bottle of white, then left it in an ice bucket at the table next to us with 2 beers as well?) We’re Circle members so we could go to Palma Real to eat/ drink. This is by far the better hotel and I would go back there. They have parasols, adult only pool, coffee shop, classier vibe. We ate at the members restaurant there and the Mexican. We enjoyed our holiday but wouldn’t go back to this hotel. We’ve stayed at Paradisus hotels in Mexico and Lanzarote and this was by far the worst. It could be so much better!

Fantastic resort
My family and I went to this resort and it was awesome. The place is beautiful and the staff took great care of us. The food is very good all around and the water park is great for kids. The beach is a bit of a walk but who cares? And you can get shuttled there in no time anyways.

Hard to make dinner reservations!!!!
The service is not the same as you to be. Impossible to make reservations for dinner for 12 people. Even if we do a line for close to 1 hour.
