Always a Favorite! Great Memories here.
This is one of our very favorite resorts to visit. Great snorkeling on the resort and scuba diving on the island. The activities team makes it fun for all, if you join in. The shows are always enjoyable. We remember so much of the staff and they remembered us. They are always so friendly. The food as a whole was not quite as good as I remember from our last trip, but we all found what we liked the best at each restaurant. One of the few locations with a sand volleyball court, which our whole group joins in twice a day, just don't dive as the sand isn't very thick. We met so many friends from other countries via playing volleyball. Great times!

Wouldnt reccomend
would not recommend. Food was not good. pools were very dirty. Did not refill coffee in the room after first day, even though we requested many times for coffee pods to be delivered to our room... we even went to the front desk to get coffee and they didn't have any or know where any was? ? Our air conditioning didnt work all week and it was SO HOT in our room. We asked for them to check it and they said they came to our room and serviced our rooms a/c unit while we were at the pool... Then we find out there are no individual a/c units in the room. Its one big unit for the whole hotel and the entire system was down. . . they just wanted us to believe they were trying to help us but not the case at all. Room service took over 3 hours to come. ordered it for dinner and we had to call 3 hours later to see if they remembered we even ordered it, when it came they did not even bring the drinks we ordered. i understand it is a resort but it was VERY loud for hours into the night. Food was not good. wanted good mexican food so bad but could not find that here. location is good. atm withdrawal costs 10$ PLUS $30 "commission" but the machine does not tell you about the 30$ commission until you have already done the transaction. i could go on... if you are a couple looking for a relaxing time and good food keep looking.... i hate to leave bad reviews but its not cheap to travel to these places so i would like to warn others like myself.

No vale la pena tener una membresía en estas condiciones
A bad experience. The staff had a terrible attitude, there were no spoons, one of the service staff answered my mom rudely for no reason, the food made us sick at least once, the buffet service had cold and poor quality food, and so on. It's not worth having a membership when the level of attention and quality of service is so low.

My experience in this hotel
I am disappointed with the hotel, especially the reception! Despite the fact that we paid the full amount for 2 adults and 2 children, the hotel invented their own policy and made us pay an additional 32k pesos for the age of the children during check in, otherwise we would not have received the keys to our room. They said that they called the agency and wrote an email explaining the situation ( Mr. Louise receptionist) but he lied, he did nothing to get us the money back. The hotel invented that we have to pay the extra money and now they are washing their hands and saying that it was the agency mistake, and the agency says that it is the hotel's policy and we did not get compensation, we have been fighting for 2.5 months. In addition, we were given a different room than in the contract, and my children 15 and 12 years old slept in one bed, the receptionist claimed that they do not have single beds in the hotel ... UNACCEPTABLE! AVOID THE HOTEL! And do not believe what they receptionist says!

Always Excellent!
We come here every year and always have a great experience! Mario always greets us when we arrive and is always a great help if we need anything. The staff is friendly and makes your stay at the Grand Park magical. We highly recommend coming here!
