Would not recommend this resort to anyone. Many issues and have stayed at better resorts. Bar staff should know how to make the drinks on your own menu (wait staff also), anytime you ordered a drink you would get something different. Restaurant menus should be up to date, one restaurant hostess sat us and told us to scan the bar code for the menu, we did and selected what we wanted, then the waiter comes to take our order and tells us it is the wrong menu and brings an ipad with a different menu.

My experience was terrible! We never received a schedule of things to do! There was no outside food just to grab a bit you can only eat at one place No barbecue at all! My room was trash the plumbing kept backing up and it was boo boo in my toilet that I didn’t Pooh in smh the sealing was leaking water and the water backed up in the sink. The room was freezing cold but when I turned the air off it stunk from plumbing it smelled the pee and Pooh! And even when I let them know I was not accommodated! They only offered to change my room if I bought a time share. Oh and the drivers were so mean and rude I had to walk to most of my destinations which my money paid for rides to where I want to go! If it wasn’t a reservation finding food was terrible and it was the same food everyday. I hated it. Its so much more but ill never go back at All

1st and last time staying at this hotel. food was good. i trabeled
food not good, meat not real, me and 6 other ppl were sick. Staff only were friendly but pushy sales tactics. i feel like they harrased us to do the travel club meeting daily. had to pay staff to get a dinner reservation every night.

A very stressful stay!
Very stressful! Charged us almost double upon arrival, because our reservation was listed under my name! Though the price was based on Double booking and the price for one is the SAME as the price for two!! It was not worth a shocking almost $4000 extra!!! Poor communication. Most outlets did not work or were loose so phones were not charged in the morning. Poor quality of entertainment that was only in the lobby with no designated theater and no variety of entertainment. Tub was dangerously high with a gross mildewed bare wood step that was needed to get into the tub!, Payed extra for a beachside room but was back three buildings from the beach. No working tv for 4 days. This all made a special trip to celebrate our 50th anniversary very stressful and disappointing! 😢. We’ve been to multiple other resorts in Punta Cana and always had a Wonderful time but this trip was very stressful and disappointing. 😔😢

Our fourth visit, perfect for us. So relaxed and a super staff. Very refreshing for this old woman and her active 50 something daughters.
