fall vacation
we had a great time. some part of the resort was under renovation so we didn't get to eat at all the a la carte restaurant.

Good all rounder
Make the most of it and put some money aside for excursions, if you are looking to relax and “do nothing but chill” and enjoy a little bit of entertainment. This is for you. If you are looking for constant activity go to a more “young family oriented place” still plenty to do for little ones. But they may become bored after 1 week.

Great resort if you don’t mind smoke/smokers!
I could easily recommend going to this resort for many reasons: food quality/options, entertainment, activities, beach, accommodations, etc. Just be aware that while smoking is not allowed in enclosed spaces, it is permitted everywhere else…. And there was a lot of it! I wanted to spend the majority of my time at the pool, but had to move far away to less ideal locations (farther from the pool or leave it altogether) due to the high percentage of people smoking around the pool. I wish they had specific pools or areas for smokers/non smokers. Bottom line- If you don’t mind 2nd hand smoke, you’ll enjoy this resort. If you’re sensitive to it - find a place that has designated smoking/non smoking areas in public places.

Don’t stay here.
Reasons listed as to why I would not recommend your hotel: 1. On arrival we were greeted by a concierge named Robert who told us we could call on him anytime to have our needs met. This was NOT true. After he lured us over to the travel club to be offered a timeshare in the hotel he disappeared and we never heard from him again. This was day 2 of our 10 day stay. 2. We were promised a ‘special breakfast’ by the travel club, however they took us to the Poseidon restaurant which we already had access to for free and the worker ate for free on our room number. 3. The air conditioning in the room only went to 18 degrees Celsius which meant we were constantly hot in the room. 4. The bed sheets always had stains on them and the cleaners would only tidy the rooms. We had to manually strip the sheets from the bed for them to give new ones. 5. The bedrooms were infested with mosquitoes and never irrigated with pesticides. 6. The food offered in the buffet areas were always covered in flies, no efforts were made to cover the food. 7. Food is served for 2 hours and 30 minutes for each interval. However if you go later than the opening time the food is stale, cold or not available. 8. Your catering staff does not take food allergies seriously. My friend was advised to eat a bread containing egg for 7 days before another staff member told her this was incorrect. 9. Your staff constantly harass guests trying to sell them things which lowers the class of the hotel. 10. The swimming pool water is disgustingly hot which indicates a fault in your filtration system.
