Amazing time!
We had an excellent time here, great customer service through out!!. Great location as it is close to Camana Bay (10 minute walk) and many great local restaurants. Never a boring moment on or off the resort, they have live music, activities and there are A LOT of beach chairs, never had to look for one. The best feature was that we loved being able to walk directly into the ocean from the veranda. This was such a plus. Special shout out to Bruno and Leavy who made our stay extra special by being so wonderful. We will definitely come back!

Staff Was Wonderful
Our first trip to Grand Cayman and it was awesome! The staff was wonderful... kudos to Sid who went above and beyond at the pool/Verandah! The location was central allowing us to get to the local sites and entertainment very easily. We can't wait to go back!

Nice hotel but no beach
The hotel is very nice, food is delicious, and staff is very friendly. However the is NO beach. They bus you to a public beach. Bus runs every hour. We ended up checking out and going to another resort on Seven Mile beach that has a beautiful beach and plenty of chairs. If you are not interested in a beach then this will be fine. Otherwise there are plenty of hotels and resorts that actually have a very nice beach.

Would stay at this resort again
The employees at this resort were awesome. Everyone was friendly and genuinely interested in making your stay an enjoyable one. We booked a package that included breakfast every day, which was very good. We had lunch at the Anchor & Den and poolside, both very good as well. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The gym was adequate. Not a very big pool area. This was not a problem as we were there at the end of low season. It would be an issue when the hotel is fully booked. There is no beach, which we were fine with. The resort offers a free shuttle to either Seven Mile Beach or Governor's Beach which we did take advantage of. We did enjoy the floats in water. I did some snorkeling in the swim area of the hotel and saw some interesting fish. Enjoyed evening nightcaps chatting with the bartenders. Well maintained grounds. There were a couple hiccups and the staff went above and beyond to correct them. A nice place to stay.

A magical New Year's experience
Write your review My Mum and I stayed at the Marriot for four nights and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The New Years Eve evening was magical, with the waves lapping at the deck and champagne, dancing and delicious food. Belle was our waitress and was extremely attentive and lovely. Another special mention is due to Soufiane in the Verandha Restaurant as he was very impressive and excellent. The service throughout the hotel was the best we have ever experienced and really lifted our stay to another level. The room was wonderful and the walls matched the turquoise sea, there was an excellent variety of activities to do such as ceviche cooking class or making a foot soak!!! All in all it was the best stay at any hotel we have ever had in our 40 and 70 years!
