Solid 4/5 experience here - the property is immaculate (!!!) and every single staff member goes above and beyond with their exceptionally friendly service. We stayed in the Royal Tower which included airport transfers, oceanfront room, and our AMAZING butler service from Yajahira who made dinner reservations, ensured we had a private bali bed each day on the beach (beach is beautiful, clean and very safe), and checked in daily to ensure we had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation. We found the food to be just average but we heard others enjoyed theirs. We have been to Cancun 6 times and this was our first stay at the Grand Park Royal - we will definitely be back!

Excellent, comfortable and very clean. Love the eco-sustainable practices.
Hotel staff were really friendly and courteous, not to mention helpful in every way. Beds and linen were excellent and above the standard. So comfortable!! Lots of variety in terms of food and drinks. The beaches were so sandy and clean. No rocks, seaweed etc.... Miles of super soft sand.

Nothing Short of Amazing
We recently returned from an incredible stay at the Grand Park Royal Cancun, and we cannot recommend the Royal Towers upgrade enough—it was absolutely worth it. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the grounds were kept in immaculate condition. Our butler, Yajahira, She was extremely attentive, responsive, and truly dedicated to ensuring our stay was wonderful. Whether it was handling reservations or anticipating our needs, her service was world-class and made our vacation feel seamless and special. Regarding the dining: the food was fantastic. While the variety might be a bit more limited compared to some of the massive "mega-resorts" in the area, we found the quality to be excellent and had no issues finding delicious options throughout our stay. If you are looking for a beautiful resort with top-tier service this is it!
