  Compact, friendly, and great location!!

  This is a great place for a relaxing week! The buffet is not as large as others, but is packed with quality choices. We really loved the café! It's a perfect place to grab coffee and a bite while your group is trickling down in the mornings. The beach is very small, but the adult swim area is amazing!! We would definitely return!

  Recommended, but not sure I'd call it luxury

  Our 4th trip here and won't be our last, but the resort is in need of some upkeep and remodeling. Our room AC wouldn't get lower than 76 which felt "cool" but in a tropical climate, wasn't cold enough for us at night. We were also sad the dive shop next door had closed up. We were recommended a snorkel tour and a dive trip that wrecked both sub-par. Do you research and make sure your tours take you to the national park! We made the assumption we'd be going there, but you know what they say about assuming...the food is so-so for the most part - seafood restaurant for lunch was fabulous, th other restaurants were pretty good, but the buffet wasn't great. regardless it's a nice resort with fantastic employees who are always friendly and helpful! It's a good value for sure!

  Great Stay

  The hotel was nice and small enough to make it easy to get around. The food was average, but that was expected. Overall, this was a very nice property though and I'd consider going back.

  All inclusive not wroth it

  While we were looking forward to a relaxing and enjoyable vacation, multiple aspects of our experience have fallen well below expectations. ⸻ 1. Food Quality and Service Issues: • The room service meals we received were of poor quality—arriving cold, made from a low quality frozen burger with wilted lettuce, cold chewy fries and lacking any flavor. • The buffet food has consistently been served cold and bland, including chewy chips that are far from crisp. • There has been a noticeable lack of dessert options, including no availability of chocolate cake at all even though they advertise it. • The ice cream selection is very limited and underwhelming for a resort of this size and standard. • Most concerning, during our visit to the Mexican restaurant, we waited over an hour without receiving our food. Despite being seated and ordering, our meals never arrived. After waiting patiently, we eventually got up and walked out—completely frustrated and disappointed by the lack of basic service. ⸻ 2. Room and Amenity Concerns: • Our room keys stopped working on just the second, third, and forth days of our stay, creating unnecessary inconvenience. • We were missing the blue bottled water bottles upon arrival and had to wait over an hour for them to be delivered. • Our fridge was missing both water and soda, and never was corrected. ⸻ 3. Pool Accessibility: • The pools close at 8:00 PM, which feels unnecessarily early and does not allow guests the opportunity to unwind and enjoy the resort amenities in the evening—an essential part of a relaxing vacation. ⸻ These issues, taken together, have significantly impacted the quality of our stay. We expected better from a resort of this reputation and price point. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that corrective steps are taken—not only for us but to improve the experience for future guests as well.

  Great Value

  The only downside is the elevators. Although there are two per tower and they are really cool glass with a view, both never seem to be working. And they are very small., so it backs up easily. This hotel is great and I've stayed here multiple times, but this is an ongoing issue.
